@RogersHelps Can you possibly advise what's going on with online topups for PAYG? Auto-top-up isn't going through, credit/ virtual visa says the Rogers system is 'unavailable', and I can't even attempt Interac bc it doesn't even take me to login. Been this way since yesterday AM

Wow. Make sure you check your device balance with @rogers because they sure don’t help. If you are paying extra months from @rogershelps don’t expect to get it back. We’ve been with them almost 20 years. Buh Bye.

I have been with @Rogers for over 25yrs. WHY? Because of their exceptional customer service. Canada also has Bell / Aliant, Telus and some other small players. All of Rogers' competition offer lower rates but their customer service stinks. All my friends & family are with Rogers.

@RogersHelps At this point my time is better spent researching other carriers. We just will do what we do every- keep resetting the gateway (multiple times a day) and wait for a better service carrier. I’ve spent hours trying to get a fix in place, it’s just not worth my time now #RogersFail

@RogersHelps ...There are multiple Roger technicians in the property but dispatch team is unable to allocate my work order to someone already working on the same control room. In addition, technical support team has reached heights of idiocy in resolving the issue.
