    @RogersHelps how are your waiting times constantly over 1.5 hours? This is ridiculous. I've spend a total of 13 hours on the phone with rogers over the last week. Who's going to pay me? Get your **** together. @Rogers

    Impossible to get support from @Rogers when they owe you something.. But they're the first one to harass you when you're 2 weeks late on your bill. My mother has been on hold for *4 HOURS* being passed between departments.

    @RogersHelps Rogers is brutal! Was just on hold for 50 mins (I get that you are busy) finally got ahold of an agent. Tells me the new plan I just signed up for on line doesn’t exist. Then the line is dropped and doesn’t call me back. About to cancel everything! #FedUp

    @RogersHelps so I switched to Rogers last month, was charged incorrectly for my first 10 days of service and have been on hold for 1:07:21 waiting to speak with someone...... customer service not a priority?

    Not one for a Twitter rant but moving from @Bell to @Rogers was supposed to be easy. I've lost a day of work trying to get everything sorted that @Rogers said they'd do on my behalf. I'm double paying and on to 2 'support' teams all day with absolutely no joy.
