@RogersHelps @RogersHelps home wifi has been intermittently going down L4H. Is there an outage in my area? If so, when will it be fixed. Needless to say, work & school from home affected & using more cellular data because of the issue.

@Rogers Worst reception... worst company overall for customer service.... U have made the LIST! Two decades strong of burning & gouging customers... remember Cantel .... can’t hear... can’t talk.... if it was free service I wouldn’t even take it... Too bad SHAW is invested

@Yeg_Girl94 @Rogers I am tired of rage tweeting because then my spelling is awful - called Shaw today & asked when the final date for my contract is up so I can change providers. The employee says they were surprised by the announcement & that they have had a lot of people calling about cancelling.

@Rogers I like using Rogers Services. Have been a long time customer. Yet my fees go up due to expiring promotions, requiring me to call annually at minimum. Then I have to concede with less services to keep my bill lower. Paying $30/mo more with less services. Why? Not Happy...

@JohnPaulDanko @RogersHelps We’ve had so many issues! Recently upgraded and this is the first one. Just spoke to them and it sounds like there was an outage yesterday and a signal issue today that will be fixed in 24/48 hours. Ours is back right now and hoping it stays. I had to use my data for a mtg today

@RogersHelps c'mon Rogers. My ignite (TV and internet) has been up and down like a toilet seat for the past 5 days. Can't call tech support because they're experiencing "larger than normal call volume" shocking!!

@chrissythenewf @RogersHelps Our internet was off and on yesterday for a few hours and again this afternoon. First time I've had a problem with @RogersHelps after spending the majority of the past year working from home. Seems to be working now with a full restart of our modem & router.

@Rogers why ask me to sign in my account then transfer me and leave me in limbo? Considering how much we pay should be better customer service
