    @Rogers @RogersHelps pretty ****** that our wifi connection died because the router you gave us 4 years ago is now out of date (admitted by your chat tech), and our only option is to *pay you* to upgrade because the "WiFi Promise" is just for new customers. **** us then, i guess

    @RogersHelps there are still errors happening on my bill even after promises it would be fixed by your management office. Your website used to have a transparent escalation process detailing each step all the way to your Ombudsman, but now it is completely obscure and dishonest.

    @RogersHelps I've just spoken with support and apparently the inability to see invoices is a KNOWN ISSUE. Can you advise on a timeline to have this fixed?
