Graig Carlson (@GraigCarlson) reportedGood news we finally got on the phone with @Rogers and they created another ticket #. And maybe someone will contact us in the next couple days with a resolution. Could you imagine if a small business took 2 weeks to resolve an over night shipping issue?

Jennifer Leigh (@WriteLinesInk) reported@RogersHelps And yet the connecting families doesn't know about it because you don't report when you are starting to carry that customer with the government's connecting families program. Jennifer Leigh (@WriteLinesInk) reported@RogersHelps Then I do now. And I never ever had an issue with speed. And then I switched to your $34.95 package and that speed is iffy and slow quite often. And then I convert to the $14.95 package which is exactly the same SPEED pkg I used 4 9 yrs w/o issue. So what's at the bottom of that?

Rick (@Rick41514583752) reported@Berniceness @Rogers Exactly.I contacted customer service and they just go by the script in front of them. I knew it was the line outside that needed to be replaced but they wouldn’t listen or knew what to do. Finally after 3 months and 5or 6 indoor technicians it got fixed. No compensation.

He responded on more than one occasion “ YES NO PROBLEM” Yet he did. So he is now a @Bell customer & will be joining him. “Sorry 2cu go”

tiredsotired (@sotiredsotired) reported@RogersHelps Yes! As you know, the self service options are very limited if there is any nuance at all
