@RogersHelps The big outage was not enough. Your service could not be any worse. 4 outages in 3 days. Average at least 1 outage per week for the last 5 months. Hours each time. Glad technical support “understands my frustration” @Bell coming your way!

Pretty crazy how you cancel your @rogers account and they continue to charge you and no matter how many times you ask them to stop they keep doing it. @CRTCeng

@Rogers Rogers just billed us for service we cancelled 2 months ago. Cancelled because they couldn't give reliable service and lied about it being an issue in the house. Tech showed up and couldn't do anything - systems were down. I was out for 5 days, couldn't work. They offered $7. BS
