Lots of people who work from home, businesses and individuals lost money because of @Rogers outage July 8 Friday. We just received our bill, and there's no adjustment/ refund whatsoever. Good job @Rogers

@RogersHelps Just wondering which bill this will be on? I received my bill for this period and there are no credits to be found. Also will you be covering the roaming fee we were charged the day of the outage? We were charged roaming and my husband had no service while travelling.

@RogersHelps There has been no internet service since ~5pm yesterday in the North York (Don Mills and McNicoll) area and *zero* information from Rogers re. this. How difficult is it to post outage maps without asking people to DM!!! When is service going to be restored?
