@Rogers you are grossly irresponsible. Using @eastlink hotspot bc your entire system is down. I cannot reach my mother, cannot call 911 if needed bc you prioritize profits over critical services. Over 17 years w you, both personal & business. We are leaving. #fiona

@RogersHelps Eligible customers? What a ******* sham for a service provider you are. I knew this 15 years ago employed by you hacks.

  • BDNHM Bobbi (@BDNHM) reported

@Rogers WTF Rogers?! We had a hurricane, Bell works, Telus works. In emergency situations, Rogers Communications fails every time. You gave us an extra 50GB that we can't even access?! I'm so done with this pathetic company. Coming your way @telus @nsgov needs to be on this.

  • smithvicar Erin Smith (@smithvicar) reported

@RogersHelps That’s no good if they have no service (and not what I asked). I asked you to publicly announce that there are Rogers outages in areas affected by the hurricane so friends and family are aware they may not be able to reach loved ones.
