    @RogersHelps #Rogers Dollar Store Internet is DOWN again in Markham on April 23rd in the middle of @NHL Playoff Overtime Games! @Rogers is a total joke! They are incapable of providing a reliable service, the only thing they are good at, is ripping off customers! 🖕

    @RogersHelps You could properly staff your help desks. I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes to chat to someone online or on the phone. Top notch prices from Rogers and bottom tier customer services.

    @RogersHelps i don’t know i called the customer service number showed them everything, i didn’t even know there’s a win back team and customer care. They are supposed to tell me the difference not otherwise

    What is wrong with @Rogers . My husband called twice, was on hold for 20 minutes then you hung up. Will the 3rd time be the charm. I hate that @ShawInfo became @Rogers , terrible service
