@RogersHelps you destroyed my phone. I still can’t connect to Rogers and have turned on/off repeatedly. No cellular settings open when I try to turn that on/off. Have reset network settings. Sim card connects without a problem to network w a different phone

@RogersHelps Are you sure all your Rogers and Fido customers will get a credit? Cause your customer Rep said no. Please clarity.

@CBCNews Rogers blamed the outage on a software update from Ericsson, one of its network equipment providers. So now @Rogers has an excuse to switch to Chinese-backed Huawei?! We hope not!

How kind of @Rogers to credit one day off its customers’ monthly fee. Sorta like my mechanic taking a fraction off my bill after the brakes had intermittent service one day. #empathy

@RogersHelps @matt0126matt @heathavoid Is this true for all your Rogers customers? I didn’t have cell phone service neither didn’t my husband for over 30 hours.

@hamburgluer @Rogers Ummmm I'm not a customer of Rogers. I WAS using a computer. When I contacted my bank (using my NON ROGERS PHONE) they informed me that the Rogers issues were affecting their systems. So.. yeah. Their fault.

@RogersHelps So exactly what I said? People lost entire days of work. People were stranded. Payments couldn’t be processed and hospitals were having issues. This was dangerous, irresponsible, and terrifying. But, yeah, thanks for the $2. Disgusting. I’m switching after 16 years with you.

@RogersHelps @matt0126matt @heathavoid I am hoping you will be doing that as well for my bill. My work was not able to get a hold of me after one of my employees had a family emergency. Fortunately it turned out ok.

@RhonaRaskin @Rogers @RogersHelps I switched from Rogers to Telus last year after 18ish-yrs. They all suck except Telus sucks in more areas in BC than the rest.

@jdvorkin @yeti2yeti @Rogers A system upgrade problem is not incompetence. Nobody can know, despite extensive testing, how the whole system will respond. Many cases.
