@RogersHelps Remarkably complex and complicated customer service. It’s really hard to feel respected as a customer.

@RogersHelps How about my money back for the internet. The signal isn't even good. The slow overage data on my phone is far superior to what I've been dealing with. Oh, and it's Rogers internet too. You guys basically double-dipped on me for over 12 months.

The @Rogers strategy seems to be introducing great deals and then slowly increasing the price until they're truly terrible deals. Roaming in the US is now $10/day with a 15-day cap. In 2020, it was either $6 or $7 / day with a cap of 10 days. Roaming has now doubled in price.

@carmelo9313 @Rogers I had the same experience with Bell last year. The system is broken for sure. I suspect once you cancel you’ll get a call with a retention deal a couple of days later. It’s worse than shopping for a car.

@RogersHelps I expressed how I disliked the customer service I was receiving and the response was that this wait time is normal…?! The tech hasn’t showed up and now I’m told an error was made and my appointment got canceled and the soonest appointment is Friday now 🤯…?!

@RogersHelps @BigGaySaul1 That's unfortunate to hear?! This is your first response to a customer who has obviously spent money for YOUR service above others? And you want him to contact you FIRST? Extremely tone deaf customer service....not a good look
