    @Rogers your customer service is BS. I have been trying to call for weeks now for something your FAQs and AI can't help with, yet everytime you're experiencing "extremely high call volume" and hang up on me. If you're that busy why don't you HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!

    @georganneb @Rogers As much as I hate to admit it, Bell is far superior. It may be slightly more expensive, but their service is rock solid. YMMV.

    @RogersHelps Hi Rogers, can you explain this? Our office number is still showing previous business caller id after 4 years of us getting the number. Despite repeated calls and follow-ups, we have not got any resolution. What kind of business do you run?

    Working at 24 hours to download a game on rogers, max down is like 10mbps, same setup on bell would be don’t in a couple hours, this is crazy @rogers fix get better hardware or finally install fibre ! #nogamingonrogers
