SJ (@cafveteran) reported@Rogers It took over an hour, primarily on hold, to finally get only one issue resolved, i.e. the correct address. When I demanded to know what type of compensation Rogers was willing to offer me, the customer service person proceeded to argue with me, even after I demanded to speak with a manager. I will be considering different options for my cell service and I recommend that others do the same as well. I never thought that I could get worse customer service than Bell, but Rogers has exceeded that.

They said it was a line issue that needs to be fixed but rogers won't book a person to bury a new line. And what do I do about no internet all weekend? What reimbursement will I get?

Simos (@CMAK_R) reported@Rogers your AI phone response system is incredibly frustrating to get help. Rather than making more efficient and quicker it’s become a method of torture for anyone that needs to get a hold of a Custer service rep for assistance. Your system sucks and go back to real humans.
