  @theJagmeetSingh I worked indirectly for @Rogers from 2017-2020, right after covid hit all discounts we had before were gone and prices went up, we were told to say they were paying for the higher quality service. It was complete BS, we all knew it, and we could do nothing about it

  Thank a lot to @RogersBiz for making customers wait hours on the phone to get a hold of a representative then suddenly hang up. I would also like to thank the advertisement representative @RogersBiz who called and lied to me about the bill payments which now I can’t cancel….

  @RogersHelps My phone connection again is down. I don't hear phone ringing when I make call. I don't hear person on phone with me when they pick up or when they call me. And if I do, they then cut out. I don't see any service interruptions in my area. What is going on?

  @RogersBiz - instead working so hard and coming up with new ideas to scam your customers in different ways .... just provide better services for your own F@$%ing agents ... everything they put me on hold the phone gets hung up .... or don't hire incompetent customer service agent
