Asking @RogersHelps to compensate me for overage data charges that I had with Virgin due to the giant Rogers outage. Instead, "customer service" said "it's our discretion to use other services", and preferred to shame me for using the data to work that day?!?! (1/2)

Strange! After crucial-services were turned-off during the great @Rogers deployment, I'm not seeing any evidence of service-providers seeking a more reliable means of ensuring such deliberate-disruptions of crucial-services can't happen again. 🤔

Not only did I lose service for a whole day rogers changed my bill date from the 9th to the 10th @Rogers you guys really want me to switch to bell or Fido if I don’t get a dm explaining all wah gwan I’m switching after next months bill you’ve been warned
