@yegventures @Shawhelp @RogersHelps I don't watch TV. I wish to cancel this service I am not using. I require this service to be canceled promptly and a registered letter mailed to the address as to the cancellation completion.

  • canadianjilly Canadian Jilly (@canadianjilly) reported

@Rogers Aaaand…I asked if I could cancel, so they sent me to tech support instead and then the call was disconnected in the middle of tech support. I’ve been trying to ride this out because changing services is annoying but @bell is wilding if they think this is ok!

  • Mel_1245 Mel (@Mel_1245) reported

@RogersHelps My next contact will be to cancel as that was beyond frustrating. Looking up @bell internet as we speak

  • HoldGovtAcctble HoldGovtAccountable (@HoldGovtAcctble) reported

@TELUS @Rogers @Bell #collusion #oligopagy tired of paying and no difference between any of them for cost of service

  • DoBetterCA #YouCanDoBetter (@DoBetterCA) reported

@JackDan110 @Rogers Funny enough, this also happens in @cogeco service areas where Rogers can only offer mobile service…. Is it possible these are freelancers chasing sign ups?

  • CinthyaGalvan1 Cinthya Galvan (@CinthyaGalvan1) reported

The customer service at @Rogers and @Fidomobile is awful. I’m a Fido customer and went in person to update my credit card for automatic payments. They mistakenly charged me $726 CAD — from another @Rogers customer! I’m not even a Rogers client. Completely unacceptable.

  • _Matrix_666_ Quintessence (@_Matrix_666_) reported

@PhoneArena Verizon sucks almost as much as @rogers

  • pcroft 🇺🇦 🇵🇸 Paul the Taxman 🇵🇸 🇺🇦 (@pcroft) reported

Just a gentle warning. If you are a @Rogers or @Fidomobile customer, they just laid off about 800 people from a 3rd party support centre. Customer service sucks already and is about to get worse. @foundeverglobal

  • rajatseth90 rajatseth90 (@rajatseth90) reported

@FreedomMobile @Rogers There is no help i contacted them many times they said they esclated the issue to rogers but i have received any follow up call from them.

  • JasonGagne24235 JayDawgTDot (@JasonGagne24235) reported

@TELUSsupport If you had a call center in Canada, it wouldn't be an issue. Instead, you're leading with profits over service and the customer pays at the end. Telus used to be different, customer focused ... Now, you're no different then @Bell and @Rogers . Shame!
