    @CCTS_CPRST @Rogers Is their tech department on strike. Why do they always blame it customers saying high call volume. It seems their customer care is calling each other because real customers are definitely not getting the response from them.

    @RogersHelps Yes. It’s all recordings though it seems to have stopped lately. And for some reason the on demand, seaon 4 episode 1 issue of Strange New Worlds contains an episode of The Librarians and not Strange New Worlds at all. It’s a bit of a mess.

    @RogersHelps I am moving and need to set up a service transfer. I was on hold twice this week for over 2 hours before a forced disconnection. Today, not even allowed to enter the queue. Live agents can't help me, your local stores can't help me. What am I supposed to do?

    @CanadasLeafs @Rogers i complained on twitter and someone from their twitter team reached out to me and canceled within minutes. I will never, ever, ever, use this company for anything again.
