@RogersHelps You need to improve the knowledge of your call support staff, they’re heavily unaware of your company’s terms and conditions. I’ve been overcharged 2 months in a row for “unreturned” equipment...Which I BROUGHT outright. Expect to hear from you to figure this out.

don't use @Rogers static IP unless you can afford several hours of down time every time the modem has to be changed "I am done with your internet upgrade unfortunately nothing works anymore here a ticket number might be up to 48h"

@ow @Rogers It's the same **** here in Germany for some carriers (Deutsche Telekom is one of the offenders). Their eSIMs can only be activated once. So if you get a new phone, you have to pay €30,- to get your old eSIM disabled and a new one (a "replacement" SIM).
