@Rogers 7 hours since the last communication… I don’t know who’s advising you but they are doing a piss poor job. You should have updates every hour on the hour and full transparency and I mean full.

  • MiriamDorightly Miriam (@MiriamDorightly) reported

@RogersHelps How is Rogers Helps able to send Twitter messages while their network is down?

  • Lydialili22 Laydi (@Lydialili22) reported

@Rogers Did you intend to take care of the problem this year or have you already gone to take refuge on an island with all the money you steal from Canadians in exchange for a terrible service?

  • kennedy1968 Mike Kennedy (@kennedy1968) reported

@og_woji @CityNewsKIT @Rogers They are not going to be compensating for lost sales just lost time of internet service. If anything this should be a lesson for all that you cannot rely on that technology will work all the time, maybe not to have all services with just one provider.

  • DojiInvestor DojiInvestor (@DojiInvestor) reported

@Rogers apparently just got through to support and "JOHN FROM HALIFAX" was able to tell them to reboot the router.... #RogersLetsNotTalkDay #rogersdown #rogers

  • melissameltdown MelissaKitten (@melissameltdown) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps I’m still without internet or the ability to put gas in my car due to debit being down still and I have to drive an hour out of the city later this morning and barely have half a tank. What are you planning on doing to compensate those who are still affected? This is ridiculous.

  • JtheGodfather J (@JtheGodfather) reported

@RogersHelps The question is how were you guys able to tweet what was going on when all your clients couldn't even access to make a call? Another reason why I argue in why I should pay in advance for services that you don't render! It's time we get better service providers at better rates!

  • protocrone Just Beth (@protocrone) reported

@KimHalfyard @CheriDiNovo @Rogers There’s only one service provider for our area, so unfortunately, that solution doesn’t work for everyone 😞

  • DarrylMurphy78 darryl m (@DarrylMurphy78) reported

@MVLibertas @RogersHelps Why was etrasfer and Interac down too? Does @RogersHelps own that? They probably shouldn’t.

  • fmu004 Frank (@fmu004) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Something of this scale and magnitude should NEVER happen. Restaurants, banks, concerts, airlines, jobs etc. all affected. Whatever “compensation” you come up with will surely be inadequate. I hope regulators punish you severely and smart consumers find other providers.
