@JasonRodgers_13 @AboutRogers @Rogers Will be their standard calculation of '$monthly fee/# of days affected' So about $3 to $4 ... for each customer who calls and reports the issue after waiting 3hrs or more on hold .

@AboutRogers @Rogers I need my phone for my job. I cannot have a brick in my pocket. If the service is not up today I'm ****** tomorrow. Do you morons even understand that people need something so simple as cellular service? We pay an arm and a leg for it is it too much to ask for the actual service?

Over the past months @Rogers has charged me roughly $300 for a few KB/MB data overuse by mistake because the phone kept automatically switching away from my home modem to cellular data. Instead of helping fix the problem @RogersHelps basically told me that they did not care.
