    @RogersHelps i don’t know i called the customer service number showed them everything, i didn’t even know there’s a win back team and customer care. They are supposed to tell me the difference not otherwise

    @RogersHelps That DEFINITELY is kind of strange works. Please do check 2 open tickets for a year or so. One of them was just confirmed by your home internet technical support

    @RogersHelps @Rogers So let me understand, you work it that we cant sync a universal remote to your cable box, and ONLY your remote will work. You dont offer remotes at your stores but must be sent to us BY MAIL. You hijack our ability to watch the service you charge through the nose for until the horse and buggy shows up with your remote. @TELUSsupport what say you? Anything better and im yours

    @Bell what a joke my service for 3 lines have been out 4 days and there’s no one helping or no solution in sight @rogers never let this happen and where is the customer service cuz no one has any respect at your company
