    @RogersHelps in Ottawa and all Rogers service out. What is the ETA for restoration. I’m getting very tired of non-answers and cheerful “oh no that must be very frustrating” responses.

    @RogersHelps The sound problem continues. I just called again. It's called a sound distortion. She heard it. A ticket has been made. I will call again tomorrow to complain to a supervisor about the original jerk who should have done something a few days ago.
