@AboutRogers @RogersHelps It’s time for more competition from other wireless service companies like Verizon and AT&T . Rogers has messed up bad this time and it’s time for the big guy to step side and let other U.S. companies step into the Canadian market.

I was looking through the outage reports and realized Rogers is un-Canadian. During the entire outage, never saw them say "Sorry" on the help feed. @RogersHelps Maybe I missed it due to the outage? "We are aware..." "We acknowledge..." "We are working hard..." #rogersoutage

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps I have cell service back but it’s cut in and out for me for the last 10 hours. Does anyone know if this has actually been resolved and I can expect to actually use my phone today? Kind of need to get ahold of my boss. Definitely switching providers.
