@CP24 Get more companies into Canada to provide services. It’s ridiculous what we pay compared to USA. @RogersHelps sucks and don’t trust one word they say why this happened

@RogersHelps Still issues with my data. Says I am at my limit, I have 30GB, my account says I have used 3GB but keeps telling me I have no GB left for this month. I spent an hour yesterday on chat with no resolution. I see many people with this issue. I need this fixed.

@JaysgoBlue99 @KathieC094 @RogersHelps It was all being communicated … on their website, that nobody could reach, on their messaging system that failed due to no service, they even tried to call you but the phone went to voicemail…. Oh and “we’ll circle back to you”

@RogersHelps @EBOX_CA I hope ebox will compensate their customers, when a customer is late by a day with payment you charge a fee right away, I expect you to take 3+ days off the bill for the next cycle.

@amazon it became apparent during the @Rogers 4-day ipv4 outage that AWS does not respond to ipv6 requests, I find this abhorrent considering just how much of the internet AWS hosts. do you intend to rectify this?

  • danspdata Dan Plashkes (@danspdata) reported

@CityNewsTO Showed us how essential @Rogers is to commerce and safety (home) across Canada. The company handled the correspondence poorly for consumers and business alike . Could have used chat bots for web site to confirm outage , send messages periodically via text message and other tatics

@breakfasttv We just need more communication companies in Canada. It’s unexpectable what we pay for cell phones. internet. & television services. Maybe then companies like @RogersHelps will do something about the awful service they provide. Still don’t believe their excuse why this happened.
