I’m requesting that the overpaid amount be refunded back to me, not kept as account credit. I’ve also filed a complaint with the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS)

Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

How can I be in the queue for that long, being told "there is a bit of a wait" and then after all that, just hang up on me!
