    Need to add your apt. # to your Rogers address for a delivery? You need to know that you can’t do it online, the online chat person can’t do it, the @RogersHelps person can’t do it, the phone help line person can’t do it, but a manager can, after much trying. Good system there.

    @RogersHelps our internet has been down since 5am. The tech rep has told us our service was disconnected because we had called to cancel. It wasn't me.
