    @RogersHelps my contract ends in a month. I have two questions: 1) Where can I return my phone that does not involve me sending it away? There are a number of reasons why I want this option. 2) Why should I remain a Rogers customer after two outages in two years? Thank you.

    @AmandaNigh @RogersHelps I have been with @Rogers for 20+ years and I don’t ever remember it being this bad. It’s like they are trying to make the process so annoying that you’ll never want to call in and cancel anything. Heaven forbid any of us actually get to save real $$ with them.

    @RogersHelps it is now 1:50pm have had no internet sence 6am been told nothing is wrong in Lawrence and Weston area what is going on we pay 240$ a month for garbage

    @RogersHelps on hold for an hour for an unrelated internet outage with you guys. But also my internet is down again this week. I want to know how I’ll be compensated. What reason do I have other than “monopoly” to keep using your services? Like, this is my third time calling. Wtf
