@Rogers your customer service is so confusing I've been on hold for more than 1 hour waiting for an agent to help me out, then I went to your website and the help chat says that you're talking with one person, but when they text you are three different names. How come?

@Rogers @shaw is the absolute worst!!!! On hold for 2 hrs and get a lady in India that you cannot even understand. She was so rude…

@RogersHelps @Wtimbers It's even parts of ottawa that says the internet is online. South Keys area is offline despite your own outage map saying otherwise.

@MacDoug1 @Rogers Yup I get it. The idea would be to use Rogers for Internet and cancel your Bell Internet OR get Bell Fibe TV and cancel your Roger Ignite TV. You cannot mix and match. Both Bell and Rogers TV services require thier Internet service. Both essentially stream now, on their network.

@RogersHelps please make an official statement on the outage - it has caused me and my coworkers wasted work #transparency #goodcustomerservice

@mikeszeller @Rogers The NEXT box was just plugged into the TV and a cable cord. The Xfinity doesn't work without connecting to Rogers Internet. I already have Bell internet. I'm not paying for a 2nd internet connection just to watch TV. That just seems like a cash-grab for cable-users only.

@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps Wireless plans and Wireless Home Phone plans are different services. They may both be 'mobile' services, but they are not the same nor interchangeable, hence the need to port the service over

@MikeDelpieroX @for_vaughan @RogersHelps Sounds like blatant fraud and misrepresenting the term "customer support" even "help" for fucksake.
