@RogersHelps @Rogers Hello. I am located in Cambridge Ontario and I have Rogers Ignite TV and Internet package. You can’t watch a single tv show without it freezing and the screen going black. Please look at this issue.

@RogersHelps When will service be back to normal? Here in central NL and tv keeps cutting out off and on, landline doesn't work at all and internet is slowed to the point it's almost useless. I think we've been waiting long enough. Would take less time to switch to @Bell

@RogersHelps The cable which uses the internet is VERY VERY VERY unstable. And so we are now in day 4 of your outage and you guys are planning to compensate customers for 2 days. I will be calling you guys 😡
