    @RogersHelps You know...system update issue was the same reason you gave when the same thing happened last year. Your competitors do system updates at least as often, yet don't have as many issues like this. As an IT person I'd say you guys need to seriously improve your upgrade process.

    @RogersHelps Beyond annoyed. My Internet was not the best prior to yesterday, constantly slow and dropped singles. Yesterday the outage occurred. Today my Internet sucks worse than it did before the outage. No wifi, one bar when it comes back on, and drops just as quickly. Not happy!

    @RogersHelps @Vampayakarin Then they copy and paste this and think it is a great reply. This reply is absolutely useless. You guys are full of lies and aren't transparent at all. Anyone using rogers please switch to anything else! This is an example of how bad this company truly is.

    @birgitomo @Rogers I am furious that the companies we already have do not appear to have backup plans. More companies does not guarantee we will not have this problem again in the future... it would give us more choice, yes, but unless the companies have a backup plan, this will happen again.
