    @RogersHelps No but I've had an ongoing issue that hasnt been resolved and it's been 6 months and your company has done zero to remedy it. First yo I send me a faulty phone, then you lose it while being repaired. This has been going on since October. Absolutely ridiculous

    @RogersHelps Red wireless says @Rogers @RogersHelps does the credit check and decide down payment part. They are not able to help me unless Rogers says otherwise.     @RogersHelps Trying to get Rogers to match the price your competition offers. Your staff sit in a room full of other support staff with no mic dampening so that you can barely hear them over the chorus of other terrible employees. And they barely speak English. -10/100 experience.
