@RealKingiman @Rogers What does that have to do with it? The fact that to deal with a “Canadian” issue I was speaking with someone from another country. Rogers should be investing more in Canada with more Canadian call centers.

@JustMeJamie64 @Syed57961202 @Rogers The data is still in Canada and all the big banks and most if not all big Canadian companies require Canadian data and cloud service locations. But it’s the internet and can be accessed from elsewhere.

@JustMeJamie64 @HappyCanadian55 @Rogers And people are like "We should never let verizon into Canada! It'll kill Canadian jobs!"

@RogersHelps I have 2 serious charges on my bill I need to talk to a person about. Also tech outages in my area since Tuesday! Please call me directly as I refuse to attempt to call again. This is beyond unacceptable service levels.

@mmabrey1 Both @Rogers and @Bell are absolute dog ****. Sorry

  • Sky__16__

@Rogers @RogersHelps 5.5 hours outage while I work from home = real income loss (~$250). Final resolution from Rogers Communications = $2 credit. This doesn’t reflect the real impact.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers How is a customer service rep supposed to know the answer that you should be asking from corporate. Unreasonable thing to do to someone who doesn’t even have the authority or accurate information
