@Rogers @ctvnews email connection issue is not okay. Where is the issue alert msg on your web page? Your support person didn't even know what an App pw was. Had to walk them through it. Both the pw reset and App pw = "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again later."

@Bell_Aliant giving the WORST customer service 🥰 they make at least a dozen errors, and instead of owning up to something that is clearly their fault, they blame the customer??? really considering switching to @Rogers atp, at least then my internet would be set up before 2024 🙄

@Rogers So feed up with Rogers I really wish they’d get there s*it together. 1 major issue after major issue!!! Then 2 deal with the issues you have to sit on the phone on hold for an hour Re explaining the situation. Who’s going to compensate me for my time? Am I alone in this?
