    Hey @Rogers service. I’m trying to get support for someone to come deal with a downed wire in the street that belongs to you and the call centre has hung up on me twice when transferring me to the right people and virtual assistants are no help.

    @CanadasLeafs @Rogers i tried to cancel my rogers 3 years ago. they played tag with me for days on the phone. I'd wait 60-120 minuntes... spoeak to someone for 2 minutes and they would always say "this isn't my dept. let me transfer you". this went on for 4 days, over 24 hours total of wait time

    @RogersHelps I know you hours of operations. But I am not always available to call early in the morning.With the price of your service you should be able to provide better service. I was not in pressed with waiting that long from 2:30- 4:30 to have the call dropped.
