    @RogersHelps I am having a horrible time getting any kind of customer service. Anytime I call I’m on hold forever or if I try and chat I’m usually start at 99 and I don’t have that kind of time.. I was supposed to get a $200 credit and it never appeared and I’m pissed

    @RogersHelps I am having a problem with the transmission of the Blue Jays game. My screen keeps going black and now my box has restarted on its own. I did call in and they restarted my modem, but I’m still having the same issue. Are you aware of a problem.

    @ToddHeintz @Rogers @BlueJays I worked as a customer service rep for 12 years with Rogers. Believe me when I tell you..they don’t care.

    @RogersHelps Rogers Xfinity Streaming App (RXSA) doesn't stream live TV nor plays back saved programs from the cloud PVR on Android 16 (cell phone & tablet). My old S8 phone running Android 9 has no problems with the RXSA. This problem was fixed, now it's an issue again?

    @RogersHelps my elderly mother's landline doesn't work nor does her TV. Her phone is literally her lifeline. We called and said a technician would come by Tuesday. This is not acceptable. Please help us.
