@Rogers trash anyways with their plans, everytime I call an agent never provides help. But this whole situation with MLSE makes them even more trash

  • jacksje Jacqueline Stephens (@jacksje) reported

Guys, the fact that @Rogers has to put on their on hold message saying any verbal abuse will automatically end your phone call, says a lot. C’mon Canada we are better then this. It’s not the person on the phone we have a problem with so think.

@RogersHelps This is the second major outage in 2 weeks. As of now, we've been down for over 7 HOURS! Are you ever going to get your act together? You can't even inform consumers properly as to status etc. This is PATHETIC customer service. #RogersPathetic

@Sportsnet @Rogers The SNET app for firestick is having major issues. Can't even sign in. Is this a known issue?

  • DarwishChahbar Darwish A. R. Chahbar (@DarwishChahbar) reported

@Rogers some free advice: when you set up a call back, try making sure the correct department calls the customer back. You’ve had the wrong department call me back twice and now I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes waiting for the right one. Is this a joke?

  • TheYellowFinch1 TheYellowFinch🏁 (@TheYellowFinch1) reported

@TheTorontoSun @brianlilley @Rogers sucks as a service. The only advantage it has over Bell is it is not a chinese Huawei tool

  • IdleNoMoreNadia FullyVaccinatedNadia🤍💛❤️🖤 (@IdleNoMoreNadia) reported

PRO TIP: If you value your sanity, and you are a RogersHelps customer, please save yourselves and not get a @Lenovo laptop because the RogersHelps team is slower than molasses in responding and they ask for details of the issue and end up treating you like you are a dummy!
