Dammit @rogers get your **** together. My service has been out for over 12 hours now, I called 12 hours ago and opened a ticket. Nothing get fixed and I call again now and was told ticket was closed. WTF? If I hadn’t called again now, where would things be??

@Rogers when you contact Rogers to work on a better deal (as prices keep climbing) and their solution is to offer you a higher price package...or alternatively lower your bill a whole $6 and reduce your package. So awesome...

Worst customer service - so incompetent that they are not able to cancel an account properly and refund my overcharged amount. Trying since Nov, 2022 and even after contacting them 100 times, no success yet. @RogersHelps @Rogers

@TekSavvyCSR @RogersHelps @TekSavvyBuzz Already talked to your rep. This requires a tech to come to my house and Rogers refuses because they don't see any issue. The issue is intermittent connection, so of course they can't see the issue because its intermittent. It's been 4 (5?) Modems and 8+ yrs of this.
