@RogersHelps Already talked to your customer service rep who said this isn't possible. You knew we were switching next week. I'm not impressed. Will never refer.

  • skingstone sheryl kingstone (@skingstone) reported from Vaughan, Ontario

Hey @RogersHelps this is the second time in about 2 weeks that I had to report an outage. That’s not best practice pro-active customer service. Your IVR is also extremely poorly organized.

  • JeremyLegat Jeremy Legat (@JeremyLegat) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Stay away from @BellMediaPR —hidden charges and monthly service amount just jumped with no warning. Unhelpful, curt employee when trying to renew our service over the phone. Cancelling immediately and going back to @Rogers. This is ridiculous.

  • danlanaddy Danielle (@danlanaddy) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

Don’t mind the GIANT cable line hanging in the middle of the pictures. Thanks to @Bell it appears that may be a permanent fixture with their service... has been for almost 6 MONTHS!! Back to @Rogers 👏🏼🙌🏼👏🏼

  • beacherto Nenad Andrasic (@beacherto) reported from Toronto, Ontario

  • AshleyFox_RAH Ashley Fox (@AshleyFox_RAH) reported from Guelph, Ontario

@Rogers @RogersHelps says there is no tech to help fix their mistake this weekend by cancelling my internet. I'm stuck paying till the end of the month for YOUR error. This is unacceptable!

  • HannahFJohnston Hannah Fulton Johnston (@HannahFJohnston) reported from Weaver Siding, New Brunswick/Nouveau-Brunswick

Hey, @Bell_Aliant. Beyond disappointed with your customer service. I’ve been assured 3 times the mistakes YOU made with my account this month would be resolved. They. Have. Not. Perhaps time to switch to @Rogers.
