@RogersHelps Semantics. @Rogers charged an existing customer $30 for a setup that required no setup on their part. They should be transparent that this is an administration cost. A cost, by the way, that is hyper inflated and unwarranted. @bbb_us

@Rogers why is it always so painful when i try and get in touch? I wanted to add cable. Waited 25 minutes to even get someone in chat and then they couldn't help. Always a frustrating, painful experience
