@SBishayIRIS @fanCRTCProfling @Rogers The only issue is 4G VoLTE. It only works with a phone supported by Videotron. That doesn't include uleFone. And yet, my Armor 6E worked flawlessly in Japan. I still have to test my new Armor 12 with a voice call on Videotron's 5G network to see if it remains 5G.

@RogersBiz Thank you for hanging up on me while waiting more than 45 minutes on the phone. Anytime someone needs to cancel something you put them on hold and then hang up on them. You will be losing my business for this. Shame on you!!

@Rogers I shouldn't have to cancel my service in order to get offered a better rate. $40/m less. If you can offer lower prices, why not do so? You've lost a customer for life.

@Rogers your Ignite TV and Internet Service is a joke! The connection is often disconnected and TV picture freezes and sound cuts out every 30 seconds or so. Tried resolving the issue via live chat when Anna which is another challenge! Wtf? Going to @Bell
