    @RogersHelps Thanks so much. Looks like there is an outage in the area which was not updated on Rogers site or chat bot and was discovered after my call. I was finally able to talk with an agent (via helpline number) after 45minutes.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Your customer service is...less than optimal. I ordered services on 12 Aug, have not received the equipment despite numerous phone calls, and now have been charged for that service. This should not be that challenging. #Fail

    @Articwolfman2 @Rogers I have an iPhone mini POS. Battery lasts 2 hours, when I call my Mom with SIRI my phone freezes, goes to black, instructions to unfreeze don’t work and on and on. Hate this phone and want an s21 Ultra, might just say bye bye to Apple crap!

    @RogersHelps Internet not working for about 15 minutes now in Brooklin. Worked for about 2 minutes. Not working again.

    @RogersHelps my internet has been absolute trash for months now. Constant interruptions, horrible speeds. Considering I have a business phone that runs off of the internet, it's extra annoying. Just got cut off from a client call because it went down for the 4th time this week.
