    I just rebooted my @Rogers box and wifi router three times before it would work. Usually it goes out once a week but it only takes one reboot to get it going. (An inconvenience yes, but not terrible). It's been every day this week and today three times. Anyone else?

    @RogersHelps What information do you require? The computer system in the store blanked out both my credit card number and my partner’s number, as well as the number the service rep input (his own card number).

    @rogers I have been in call waiting for so long. What is going on with your support? You think you could spend some of your billions on support staff. Especially since Canadians pay some of the highest mobile rates in the world.....

    @Rogers Dear Roger's, one of my friend just found out about how scary you guys can be. She called regarding her bad internet, and it was fixed because the person said they will send new modem and her plan was slashed majorly. Only now to find her old account canceled for new

    @RogersHelps what do I have to do to get my install rescheduled? I've contacted live chat 3 times now, and get told to call back later... issues with my account, account is locked etc. Why is this my problem!?!?! Why do I have to call more than once?

    @Rogers @Rogers worst customer support ever. Internet not working and support team has no clue what the issue is and who can address it. Spoke to every department, 2 days and no resolution. Kicking the can approach with no result. Pathetic

    @RogersHelps New customer left Bell for Rogers but it seems the picture on my UHD Samsung is not nearly as sharp. Is there a fix?
