    @Rogers I haven't watched TV for a bit and imagine my amazement when I turned on Breakfast Television in Van and I saw these 3 really obnoxious hosts. From Toronto. And then find out that @BTVancouver was asked. WTF? Well you're going to lose a lot of viewers.

    @RogersHelps you guys really need to improve your customer service I have started a conversation with you on a DM and waiting for your reply. At least have a courtesy to reply back. I am out of net for two days now because someone "mistakenly" at your end terminated my service.

    @RogersHelps After being on hold for 54mins, speaking w someone who couldn't help & waiting on hold for another 10mins to be transferred, we were hung up on. All this to fix a billing issue that shouldn't have been our problem to fix. Plz have someone call us back who can help

    @AppleSupport @RogersHelps > and rogers says I will have to wait 30 days to get a new phone if i change my billing address, so now Im stuck with no phone because rogers wont help a customer who pays $250 /mnth in services, and apple didn't sell the proper applecare protection.
