@CRTCeng Service outage 05/06/21.Rogers should automatically refund their customers when there is a lapse in service. On hold, which included 5 representatives and one disconnection, for more than one hour in an attempt to receive a credit. @RogersHelps

@denncrocker @RogersHelps The answer is yes they just don’t want you to cheat the system. I cancelled my phone with them & they bothered me for 3 months. When I came back the deal they offered was way better than any new customer deal. But be careful because they’ll try and get you to switch it later on.

@AshleyBotting @RogersHelps I left their internet a month ago because of Mar-a-Lago and they also keep calling and calling and sometimes ask why I left but most of the time just hang up on me. @RogersHelps stop calling or I will cancel business line too.
