@RogersHelps Pathetic service as usual from Rogers. I have waiting since 8am for internet installation at my condo. The service window was 8am to noon. I have not received a call from a service technician who I actually saw parked outside my building. What a waste of my time.

@tdowhan @Rogers @RogersHelps Yup I’m with you dude. Since 2007. And this month after bringing my fiance to my plan from Bell, rogers is making me look real stupid. How does it take over a month to order a phone when exhausting every option. I am now tracking down an old friend who works for rogers to solve.

PSA: Filed a CCTS complaint against @Rogers & Shaw (@ShawInfo) today. Shaw/Rogers has stated that their internet infrastructure in my community is unable to provide the 2Gbps download speeds during peak times. 50% to 70% bandwidth loss in peak times. But charging people for it.

@RogersHelps @FedEx For 2 months, I've received zero proactive updates or calls from Rogers. Every vague timeline required me to chase you on workdays—it's been mentally exhausting. Please offer a real solution (e.g., expedited replacement device) instead of just asking for more patience.

@RogersHelps I have made several calls to the Rogers support line. I got no there with level 1 support. Tried again insisting on talking to level 2. Levell 2 claimed they had no way to renew my IPv6 address to something different, and the periodic automatic system refresh generally return one to the same address. They refused to open a problem ticket because they said they could not address my request. They also claimed they had no way of conversing with Akamai about why they are blocking my address.

@Rogers why do you guys make it so hard on your customer service line to talk to a real person about issues with my phone plan? You guys have worse customer service than @Bell, you guys should be ashamed

@Mike_Leach1976 This is beyond Keith Pelley. It’s @EdwardSRogers. This did not happen when Bell still had a stake in MLSE but after they sold to @Rogers it went right down the toilet, and I am not surprised at all. We’re seriously in the Harold Ballard 2.0 era.
