@Rogers Yes. There is this unexplajned new phenomenon called "wind" and scientists are completely baffled. Hope we can understand it and @rogershelp can provide its service uninterrupted. No changes to monthly charges though.

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps your service outage in the area has been reoccurring ever since I got the service few years ago and have become more frequent. Today, it’s twice in one day 👏! Seems like you need to invest in your infrastructure rather than band aid fixes.

Hey @RogersHelps …. How about you put out a blanket statement saying your service is down in multiple areas of Ontario instead of making people jump through hoops? Ridiculous they way you reply to people.

@RogersHelps The problem is the account holder is unable to do so. My frustration is that there is no avenue to get this resolved. No compassionate approach to a difficult situation.

And no luck as I’m not authorized on account. I don’t need access to the account, I know it was cancelled, I just need @rogers to cancel the amount sent to collection agency given @rogers assured customer balance was cleared.
