overall not the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE but I'm very disappointed with you guys.I've been using your home internet for almost a year,I was expecting to get better plans not 15GB per month,plus Fido offers no 5G and no apple watch plans.I'm switching to ROGERS this weekend. @rogers

@Rogers @Rogershelp (oxymoron) After being a customer for 24 yrs Rogers decided to not provide us proper service for past 3 months yet continued to bill us, and now refuses to credit us for the full amount! If they treat customers of 24 years like this... run far, run fast

If @Rogers can get their **** together & fix the wires the street contracts cut, I would leave @Bell in a heart beat! Internet & TV down for 2 hours, & is not answering any calls. Also, it's an ONTARIO & PQ outage!

@CarAdMan @Bell_Support @RogersHelps Rogers is 10x worse I don't recommend. I'm not defending bell for this as it's been the support has been a joke but Rogers will screw you around. I had a TV package and they never informed in the midst of covid that it expired so they continued to charge me more money.
