  • hemayat02 Hemayat (@hemayat02) reported

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Unfortunately, everything associated with Rogers were down. I got Fido, it was down all day as well. Expecting a ZERO $ bill from Rogers this month. It’s a joke :(

  • the_ahmed_hayat Ahmed Hayat (@the_ahmed_hayat) reported

    Hey @Rogers - I was wondering just like every time we go over our data and you start to charge us absurd amount of money - are you going to compensate us for this failure - it’s been nearly 14 hours since your services have been down... #rogersdown #rogersfail @RogersHelps

  • LevonMesropian Levon Mesropian (@LevonMesropian) reported

    @AboutRogers @RogersHelps 10 million subscribers are down. 10m x $75 a month = $750 Million Rogers better fork out. Fat rich bastards

  • Cshupe2 The Milk Man (formaly known as Coquihalla King) (@Cshupe2) reported

    @leckie_sean @DiegoPelu83 @RogersHelps People think they can just magically find the issue and boom it’s fixed ! It doesn’t work like that! I was pissed too!

  • JubbeiSamuro JubbeiSamuro (@JubbeiSamuro) reported

    @AboutRogers @Rogers Stop stressing the word "intermittent" repeatedly in your public statements on this outage. My phone and everyone I know had their phones stop working completely the entire day.

  • komgryphkru ☾ mama g (@komgryphkru) reported

    @FrontRowBrad @RogersHelps of course. however, i guarantee you that service provider doesn't either a) charge you out of the *** for something that barely works half of the time b) refuse some kind of credit or make up for the inconvenience. it's like paying for rent but not getting hydro on tuesdays.

  • WeiTengTasha Natasha Lim (@WeiTengTasha) reported

    @RogersHelps I tried to text my Mum to tell her that I loved her. I tried to call my Aunt to thank her for dropping off food. How has this "intermittent" (no calls or texts since 10AM) outage impacted you "some" people? Tell #rogersdown what this cost you, betting this cost some vaccines 😞

  • WensLJackson WeJacks (@WensLJackson) reported

    @komgryphkru @FrontRowBrad @RogersHelps Disagree, all of them over charge you and all of them have issues. If you think you're getting a credit, keep dreaming

  • xingshiyue ᴇᴀʜ 🐹 • 탬니의 𝙽.𝙶.𝙳.𝙰. (@xingshiyue) reported

    Refund us that whole day of service outage. Damn @Rogers with the amount that you charge us, you should damn be invincible 🙄🙄🙄

  • TheClubtrotter Mat Ste-Marie (@TheClubtrotter) reported

    @FrontRowBrad @komgryphkru @RogersHelps It’s also normal to g a credit for a service interruption.
