    @Rogers hey Rogers, I got to store at 618 Sheppard Ave W, Toronto, ON M3H 2S1 with a friend on wheelchair who wanted to update his phone because he was customer with Rogers for years. We arrived to location on Sunday ~3PM to find store closed even tho Store Locator claimed open:

    Anyone else with @Rogers getting ****** data reception today? Keeps going from 5G down to E and even on 5G nothing loads. Been like that all day.

    Hi @RogersHelps, why, when I called Rogers today to discuss my account & changes to it, was I asked for my Date of Birth? On what planet does a cable TV service need the DOB for the account of a customer & TV Critic for a national newspaper? Look FWD to your explanation.

    @RogersHelps over two weeks waiting for a replacement cable box to come by courier. ABSURD. Last time I had the same issue a repairman was there with a new box the next day installing it. #Rogers going down the tube? Time for a new TV provider!
