    It has been endlessly frustrating and the @RogersHelps cellphone outage yesterday on the first day you could potentially book an appointment if you're over 40 (vaccines have previously only been available to 55 and above for most people) was the icing on the cake.

    @RogersHelps you guys are tweeting that the issues are resolved but yet one of my phone still doesn't work. I tried to call but after 2 hours on hold for an agent to just say I can't hear you and hang up I am not calling back..

    @RogersHelps Husband’s service came back last night. We depend on our cell phones since we don’t j’have a landline. It was a major inconvenience when his work colleagues couldn’t reach him.
