@AboutRogers @RogersHelps Lack of transparency, lack of information, bs press releases (FYI no service ALL day is NOT intermittent) and high fees. Rogers and Fido customers deserve better, including a refund #rogersrefund

So do customers get a rebate for their day of no cell service? Companies are quick to charge late fees, no? Same energy. @FidoSolutions @RogersHelps

@ZeeOntario @RogersHelps They're down playing it hard & service has been out for at minimum 15 hours. I wonder how long it'll take for them to admit they were hacked.

I’m curious @RogersHelps about the outage. If you are an iOS user. The default setting is to use Celluar in place of bad WiFi. But it’s default is also to pick the best Cellular Provider. I got pushed to Verizon for the last 45 minutes. Who’s going to pay for those charges.

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Now imagine Shaw and Freedom didn't exist. If there was one less company, how many more people would be without service today?

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps None of this is going to help the call centre trainee who will lose their job if they can't connect to the training again tomorrow. Business is business.
