@Rogers @RogersHelps Can we get an update on North York? Internet is still down for a third day. It's been bad enough not having it for the long weekend, but I have work tomorrow and I need the internet. Please tell us what's going on!

@RogersHelps No internet for the past two days in N1R Area Cambridge. Your community page has no useful outage information. When will the service be restored ? I have to work tomorrow.

@MeehanCarolAnne I’m in Barrhaven. Haven’t had internet since yesterday afternoon. Why are @Rogers not providing updates and public comms like Hydro do? Internet for some is an essential service, not a luxury. #rogersdown

Yes @rogers I am aware I am near my data usage limit. No I don’t want to buy more. I would however love a response to the message I sent early yesterday about our internet/wifi still being down (that’s why I’m using so much data!).

@RogersHelps So how about fixing the Anna bot to say that? Have to give a lot of info to even get that, including power cycling the modem. Rogers lack of communication is terrible.

For the record, @RogersHelps has not yet fixed internet and TV issues. They blame the weather. At first I was understanding. But now I need an explanation why the other providers don’t appear to be affected to the same degree?

@RogersHelps would be nice to know your plans for service restoration. Sent you a DM also and waiting for a response.

@RogersHelps @raegraemer Lol really? A province wide shutdown from 1 storm. Many more storms like that are happening so i guess we should all go to bell where there loss of seevice is limited and there communication about it to customer’s is direct. Meanwhile @Rogers over here is tweeting about NHL games

So @RogersHelps is not helpful at all. Just giving same old “we are working to restore your services asap.” 2+ days of no internet service + data overage on my cell + time wasted. Ridiculous.
