@Rogers JC, you're doing what you're supposed to do and its appreciated. Its just when its a major service outage and the response looks like rogers is saying its just each of us having some little issue that we should take up with tech support, it comes off as a bit trite. Thanks tho

@RogersHelps hey, I can't make a phone call from my cell phone. The one thing I didn't to do this morning, call my pharmacy and renew my prescriptions and now I can't. Big fail on your part rogers
