    @Rogers your Tech Support wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Already 1.5 hours on hold with no end in site. How is this okay in today’s world? Do better. Hire more people. Stay open longer. You run the bloody country for mobile service. FIX.

    @GrandstreamNet - I am unable to get the Grandstream HT802V2 to work with @voipms with my @Rogers router. Ooma VoIP works, but Grandstream doesn't. I've worked on this for many hours unsuccessfully. How do I get real help? #voip

    @RogersHelps Yes, I was using the app and only got error messages. I got the modem set up finally after nearly 3hrs, 1hr hold yesterday, and multiple days trying. Your support member was amazing though once I got through. I spend a lot on your services, hire more people.

    @RogersHelps The problem that couldnt be found is back. Sign in and do chat & told I cant get help, hold for hours and get told to report online to speed things up.
