@RogersHelps Can you please sort yourselves out. I am a middle aged woman who just wants to have a few drinks, mindlessly watch her TV, and scroll tik tok. We were restored, now the TV is acting up, and other friends are stating the same. We pay you enough, now fix the problem!!!

@RogersHelps Totally unacceptable and will be switching to another provider after 35 years of being a loyal customer. You proved that I can’t have all my eggs in one basket anymore.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Service is back in my area but only well enough to see an indicator. Cant do anything with it. I have an expensive plan and cant do much more than enter a google search. You set it up, then throttled speeds & connectivity. People dont pay inflated prices for 10% service quality

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers Most people do not have landlines anymore, so many people were without access to call 911. Not to mention that debit machines and atms were down yesterday as well. Sure we could have lived without internet or phone for a day in the past, but we live in a present were internet

@PeelIWG @CheriDiNovo @Rogers Deactivated phone with the SIM card in it still has a signal. If the service provider for that SIM card is offline there's no signal. No signal no 911
