@Rogers Rural and remote communities spring to mind. The affordability issue in cities don't seem to. It is not optional now but if it were not included in my rent I would not have it. The programs viewing it and basic tv as needed are for families. I only worry about internet.

@RogersHelps Tv service down. This is why I do not put all my services with one supplier. If I did I could not notify you as all Rogers services are down, tv, internet and phone. At least I only have tv with rogers, I still have internet and phone service. #frustrating
