    …. within an hour , it’s been 2 nothing yet. Called the customer service that person picked up and hung up right away after saying hello. Called again the person said let me see what going on with the Bill generator and hung up right away!! @Rogers

    @RogersHelps Since ‘upgrading’ to ignite bundle tv & internet we are finding that the service flaky. Seems every 2nd day we are finding it intermittently losing the signal. I thought this was suppose to be an improvement to what I had. This is the 3rd time I’ve had to complain

    @RogersHelps is the ignite hub app acting up? Got the email to login to add new advanced security and now I can’t get the app to do anything… just have the 3 dots or on the sign in screen the sign button is not available… part of the update? Am I the only one?
