@RogersHelps 11 quants one of whom disconnected, one transfer to a closed department who got pissy with me and down during work hours. 3 days with down internet, why is it I'm paying full rate for this service? How can you not be able to send techs during building wide outage?

@RogersHelps WOW Rogers. I just logged in to pay this months bill and you charged me late payment for last month which was YOUR fault not taking the friggin’ money. We still have not received our $100 visa. Switching over to you has been a **** show so far.

@RogersHelps are there any service interuptions for rogers ignite in weston road and starview lane area. Connection keeps cutting off since 1 pm. Now totally lost connection. Ungpugged and plugged router 4 times now doesnt seem to work.

@RogersHelps Same issue since Friday. My building is intermittently down and I don't get a straight answer. There is now a 45 minute wait to talk to tech support so I'm waiting on the call back to get told "we'll get someone out" and rinse and repeat.

@RogersHelps so according to the 12th technician my outage is do to maintenance on damaged and old cables to the building. Why is this the first time I'm hearing about this after 3 days and 11 other agents? Why was I not notified of building maintainance?

@mekki @Rogers I second @TekSavvyBuzz. Once you find out about the infrastructure, I would definitely recommend against Rogers for their oligopolistic practices and absolutely horrendous service. I switched over a decade ago and wouldn’t ever go back to Rogers. Also, my rate has gone down.

@FriedgeHNIC @Sportsnet now if only @Rogers could make an app that lets me login to watch.... #NHLGamecenter is only working on cell phones. If you try to access it on your laptop you cant login. #NHLOutdoors
