    Currently hot spotting off my friends internet. Having issues with @Rogers today. After multiple failed attempts at a reset, they said they will send a representative Wed 16. This is affecting my ability to work & respond to emails/texts so I appreciate everyone’s patience.

    @Rogers been on the phone with your team for 3 hours trying to get a service technician scheduled. Been bounced between 4 of your people and on hold now for about 30 minutes. How hard can it be to book an appointment??
