@RogersHelps I see the subject to change part BUT but it has been down since Thursday with no end in sight! No temporary work arounds, just wait. Do you it's right? How are we supposed to work?? Maybe we should all cancel TV packages too since Rogers is making us not watch it anyways?

@RogersHelps keep getting a technical error when trying to change flex channels, reached out to customer care and nobody will respond. this is our 3rd day trying to switch them and this happens every single time. help?!?!

So fighting with Tec issues in regards to my @Rogers internet for several months now. The download has never been an issue. Today is the first time it's been under 500mbps. The upload speeds are so inconsistent. I expect a little flux but this is crazy.
