    @RogersHelps This is insane that you can’t fix this quickly!! How many employees do you have?!? And updates every few hours. Give us more info. Not excited for voicemails from my boss (if they will even show up!)

    @RogersHelps @Rogers u lost a long time customer 2day. As a frontline CYC worker n a parent, the least u could have done is inform us of wht u are dealing with so we can make necessary arrangements. Almost 12 hrs in n I am just as clueless as I was when I woke up @6am
