    @RogersHelps Why do I have a $125 bill for a service that I never activated and cancelled within 21 hours of signing up for? The equipment has been returned and 2 of your agents assured me I owe you nothing. 30 min of hold music and still no answers about this bill. Awful CX!!!!

    @RogersHelps Further, your management team is hiding behind customer service representatives and refuses to speak to the customer despite requests to do so. I am happy to escalate this as high as I need to and expose this a wide as I need to on social media.

    So I have a serious question for you @Rogers.... WHY in the bloody hell do you insist on using Dependable Home Tech technicians? They're by far the WORST technicians you have, and have only managed to enrage me even more than I already am with you guys.

    @Rogers Cellular data turned off+roam turned off only using wifi. Your customer service is telling me I still have to pay roam on wifi. How does that make sense? Horrible Service wasted an hour the acct is only 1 month old already problems. Why is there always issues with Rogers?

    @RogersHelps I have replied to your DM. It was 3 hours in the phone queue. Fortunately I tried the online chat in parallel but systemic system issues still took over 2 hours to resolve. It’s simply not good enough. As a 14 yr customer, do I feel valued? Absolutely not!

    @linwood_barclay @Rogers Yikes! If you have Novus available to you out east, I recommend you give them a try, or at least check out their prices. Way less costly here in Vancouver than Rogers, Telus, or Shaw and great service to boot.

    @RogersHelps When will you STOP torturing radio listeners with your super annoying ads? "If TV sounds like this, TV sounds like that" . What kind of torture is that? Worst I ever heard in my life. Cutting all my business with Rogers after New Year.

    Been trying to get hold of @RogersHelps CS, but getting the run-around. Signed up for bundle, but acct was not ready for self-install & one service still not working. Also, why does the ignite modem only have 2 e-net ports?? I will switch to @bell if you can't fix this asap!
