    @Rogers internet has been out for 5 days, after 8 hours of collective calls, countless transfers and lots of “umm idk’s” I get hung up on 3 different times today alone. Lmao this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

    @Britbox_CA @RichardEGrant You can't if you get Brit Box through Rogers. @RogersHelps They never have any of the shows/events the BritBox offers live. It is a joke

    @rogers @RogersHelps internet outage continues. We keep getting notifications that our problem was resolved only we still have no internet. Have tried to use online tools, chats, DMs. Very frustrating. Even tried calling and saying call times very high so call again tomorrow.

    @RogersHelps @iamacraftymama You never answer your DMs unfortunately and we have to wait for hours on the phone until we reach a customer service rep- that’s assuming that we don’t get transferred to a different department at a risk of loosing the call! I have sent u a DM- let’s see if u ll respond .

    @BobtMgb @RogersBiz Started out with Rogers at a cell update they wouldn't answer the call from the guy at the service desk hr later he says if you were changing I could do this in 10mins 'do it' turned out to be the cheaper option.Then Rogers calling 'we could do a cheaper deal hmm too bad too sad

    @RogersHelps I wasn’t trying to be snarky — but, it’s an honest question. I’ll try to rephrase: I’ve spoken with 2 customer support reps (helpful/nice), but my account problem needs to be dealt with someone with specific expertise. Have I been shunted to an unattended line or is this normal?
