I think it is about time @Rogers and @Bell get a handle on these scammers that are constantly calling our land lines. If not, maybe it is time to cancel the land lines.

@Longstemmed21 @louvegh @RogersHelps Their billing system is the worst I've ever seen. They bill for 2 months at once, they denied that they received their equipment when I cancelled (even though I returned it all personally) and charged me over $700, it took weeks to clear up!

@DebbieRobichau3 @louvegh @RogersHelps That’s terrible that they denied you returning equipment. Did someone sign when they accepted it? Ugh … such a hassle!

Giles Crouch (@DigitalSapience) reported
Hey @RogersHelps why are you adding devices to my bill that I never bought? & why does your online support say I have to go in-store to fix that? Kinda not nice.

@RogersHelps 5 weeks of 5 minutes up, half hour down, tech dep claims no issues. Last week rogers trucks removed the neighborhood wires. How are you able to buy out Shaw when you can't run your own networks? 5 weeks of nothing! Do I send you my invoice for lost hours? Lost wages?
