    @RogersHelps Good morning, I am still trying to get through to arrange a move. I called right at 9am this morning. After on hold for 2 hours and 11 minutes, they told me to hang up and try again!! How is it possible I could not have my call answered when calling at 9am???

    @RogersHelps I jus know if tried again, this time I pushed the number to cancel my service!!! Low and behold, my call was answered immediately!!! I was able to talk to a very nice CSR, who was able to take care of my moving services request. It seems the moving option is not a high priority

    @patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers The really sad part is when you do get through you are guaranteed to talk to a foreigner. The other day I got a Moroccan in Regina! WTF Canadian companies should hire some white English speaking workers.

    @RogersHelps The Rogers Xfinity boxes are JUNK! Even the service tech said they aren't reliable. There was a service disruption yesterday. No shows recorded. While trying to watch a program, a network error appeared. Sound kept cutting out. Rebooted but this is terrible service.
