Hi @RogersHelps - my home internet has been down for almost a week. I called and a technician was allegedly sent to my home. When the two hour window in which they were due to arrive passed without a sign of said technician, I called to see what was going on.

@RogersHelps So I stand corrected, after agreeing to an upgrade on my phone & plan, being left with the impression I was to get 5G service which was a huge selling point, I was told I wasn't eligible. This is 2nd upgrade in a row where I have had issues. This is crazy.....😡🤬😡🤬

@mecandan @RogersHelps It’s terrible. I have a Telus phone for work and it works perfectly fine. But my Rogers personal phone and my wife’s FIDO are terrible. Even my wife’s Bell work phone has great network. Sort it out Rogers

Super frustrated with @RogersHelps ignite internet. Literally cuts out 4x a day! Technicians have come but the problem is still there. Switching to bell ASAP!
