  • TexTexington Tex Texington (@TexTexington) reported

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps Get another tech out there and talk to them - tell them it's up and down and you suspect corrosion in the connectors ask for them to be changed

  • tweetstormchris CT (@tweetstormchris) reported

@RogersHelps Looking forward to finally getting our service back and also looking forward to the rebate @ 8 days per day of lost service…..carry the one…..about a 96 day rebate and counting.

  • ClimateDuncan Duncan Noble (@ClimateDuncan) reported

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps We had a similar problem with our TekSavvy DSL service on a line owned by Bell. It turned out to be a wiring problem in our house. There was an old telephone line wired to the demarcation point that was shorting intermittently. Have any techs actually come to your residence yet?

  • Bryson_M bryson (@Bryson_M) reported

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps Overloaded cable networks are a real issue and the regulatory imbalance rendering fibre inaccessible exacerbâtes the issues. If you have unreliable cable in the peak hours, a DSL connection would likely solve your problems.

@RogersHelps No “insights” required . Just a service that we pay a lot for to work consistently. @CRTCeng

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps Unfortunately, it's happening to all of us Blessed Rogers customers. It's gotten worse (if possible) since "The Great Outage". We're screwed for options 🤬

  • KellyLNL Kelly (@KellyLNL) reported

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps Did Rogers run a diagnostic while you’re on the phone with them? I had the same issue, they ran a diagnostic while on the phone, and they said they were surprised my internet was still working.
