    @Rogers That's really too bad. As in that conversation, I spoke in detail about the many reasons why I would be cancelling my services with Rogers. I Shared with the "specialist" my anger and frustration, after calling to discuss a billing matter, Earlier that day with another

    @RogersHelps multiple calls regarding the same issue, the horrific customer service reps continue to challenge me, a long standing customer. They are going after a $25.00 return fee for a credit card that had not been updated on my account. Service certainly isn’t in their DNA..

    @Rogers I return equipment to your store months ago, they screw up and now you cancel my account without ever speaking to me?! Wtf.. on the phone over 1hr, 4 transfers and no help! Shameful
