@RogersHelps getting REALLY tired of constant Ignite outages in central Guelph for the last three weeks. Neighbours have all reported the same issue. We’ve been told you are ‘making upgrades’. Could you not have just sent out a notice to all affected customers at the very least??

@Rogers My biggest issue is why I do have to be the bad person and get upset when you provided me with wrong information and then when I tell you are going to have to pay me for my time, you offer me $40 ...they did offer to replace phone for free but I could be charged $500 so no thanks

2...us to watch their team, No? Put the games back on regular @Sportsnet instead of showing American hockey games etc. I’m not thinking that you want to lose fans. Maybe I’m wrong ?? From one very disappointed @Rogers customer and @BlueJays fan.

@Rogers I will take the $40 in and 11 months, I will find a new carrier. I have been a Rogers cell customer for over a decade and while he did offer to replace the phone, I could be charged $500 if the phone has damage which I imagine you would find regardless

Hi @RogersHelps - I can't make phone calls on my handset (Pixel 3), it just says calling, never connects and then hangs up. Any known issues?

@Rogers your ignite internet service sucks. On a daily basis It disconnect during working hours. It’s not reliable at all, and none of your technicians is able to fix it. The last visit was on last Monday when they replaced the modem, but this one did not fix it.

If you own a @Rogers account, go change your password now, there is a leak, second time this happens to me with a rogers specific password, last time they didn't say anything about it, so don't expect them say **** about it.
