BrianM (@briangm11) reported@RogersHelps Thanks, but the @Rogers tech support dept has been so decimated by profit-enhancing layoffs that the task seems insurmountable. We "upgraded" to Xfinity last Aug., but the modem quit twice this week. Each phone call takes 60+ min, and last night we had to quit.

D (@thenameisdlo) reported.@Rogers it takes your online agents to look up when my contract ends and if there is a fee that is associated to temporarily suspending my serivces? The CS has definitely gone down hill....my god.

Alison (🇨🇦) 🍉 🌻 (@ggreeneyes1975) reported@RogersHelps Yes, and I finally got some help yesterday. After an hour and a half. That is 6.5hrs over 2mths waiting for help. This is NOT acceptable! I'm pretty sure the only reason my call got picked up is because I started swearing on hold.

Sanka Jayasundera (@Zenblime) reported@RogersHelps Its on both. I tried doing on the phone and through online and I am not getting feedback on either. I shouldn't be in a situation where a phone with 100% charge dies before I can connect with rogers. My issue is I got a new watch but its not connecting to the plan.

𝔅𝔯𝔞𝔡𝔢𝔫🇨🇦 (@BradenScheck) reported@RogersHelps Yes, I was using the app and only got error messages. I got the modem set up finally after nearly 3hrs, 1hr hold yesterday, and multiple days trying. Your support member was amazing though once I got through. I spend a lot on your services, hire more people.

Chiranjeevi Nagiredd (@chirutweet) reportedVery disappointed with @Rogers experience. On May 1, I got 2 prepaid SIM lines from the Rogers Longueuil store and was charged $80 activation fee per line. Later, Rogers customer care confirmed I should receive a full refund and asked me to visit the store.

🇨🇦 Cindy W. 🇨🇦 (@canadacindy) reported@RogersHelps Good afternoon. I need an update to an ASAP service request placed at 9:30 a.m. this morning. There is a medical need to get this service restored.

Christopher Rodgman, MD (@RodgmanPsych) reportedOk @Rogers, if the @BlueJays lose today because they are completely demoralized after their month of hard work to get back to .500 was squandered by yet another bad call by John Schneider, Schneider has to go. This can’t be the negative turning point of the season. We can’t lose all momentum. You have to choose team over coach, especially if coach will never choose team over player.

Jarrell G (@jarrell) reported@RogersHelps I’ve been without home phone, TV, or internet service for over 17hrs. Customer service isn’t available through phone support. This length of downtime is unacceptable without proactive contact or an easy way to connect to support. Forcing people online while home internet is down

Mala Moragain 🇺🇸🇨🇦 (@MalaMoragain13) reported@BudgetOrganics @TorontoPolice @Rogers I suppose you didn’t read the full post then. I have records of Roger’s telling the CRTC it was by police direction. Maybe I wasn’t clear on that point? Either way, I never authorized a device protection program with Rogers. They activated at the insistence of cops with an agenda
