    @Rogers I was told on Nov 16 my new phone would arrive within 3 wks. I chose a diff. color than silver just to make delivery faster. I was told I would get an email when it was shipped. Hasn’t shipped. There is a Sonos deal, but I have to cancel my order to get it. Not right!

    @RogersHelps If you cared your technician would not have come to my home and marked the ticked "complete" while telling us he would be back. It is the service I have come to expect.

    @accordingtomio @RogersHelps The inital agent indicated a $45 svc. fee for having the agent assist with the upgrade. I was like, nope. I get messages on your website saying you can't access my account info. Not paying a service fee, If self serve isn't available.

    @RogersHelps Of course I am still having issues. I did call and was met with another customer service agent who took no accountability - Rogers has a culture problem and I am tired of having to deal with it

    Hey @RogersHelps Are there any service interruptions in my area? I keep losing Internet and Home Phone. Ironically while I was talking to one of your CSRs
