The internet is a "web" of servers; redundancy is built into the design. Server A connects to servers B and C; B connects to C. If A to B fails, A can get to B via C. Makes zero sense @Rogers had complete outages, especially 9-1-1 infrastructure. It should all have fail-over.

@Heidiross86 @AboutRogers If one removes the SIM card then the phone will connect to any valid cellular network to deliver a 911 call. @RogersHelps should’ve told everyone that.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Rogers outage reminded me that you are a "TV cable provider" (i.e. entertainment purpose only) at root and your communications & transparency yesterday demonstrated that you are still not mature to be a critical infrastructure provider. Root cause analysis report is due next, ok?
