    And after an hour of waiting for “Lloyd” to come back I was on the phone with a woman who just hung up on me from @Rogers Customer Care… I will be cancelling all three lines and my home services. An absolute waste of 10 hours over 3 months! Rogers needs to be cancelled! Period!

    @coraliew @Rogers @RogersHelps I feel this with every fiber of my being. I just went through similar last month. I have been a long time customer as well. I spent, what I call a full ‘work day’ +, most of it on hold. Transferred to the wrong places and it is still not right. I have a contract, for now.

    @Rogers will make a mistake on your bill, forcing you to call them, wait 60+ minutes to talk someone to fix it, and then fail to apply the fix on your next bill. What an absolute joke.

    @Rogers please cancel internet services for my account 903312643. I have been on call to speak to someone for an hour but can’t get through. Pathetic customer service. At least share an email where I can send my request to cancel internet services.
