@Dadwith1Pack @DanielVyner @Rogers You ever try get coverage in Canada near a Lake, a mountain or an hour outside of an urban centre? They aren't providing infrastructure and service to the whole country.

  • larlaw77 Laurie Anne (@larlaw77) reported

@RogersHelps our video on demand has been out all weekend and the person we just got on the phone with at rogers hung up on us. Little help would be nice here.

  • Albirdly2 Albirdly (Doctor Science, Professional Expert) (@Albirdly2) reported

@DanielVyner @Rogers The old Trudeau magic at getting us reduced cell phone rates, working like a charm I see. If Canadians are STUPID enough to pay those obscene rates the so be it. What is the ACTUAL cost of "text"? A: Whatever they say it is.

  • BlueSkyIT_ BlueSkyITStrategies (@BlueSkyIT_) reported

@RogersHelps Internet outage. Need support. St Thomas Ontario.

  • DJ_ImProV Rob Langston (@DJ_ImProV) reported

  • larlaw77 Laurie Anne (@larlaw77) reported

  • playinpod Mike Snelling (@playinpod) reported

@raypal @DanielVyner @Rogers The "unlimited" part is bull. They claim to only reduce browsing speeds if you hit your limit but it's so slow the websites time out before anything loads. It's browsing by carrier pigeons.

  • thespiritof72 Stephen McGarrigle (@thespiritof72) reported from Saint John West, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

Because we are loyal @Rogers customers (and trust me, that loyalty has been tested in recent months) and presumably in another attempt to apologize for the massive Canada-wide outage a few months ago, we've been gifted three months of Apple TV+.

  • KyvSarah Sarah.k (@KyvSarah) reported

@DanielVyner @Rogers Yup, literally just bought a sim Card in Istanbul and popped it in, $25 CAD for one months data and calling and no issues with service or data. Was amazed but saddened at how much we pay in Canada.
