Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • homie__h Holly Crozier (@homie__h) reported

@RogersHelps my data has been extremely slow or just doesn’t work at all since yesterday afternoon in London, ON. Can barely send iMessages and takes 20 minutes to load a webpage if it opens at all.

  • krasowsm Michael Krasowski (@krasowsm) reported

@Rogers You force everyone to use wifi for phone and TV. What happens when the Router goes down every week making everything in your house useless? My Router has crashed every Leafs and Sunday football for 3 weeks!!

  • apelipiak Andy Pelipiak🇨🇦🦃🦃🌮 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps @homie__h This is definitely on your end Rogers, because I also live in London and am experiencing the same issues. If you can’t fix this, I will have to explore other options, and if I leave, I would take my tv and internet dollars with me too

  • IDCavanagh Doug Cavanagh (@IDCavanagh) reported

@RogersHelps iMessage doesn’t give me any issues, they’re fine. Probably because I’m on wifi at home. It’s only SMS to non-iPhone users where I’m having issues. On occasion I get failed send errors but mostly I don’t know there’s a duplicate that’s sent.

  • ahkautz Andrew Kautz (@ahkautz) reported

Hey @rogers @RogersHelps Stop charging me for Roam Like Home when I haven’t left Canada in over 2 years. While you’re at it, try actually staffing your Customer Service offices so that when we call or Live Chat we can actually reach someone.

  • Hippified_22 Hayley Krajewski-Williamson (@Hippified_22) reported

Man @Rogers is one disaster after another, no wonder the service is ****. Been waiting months for someone to fix their **** on our road, has anyone come? NOPE! Pay monthly for services that work less then half. Next time I call I will be demanding they pay us for our troubles!

  • apelipiak Andy Pelipiak🇨🇦🦃🦃🌮 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario

@rhorner82 @Rogers Likely related to the traffic accident that caused power outage yesterday in the Pond Mills Area, but Rogers seems reluctant to admit it

  • c_gidd CGidd (@c_gidd) reported

Sportsnet Now keeps lagging and flashing a grey screen, a consistently bad app, super frustrating. @RogersHelps @Sportsnet

  • rhorner82 Ryan Horner (@rhorner82) reported

@Rogers very patchy cell service around White Oaks, London, ON.

  • zjanelle zjc (@zjanelle) reported

@TorontoStar Case in point of why @Rogers should never be allowed to own @shawmediagroup Canadian media ownership is already overly centralized.
