How is it possible to represent yourself as a communication company @rogers when you make it as difficult as possible to communicate with you. I'm now an hour and fifteen minutes and no tech yet. Please fire your head of customer service and hire any street vendor or squiggy kid.

@Rogers fix your ******* services. You're affecting my livelihood with this bullshit.

@JaysChatterBX @RogersHelps On the outage map they keep moving the "restored" time by one hour every hour...

WTF @CTV and @Rogers for cutting the end of the second OT of the NBC feed of the NBA game between the Spurs and OKC so I can see Corner Gas.

@RogersHelps @GauravBatish “Feels like customers don’t matter to them at all.” Feels like Gaurav is a bit of a nonexistent idiot-Bot.

@RogersHelps For one of the largest companies in Canada I’m shocked at the service tbh. Sometimes I think bell and rogers take too much advantage of their government protected monopoly

Very disappointed with @Rogers experience. On May 1, I got 2 prepaid SIM lines from the Rogers Longueuil store and was charged $80 activation fee per line. Later, Rogers customer care confirmed I should receive a full refund and asked me to visit the store.

@RogersHelps Calling regarding my home internet services. We cancelled back in December and returned the modem, but the person over the phone obviously didn't cancel our services and now we are hit with a $700 overdue payment.

@PsudoMike @Rogers @airalocom Roaming is outrageously expensive. No argument there. But general telco services have gotten very affordable and high quality in Canada. For example, plans are now in the $30-50 range for unlimited talk, text, and 100 GB of data. I’m not sure why you’re complaining. Where are you getting better service?
