@RogersHelps Everything went down at 9:26am AGAIN, Internet, TV Service. Riverside South Ottawa, K1X 1E1. I’m in high tech, incredibly busy working from home during COVID. When can we expect service to return. Both Internet AND TV hard to live without given the circumstances

@Rogers disconnected my cable, internet & phone at midnight. I called & they said its cus I'm going to another provider!!! I had complained about my internet being so bad and said I needed it fixed or I'm leaving. They cut me off before I had a chance too. Pathetic. @RogersHelps

I attempted to switch my Internet service over to @RogersHelps and the technician arrives, looks in my backyard and says sorry I can’t help you, And furthermore he is afraid he may damage his drill if he tried to because he doesnt believe he is equipped with the right tools.
