@CheriDiNovo @Rogers They need to do much better than a few bucks off my bill. At least $10 off for every hour I had no service. Since my service went down at 4 am and didn't return till about 10:30 pm, they should knock about $180 off my next bill. That would be fair, IMO.

@ChloeTsMom @andreamcrae @Rogers The exceptions shouldn't be making the rules. To protect 1% we will force 99% to do something that will hinder them. It doesn't make sense, Good intentions are often the cause of greater problems.

@Rogers @MsKimR “Vast” means not fully. I still have problems with my TV Ignite Box. Intermittent signals and cannot watch the pre-recording items. It said it has connection issues and asks for call Rogers! I have already rebooted my router many times!!!!
