  @RogersHelps It's so sad that everyone won't even get a day's worth of credit or discount towards their bill because of this outage. Even in the middle of a lock-down and pandemic where people can't even go to work, Rogers (and other providers) couldn't care less.

  @RogersHelps Not acceptable at all!!!! You have no problem sending out text msg to sell sell sell... But no heads up about the planned interruption from 2am-6am... And by 6am I mean it's still out 5 1/2 hours later #fail
