    @RogersHelps @charityjkeller @joshjimenez_ How about the courtesy of some real time updates, I can’t imagine how long you would wait if I didn’t pay my bill before you turn me off. It’s almost time to go to Bell their service is still working

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Mine went out at 3am be nice to have this fixed in a reasonable amount of time, but should know better as i have to wait an hour and a half minimum to talk to someone for billing issues, 13 hrs is unacceptable for the prices paid

    @rogers I noticed early this morning that I could not make calls to my US clients early this morning. Any ETA of when you might resolve this issue?
