    @OntarioFrugal @RogersHelps Thanks but Rogers won't help me, I owe from decades ago when I became homeless and their cable box was lost. I think chatr or fizz prepaid is my best option... My credit score is the worst it can be. Thank you tho.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps new AI interface is WORSE THAN HORRIBLE. The online support is also AWFUL.

    @Rogers This is a real problem as I know many folks who get calls daily from fake call centres stating they are Rogers customer service offering deep discounts for phone and plan upgrades. Rogers needs to deal with this to stop these fake offshore call centres from calling us.

    @Rogers Day 1 trying to connect a service with a failed app and AI customer service garbage = negative results with Hating Rogers! Day 2, 10 minutes total and speaking to a human being = Problem solved! You need to rethink this and appreciate your humans more!

    Something is going on with @Rogers cellular connection in ottawa. Like why do I have zero reception and in most of the city. It’s not only me either. They need to fix their towers or something.

    @Rogers what’s the deal with your automated services being down? I try and call and get disconnected every time. Higher call volume blah blah blah….and then CLICK! Someone better get back to me.

    @RogersHelps I have been back and forth with customer support for weeks over this. Can someone explain why new customers with the Ultimate TV and Internet (2.5 Gbps) with StreamSaver get WiFi 7 included, but despite me having this plan, I cannot? I am on fibre fyi.

    @BlueJays Anyone have a “**** YOU FANS” graphic? This team isn’t thanking the fans anymore. It’s 2 giant middle fingers to everyone who financially supports this team in ANY way, and that includes being a @Rogers customer or customer of ANY of their sponsors!
