    Oh yeah .. @RogersHelps the last guy “Lloyd” that put me in hold 15 minutes ago at 1:10pm when I told him I had a hard deadline of 1:15pm when I needed to be on a work call should be FIRED! He did it in hopes that I would hang up. It is 1:28 & I’m still waiting for him & late!

    2/2 on hold & fighting for a credit for THEIR mistake. Tell me why I remain a @Rogers business (and home) customer? 4 agents today have transferred me to someone else. Why is MY TIME not valued? 7 hours for like $50+ tax! Taking recommendations for new services asap! #frustrated

    My theory is that there's nobody working at @Rogers customer service. They put you on hold hoping you'll eventually try.

    @RogersHelps your customer service is horrible! I was billed for items I returned! Charged a late fee! Told by customer service that they're doing me a favour! My cable box hasn't worked in 2 months. Afraid to return it because you'll just charge me for that too! On hold forever!

    @RogersHelps I have a cancelled account 907181457. I have been trying to get the a refund of the credit balance on this account for the last 3 months.. just finished a 2 hrs chat with an agent who refused to help or verify identity

    @Rogers and @RogersHelps are a JOKE. You can add channels to your pkg with no issue at all, but just try to cancel one. They say you can do it online. LIES!!! Been on hold on the phone over an hour and almost an hour for "Live chat " Disgracefull.

    1/2 I have been a @Rogers @RogersHelps business customer for 18 years with 3 mobile numbers. I have been in the phone for 2 hours for the 3rd month in a row to address a ROGERS ERROR that month over month they say “will be credited on my next bill”. I’ve spent 7 hours in 3 months

    @Rogers @RogersHelps 24 hrs since my last tweet. Day 4 and I just got the most upbeat message telling me there will be a further delay in setting up my internet/TV service and you appreciate my patience Tech in my house for hrs on Sunday, I've lost track of the hrs on the phone.
