@RogersHelps I'm definitely disappointed. After big promises made by your rep, it turned out to be lies. Wasted an entire day sorting it out, just to cancel before the services were even installed. Don't make promises you can't keep.

@RogersHelps If you want to @RogersHelps then get someone to return my call! Someone who actually has the power to do something! This is a ridiculous lack of customer service. 21 customers in our community are leaving Rogers for this reason. I've DM'd my number.

@RogersHelps I signed up for an Ignite bundle today, and my service agreement was NOT what was verbally promised. I called your customer support line, and he put me on hold for a few minutes, said he would transfer me, and then transferred me to a closed department. I'm not happy

@Rogers worst worst worst experience! While I bought plan, sells guy offered connection in 3 day but then scheduled after 10 days, and again then they cancelled appointment and rescheduled after 4 more day. That’s how do you provide service? Don’t ever go with Rogers wifi
