We have had much worse storms than yesterday’s and yet have never had a 24hr internet/TV outage @Rogers Can’t speak to live person - 3hr hold time Anna is useless - no outage per this feature No ETA for restoration of service @bell customers are you having better luck? #ONStorm

@RogersHelps We’re back up after 24 hours. Rogers Customer Service needs a complete overhaul. People all across Ontario we’re dealing with this and getting next to no information. Hydro at least shows maps of outages but cable/Internet users are on their own.

@RogersHelps we can all understand the weather has impacted your services - a credit for the days that the service is down is standard - so of corse we will be using data to stream during this outage that may be a few days - on call for 2 hrs w/ an offer of 5gb lol what a joke
