Hey @RogersHelps! Our neighbourhood's (K2C) "high speed" internet went down again this afternoon for about an hour. Service is back up, but signal is unstable. Unfortunately, this has been happening a lot lately. We're paying for the top speed package and are not happy! 😠

Looking for some tech help. Apparently there is a known issue for @Shawhelp emails not being compatible with the iOS mail app past 14.0. Just got a new phone through @RogersHelps and email won’t work. Have spent hours with Shaw trying to fix. Has anyone overcome this? #winnipeg

And as part of this I want to give a MAJOR shout out to @Rogers Tech Support team who helped to get this couple back online after they almost got scammed. I criticize @Rogers a lot but their Tech Support team went above and beyond and that needs to be recognized in public.

@RogersHelps How can Rogers Possible think they have the best internet service ( mic drop and all that) I have had service issues for the better part of the last 3-4 months , with no fix in sight , today the internet has been up and down all day , The service is horrible.
