Oh, @rogers and @rogershelps. This has gone on too long. Someone will call you in 72 business hours. What does that even mean? 24 hours in a business day? 8 hours, so expect a call in 9 business days. Why is it so hard to be a Rogers customer???

2/2...so Samsung never contacted. I checked Samsung website and it says they do not lock phones and therefore cannot provide codes to unlock then. Only @Fido or @Rogers can unlock this for me. So now I'm here wondering, why am I being given the run around? 😕

@RogersHelps Aug 2 8-10am, which is the monday of a long weekend, I WON'T BE HOME!!! No one called even though I was assured that they always call back. Then I have to call, got hung up on, have to call back, only to find out there's nothing more they can do. So I spoke with 8 service reps

@RogersHelps in total, wasted 3 hours to find out that I will have to call back again to schedule another appointment. I still have no internet and probably won't until some time next week. Do you realize that it's a pandemic and WFH REQUITES INTERNET??? ROGERS SUCKS BIG TIME.
