    Does @Rogers website ever actually work? Seriously, ever? I have wanted to upgrade my services and get some new phones, but the “Technical errors” are straight up ridiculous. Why would someone purchase media services from a media company whose website is not functional?

    @RogersHelps Still out in L9W... since Wednesday morning! Keep being told it's being worked on, and could be up to 24 hours for a fix... hard to work from home to pay for a service I don't have! Lost my patience - get this fixed already! @rogers @CRTC

    @RogersHelps It took some poor lady in Montreal to iterate information properly. Literally the 5th person I had to speak with just to get the right information, @Rogers and this has now resulted in a $1500 bill. At least.

    @Rogers Nope. I’m already waiting on a call back from your resolutions team. I have the messages and none say it’s re occurring. And I’m filing the complaint with CRTC. Rogers is a greedy and untrustworthy company
