    Hi @Grok, Did a Rogers technician, Keith White, die after falling from a ladder while replacing an aerial cable at a customer's home. Did a federal safety officer later find that @Rogers had failed to implement and monitor its preventive-maintenance program for workplace hazards?

    @RogersHelps It takes hours to get through tech support and days to get someone out. It just happened randomly and I’ve seen before when the outage detector says no outage when there is one.

    @Rogers Why is it impossible to speak with someone ever since y’all added that stupid AI Assistant?? It’s been a week of me hearing “high volume calls”. No one is calling y’all. Also I refuse to pay my bill until I speak with someone

    @ImpatienTourist @Rogers Didn't get me anywhere and i spend hours and hours on hold with them. @Rogers has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN CANADA. I'll be switching carriers in December when my contract ends!

    @RogersHelps There was no outrage just a technical employee who didn’t want to go the extra mile to help me. TV is fine once I rebooted. Thanks
