@Fidomobile Your AI agent is doing everything in its power to prevent me to speak to a real person. I'm having technical issues and I'm beyond frustrated as a new customer... not cool @Fidomobile not cool.... @Rogers

I feel bad for @Rogers customers. I'm so glad I left this horrible provider over 2 years ago. Switching over to @Bell was the best decision I made! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 It's like there is an outage every year. Where is the service? What happened to client service excellence? 🤔🤔 #rogersoutage

@RogersHelps All they did was offer the same thing I turned down... was another waste of time. Ported out to @FreedomMobile already and saving $115/month.

@Fidomobile: what’s going on Fido? Your network is going again and again, I restarted my device 11th time to grab the network. @Rogers

Any exec who believes AI chat assistants as a viable alternative to live customer service, have yet to see boomers, Gen X’s wrath play out. Are you that committed to losing more customers who have questions over unannounced price increases to their plans? @Rogers @Fidomobile

Only 10 more months until I can leave @Rogers and their terrible cell service behind for good. I’m so sick of sitting here trying to find reception while watching @TELUS or @Bell customers stream a whole movie or sports game.

@Rogers 30 years with you and after an absolute nightmare trying to add a business line to my account, I see no reason to stay anymore. Customer service means nothing. Loyalty means nothing. Four operators each saying something different and different prices. @bell can you help?

It’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for a $210 credit on my account. I’ve called @Rogers 5 times, spoken to managers—every time I’m told to wait 48 or 72 hours. No real clarification, no resolution. Why is it so hard to get my own money back? Disappointing service.

@Rogers An hour and counting on my third attempt to contact Technical “Support” Unbelievable that they can get away with this. Tried various times a day. Always the same. No answer. Does it even exist?
