Peter Kelly (@ThePeterKelly) reported@RogersHelps is so bad I have to switch ISP providers and I'M NOT EVEN A ROGERS CUSTOMER! I love @TekSavvyBuzz but they rely on Rogers and I can't deal with this unstable Internet anymore. At least today Rogers admitted there was an issue. That usually takes 3 days.

Clear outage in a two-block radius impacting 50 customer or so, and your lame reps telling people to reboot modems. Only second tier manager admitted it. #rogers #rogersoutage
