@Rogers Yes I did. They stated it will take 24-48 hours. It's way too long to resolve a small issue like this. Would really appreciate if your technical support team expedite the request.

@rogershelps how does one file a claim for their device using your Premium Device Protection. Just curioswus what the actual procedure is. Would help others in my situation. Because it seems that after 7 agents and over one week, I still haven't gotten any help.

Is it just me or does @rogers seem to be downgrading their internet speeds and tv service, it’s been impossible to connect to anything not within 10’ radius of modem
