Thanks @Rogers... Your website said that service would be back by 7 PM... 7 PM comes around, and now it's saying 8 PM. Seriously, you need to do better. I'm sick of the constant false advertising from your company! #CRTC

@RogersHelps Yes, ordered on April 6th. My husband is unavailable and I cannot get any answers or even cancel our accounts because, you know, I’m a woman. You have all of our phones, they too shall be canceled as soon as I can. Your customer service is awful.

@RogersHelps YES!! One of our TV boxes went kaput..as they've done previously. The poor guy on the phone did everything he could to fix it, but like times previous, it failed. Now we have to go through the same routine on the phone, to get what we should have in the first place, a visit from a tech to replace the box!!! Rogers makes it as DIFFICULT AND TIME CONSUMING AS POSSIBLE to get service..why don't you have a call back feature? This is 2026, you're a communicatins company..I don't get it.

@Rogers STOP calling your customers every day from 833-430-6500. As a mobile service provider, you should know who originates these calls.

@RogersHelps & This is why I hate @Rogers - Always giving the same instructions to follow, never ever trying to fix the root of the problem that is their crappy equipment and service

Seriously @Rogers this is getting beyond unacceptable. I have now gone almost an entire 24 hours with no internet because my whole neighborhood is down. I sincerely regret ever signing up for your service! #CRTC

@RogersHelps as a rep from rogers shouldn’t you be the one facilitating something like that after a customer has told you he reached out 4 times and nothing was done. You see why i say you guys don’t reward loyalty
