@RogersHelps Is the cause of the outage due to the number of Cable towers down

@BigDee59869599 @RogersHelps Yer not wrong. I was lucky to have power all week, my parents don't and I've been cooking for them every night this week. I wouldn't be complaining if I didn't find the lack of updates from @rogers to be so upsetting. It's a poor business practice to leave customers in the dark

  • gzjst GsT (@gzjst) reported

@RogersHelps Internet service out for 3 days now. Im a Rogers wireless customer too, why not make the most of it Rogers. Give Wireless customer affected of outage freedom to exceed more than their monthly data so they can use it for hotspot

@RogersHelps @centzible We had the same issues for months lasy year. We were forced to upgrade to Ignited. We don't access atm and is taking you forever to restore it. Looking at alternative providers e.g. Starlink.

@RogersHelps Well that sucks since I have Apple TV but had no idea it was on there. Even this morning My List has disappeared again. Used to be called my favourites. Why did you change the app? If it ain’t broke….. used to work fine. Doesn’t anymore!

@RogersHelps Wifi keeps cutting in and out, on for 5 minutes out for an hour for the past 2 weeks in New Brunswick, are we even affected by the outage? like WTF????

  • moltenink Moltenink (@moltenink) reported

@RogersHelps I understand that press release. And I understand your obligation to send that response out. But as a customer I gotta say that it instills zero confidence. We all realistically understand the situation. All customers want is to be able to follow things, know what's happening

  • Harpie8 Barb (@Harpie8) reported

@Rogers after 5 days with no service we had it back for half a day. It is out again and you expect us to keep buying more data as a fix

  • my_gimme flush-kun (@my_gimme) reported

@RogersHelps It's times like these that I usually thank God for not having Rogers for any of my services, BUT my ISP uses Rogers for their cable internet service, so, FIX MY INTERNET R.T.F.N Please and thank you
