Looks like we may soon be a @Rogers customer. After 3.5 months of frustration with @Bell, innumerable calls to customer support, and 5 technical visits we still have no telephone, internet or TV. They literally keep cutting their own lines! We’re done.

FFS, is @Rogers @RogersHelps seriously down again? Is it another complete outage, or is just my area this time? I can't wait 48 hours for them to make a statement.

@poly_distortion @RogersHelps AGAIN. And this time tech support refused to even check if it was a network issue until we did all sorts of ping checks. Of course, when she did look she was like, oh yes, none of the modems in your neighbourhood are reachable. 🙄

@JuliaMWrightDal @RogersHelps Nah. The cognitive dissonance these clowns display is almost impressive. We didn’t even lose power in moncton NB and entire city has been without wifi for 2 days now whilst bell network didn’t even flinch….. it’s pretty easy to determine which company to give your hard earned $

@RogersHelps @bvienno Weather is a legitimate reason for service interruptions though. The 7/8 outage was bone-headed but if a hurricane destroys a town, well that’s not Rogers fault.

@Rogers All of moncton has been without internet for 2 days …. And this is what I get a copy and paste response from some **** head intern with a comms degree….. just an utter clown show in every sense of the meaning. Royally **** off and long $BCE in size

Hey, @Bell @Rogers. I'm unable to talk to my parents in Prince Edward Island due to damage caused by #hurricanFiona. Please do your best to get them and everyone else connected to your networks. Thank you.

@Rogers I would love to believe that that would be the simple solution but the modem has been replaced multiple times, techs have been out, our internet has been "monitored" and "fixed" before, yet you still offer sub-par service and it still goes out with no rhyme or reason.
