@RogersHelps My home Internet is still down. Sigh......

  • no_y_law_er Wayne Lawer (@no_y_law_er) reported

@RogersHelps I guess I am part of the minority. How am I tweeting this? I keep my home internet with … ahem…this one… and my cell service with another (2 guesses). Never bundle essential services in the same basket.

  • SparkyRobGreen 😈Robin Greenbury😈 (@SparkyRobGreen) reported

@RogersHelps my wifi pods are not working

  • sammysunshine Sabrina Harnish (@sammysunshine) reported

Do you suppose that @Rogers will automatically credit all of their customers? Or will it be one of those things where the customers have to stand on their heads and spit wooden nickels and their account will be grudgingly credited, eventually? #outage

  • CdnMapleV ItsComplicated (@CdnMapleV) reported

@dm_tats @Rogers Its been over 30 hours. No wifi and crappy phone service. 30 F-ing hours! WTF @RogersHelps

  • cydonnia Didi🇨🇦 (@cydonnia) reported

@RogersHelps I certainly hope we will be credited. It was more than a loss of cell service for a day. How many of us were unable to work or buy flipping groceries. How many of us did not receive deposits because of this?

  • Aboodnasswr SaugaMaster (@Aboodnasswr) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Its a Saturday and you guys still haven’t found a solution for the wifi outage fair to say if I was given a 1000$ credit I’m still going to Bell

  • Randall69244855 Crazy Raptors Fan (@Randall69244855) reported

@RogersHelps This is the worst telecommunications company ever. Your service is extremely bad, your customer service is horrible and your rates are through the roof. There is a reason I got rid of my mobile and home phones with you. My internet will be next!!!

  • DavidKe12893106 David Kent (@DavidKe12893106) reported

@Eskieas @juskazu @RogersHelps Yeah, my brother and I are having the same issues. We're even using wires and our stuff isn't connecting. Glad it's not our consoles.

  • d_sauve32 Street Bobber (@d_sauve32) reported

@RogersHelps I live in Southern Ontario and although they claim that service is restored for most, it isn’t. Severe lagging and sporadic access to the net. Channels on Ignite are on and off with continuous stuttering. Don’t know if it’s an isolated issue but calling them is a no go.
