Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • marcelmongeon Marcel D. Mongeon (@marcelmongeon) reported

@ibrisbin @RogersHelps The real problem starts with Canada's 'system' of securities regulation that allows a minority shareholder to control a company through split-class shares. Generally not allowed in the US, the split-share system is Canada's corporate governance shame.

@RogersHelps WHY LEAFS BRUINS GAME KEEP FLASHING A GREY SCREEN - this is insane, someone needs to fix this sh!t immediately.

  • JPerry_000 Justin (@JPerry_000) reported

@RogersHelps hello?? Anybody there?? No internet service over here…. Tweeted and DM’d but no response. 👎

  • ArmstrongCurt Curtis Armstrong (@ArmstrongCurt) reported

@RogersHelps @c_gidd It’s happening to almost everyone watching the game tonight, across multiple platforms. Pretty piss poor performance for a premium priced service

  • ekimemsti Mike Hayes (@ekimemsti) reported

It's been 2 months since @rogers released the new #snnow and have still not fixed lag, grey flashes, timeouts on ALL platforms. The old @Sportsnet app worked great. I emailed a couple emails, and then they were removed them from the PS5 help screen. 1/2

  • homie__h Holly Crozier (@homie__h) reported

@apelipiak @RogersHelps I spoke with a live agent on online chat. They told me it was an issue in the area that was being worked on and opened a ticket on my account and assigned it to the master ticket and I will get a text when it’s fixed. I find the live chat most helpful!

  • apelipiak Andy Pelipiak🇨🇦🦃🦃🌮 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario

@RogersHelps @homie__h This is definitely on your end Rogers, because I also live in London and am experiencing the same issues. If you can’t fix this, I will have to explore other options, and if I leave, I would take my tv and internet dollars with me too

  • yurkshirelad YurkshireLad (@yurkshirelad) reported

@RogersHelps You could assist by improving your streaming service? :) But it took you 14 months to fix my internet so I'm not too hopeful.

  • apelipiak Andy Pelipiak🇨🇦🦃🦃🌮 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario

@rhorner82 @Rogers Likely related to the traffic accident that caused power outage yesterday in the Pond Mills Area, but Rogers seems reluctant to admit it

  • lythuania ECHO vega lyth 24K (@lythuania) reported
