    @RogersHelps @YCMDGaming Hydro isn’t the issue!! Hydro works and it’s only Rogers that doesn’t. Over 8 hours now. I’ve lost out on my workday and you’ve cost me nearly $300 in lost wages!!

    @RogersHelps I have been without service for hours! Apparently no outages but that isn’t true. Calling 611 useless- 2.5-3 hours wait time!!! How does one get service? Any service?

    @RogersHelps Here in Kitchener. N2H2X6. No cable or internet since storm blew through at noon today. And it’s also many of my neighbours. One of your supp people told my neighbour that there were no outages here. WRONG!! What is the problem?? Very frustrated with lack of support.

    @RogersHelps internet has been down for over 8 hour now in London!! And I see that you are blaming it on the hydro being out (which it’s not). Fix it!!

    @RogersHelps @AbsoluteCooky So I have been waiting on Messenger for almost 35 minutes no reply. For call support there is 1.3 to 1.5 hours wait. So what's the point of DM if you not gonna get reply for almost an hour.

    @RogersHelps have had no cable or internet in Kitchener since noon when the storm blew in. Power went out for a few seconds but came back on but no cable/internet since. Rogers says there’s no outages. Tell that to all my neighbours. Over 7 hours now. Please fix it!!
