@rogers fix your infrastructure there’s zero reason why your wifi speeds are this unreliable besides y’all being cheap on your product.

  • ChrisNeverQuits Unacceptable Chris “fringe minority” (@ChrisNeverQuits) reported

@RogersHelps Need you guys to look into data speeds in Port Perry, Ontario. We have 4 new lines and while we see 3-4 bars of 5G, data is often not working at all, or under 0.5Mb/s (horrible). I asked around town and this is consistent. You have a major network issue here.

@IceOrthrus @Rogers i don't mind paying taxes but im not about to be charged an extra $15 that isn't going toward my ipad when its a downpayment toward the cost of the entire ipad with monthly payments. It takes the $50 monthly payments and makes them $70 payments even after the 120 down

@Rogers Once again horrible customer service. Your cable line is hanging over our driveway and is getting lower everyday.

  • danielacts1 Daniela Mundo 🦋 (@danielacts1) reported

@JeffGignac @RogersHelps Are you on the mountain? I’ve been in and out of service since last night. Extremely frustrated!

  • probeerrod Rodney Rose (@probeerrod) reported

@rogers No we are not your customer but we are annoyed that your cable is blocking our driveway. Your service rep stopped, looked then drove away.

  • FateOrChance We will see (@FateOrChance) reported

@RogersHelps why are there periodic outages for Rogers Ignite home internet service but Rogers Wireless always maintains a data connection? I would want a home internet service with a high reliability rate especially now that Rogers Ignite TV relies on home internet service.

  • gimmocrypto gimmo 🧬 (@gimmocrypto) reported

@Rogers you should be embarrassed about the in style service. Forcing customers to wait outside because you have more security than staff is embarrassing. Hey @Bell - can you help?

  • notbydesign notbydesign (@notbydesign) reported

@RogersHelps ..... I don't need help. I don't have access to my landlord's Rogers account in order to forward ports. I'm telling you this literally makes it harder (for me, impossible) to perform basic everyday changes to a router. I'm asking you "in what universe, is this easier?"
