@DonnaPapacosta @RogersHelps FYI: They are using a loophole trick where they cancel your appointment and say it's an outage and when you call they say it's resolved and schedule for the next day. (Rinse and Repeat)

@RogersHelps The amount of frustration I have had with Rogers these past 3 days has been absolutely horrendous. I have had no internet for 3 days with my service appointments being rescheduled every day. I have never had a worse consumer experience in my life.#timetoswitchtobell

@RogersHelps The video resolution of your SN Pre. games are terrible. NJ game is maybe 720P? Can't read player names on my 77" TV. TELUS 1000 internet. XBOX X is hardwired. Please look at DAZN to see what a stream is supposed to look like. One and done.Not worth $200.
