@Rogers I cannot believe how awful not only the last few days has been, but the last 2 months. Your customer service has been atrocious. I was on the phone with you guys over two hours over a $26 over charge that you weren’t going to give me back until I threatened to leave.

One thing is completely clear. From a crisis and incident communication standpoint - @RogersHelps gets an F. Plain and simple. This is one of the most inconsiderate and frustrating handling of comms around a technology crisis I have ever seen. #rogersoutage #fail #rogers
