@sarasitic @RogersHelps I think so, mine has been down for almost an hour.

  • simplysandray Sandra Henderson (@simplysandray) reported

When @Rogers committed to making sure we never have a full-day outage again, rolling outages every 30 mins wasn't quite the alternative I had in mind

  • sarasitic Sara K (@sarasitic) reported

@RogersHelps internet outage in downtown Ottawa?

  • rjdstrust Randy J D Spence (@rjdstrust) reported

@EstateHugh @SuQzie @RogersHelps Rogers sucks. I bailed and went to Primus via Costco. 38 bucks a month internet with no service interruption. Same speed as ignite

  • sarasitic Sara K (@sarasitic) reported

@RogersHelps is there an outage in the downtown Ottawa area?

  • BizzeeB613 Brian Larsen (@BizzeeB613) reported

My @Rogers internet connection is down yet again. It "should be back up in 24hrs or less." Truly horrible service for way too much money.

  • AmandaRisser1 Amanda Risser -- Canadian. 44 yo (September). (@AmandaRisser1) reported

@Rogers must I press # at the end of every voicemail I leave and then 1 to send it or can I just hang up? It doesn't always ask and it isn't always an option. Why?

  • peternowak Peter Nowak (@peternowak) reported

Y'know, internet and cellphone services get a lot of attention for being ripoffs in Canada, but let's talk about home phones. My 80-year-old mom is currently paying @Rogers $65 a month for a landline. Basic service from @Bell is $52, but add any feature and it's $67. 1/3

  • heather_hear Heather Hear (@heather_hear) reported

@peternowak @Rogers @Bell Big fan of landlines but the pricing is definitely harsh. Moved from Telus to Shaw to save a lot of money overall (cable, internet, landline). Did not hurt that Telus remains one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my lifetime.

@RogersHelps any update? Service outage in Pickering near Altona and Strouds
