@AboutRogers @Rogers I hope everyone is getting a big discount on their bill. Being out for an hour is understandable but more than 12 hours is completely unacceptable. This is not an INCONVENIENCE. This is a vital service.

@RogersHelps and as a former (3rd party) employee, I cant say I'm shocked at this level of incompetence. More that it took you this long. Every single impacted customer better not get charged for today, if you actually care about your already piss poor reputation re: this outage

@RogersHelps not true! I know of residential and business that pay for Rogers but don't have service - they can't complain here b/c...no service I have Bell so nothing to worry about!
