-
Khan (@khan_anwari) reported@RogersHelps No, because you don't offer options for customers who just want to buy a phone while keeping their current plan. Your customer service agents always push us to change our plans to get a new device."

Kelly (@AlbertanKelly) reportedMy internet/cable has been down for 24 hours. @Rogers (with Shaw). Never had this happen before. I actually appreciate the updates - apparently a cable was cut by a third party contruction but, 24 hours is a really long time. I feel for everyone in my area who works from home.
-
JPG (@JPGonVI) reported@rodmickleburgh @Rogers Every issue somehow ends with you demanding someone else fix it. Government, taxpayers, neighbourhoods… always someone else.
-
Vandana Bhalla (@vandana_bhalla) reported@Rogers so frustrated with the ongoing issues I have experienced with your customer service and home monitoring system. For the third time I have spent an extended period on hold—this time for over an hour and a half—without being able to reach a representative.
-
NWR4LIFE (@NeilWRhodes) reported@Rogers @RogersMediaPR is there a date circled yet when you're shutting down 590? I mean why not go all the way and just bury radio for good.
-
Dawn Delio (@brabro16) reported@RogersHelps any service issues in the Hamilton area, keep having intermittent disruptions with my wifi
-
Nick 🇺🇸🇺🇦🇮🇱 Say 🚫 to ☭ (@nickfromnorwood) reported@GiantBlueRing @Rogers @BlueJays Nobody listens to the Jays.... Rogers is too cheap to send the announcers to the road games (hence the reason Joe Bowen retired) and the team is horrible. Only reason they made the World Series last year was sheer luck.
-
Jeremy Stewart (@decstewartje) reported@RogersHelps @vandana_bhalla How about stop buying out your competition to the point where you have no capital left and need to lay off ALL your Canadian support team and move support overseas?
-
Jeff (@hdhntrjeff) reported@RogersHelps I have been on hold for over an hour for customer service. #dobetter

Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported@mwalker1533 @RogersHelps "If I understand correctly, your first invoice was alright, but the following two were problematic. Is that right?" At this point, no customer service would save me as a customer. Absolute disgrace.
