    .@RogersHelps still seeing heavy packet loss ~2%, slow pings and dropped connections with broadband in ON. Basically impossible to get work done, that's 2 days of work lost. Is there any ETA on when the service quality is restored to acceptable levels?

    @RogersHelps any way to know when our service will return ? Keep hearing vast majority or we are back online … have not had internet for about 40 hours now. The customer service line is over 3 hours and your online tech support is unavailable. Can you provide an update?

    @rdassaly @RogersHelps I still don’t have internet wifi connection at home this includes no tv service, no phone service, no internet! it’s now been almost 2 days …acceptable not.

    @vote4robgill @Rogers That's literally the cost per day you spend on their service. IF Celluar/Internet is mission critical of you or your business you should have redundancy.. If you carrier is Rogers, your Home internet should be Bell/Telus. Outages happen and you should be prepared for it.

    @vote4robgill @Rogers What about the ones like us that are still down and told there is no time frame to have our internet restored. Going on 40 hours now what if we hit 60-70 hours🤔
