@Rogers can some1 pls tell 2 me y I was told 2day I need to pay 40% down on my upgrade, when I've been w/Rogers for 8 years, 3 lines, 1 device paid off, other 2 paid next month... Never an issue in the past while upgrading. Unbelievable especially w/service issues @Bell @TELUS

@AboutRogers @Rogers Home internet services are still down in Woodstock. Rebooted modem at least 5 times and nothing. It’s been close to 48 hours. How is this acceptable?

@AboutRogers @Rogers I can't 100% agree. Streaming, downloads, browsing is all good. Upload not so much. I have 195k client files that need to be pushed by Monday and they aren't moving. @RogersHelps and live support chat has no response.
