    What is happening @RogersHelps my phone and the 4 different lines used for home and business is completely down and has been all day. This is completely unacceptable. Maybe time to become a former Rogers Customer. #ZeroCustomerService

    @RogersHelps @phil_jacobson Chronic outage. 911 services are also likely affected. Intermittent outages are not outages lasting for numerous hours. This is a chronic Rogers Communications service failure.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Intermittent and some. Biggest understatement of the year unless by intermittent you mean it going on and off service once every 5 seconds. And by some you mean everyone but your support. Maybe you should tell the techs to stop flipping the light switches in the towers

    @chatrmobile This is ridiculous. Been no service since 11 pm last night. A complete blackout of all services.. and it's not just one area. From Vancouver to Alberta, and beyond is affected. @Rogers @RogersHelps get this fixed ASAP, or I'm moving to Lucky with their $50/15GB plan!!!!
