    @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions This is unacceptable. Service still hasn’t been restored and no updates from you. We need to know how much longer and the service needs to be back on asap. Working from home depends on this. Get your **** together!

    @Rogers this is not intermittent service. It’s ZERO service for 12+ hours. With a phone required for work unable to make calls, receive calls, message etc. Looking forward to seeing a credit on my next bill

    @rcmayer13 @Rogers @RogersHelps Well, if we have over our download limit, we have to pay. Then it's fair when service is downtime of 6 to 12 hours = 1 day cost of pay service each day.

    @Rogers. I only just got my service back. Has been off all day.I read it was “intermittent” & mainly out East. I’m in AB?R u going to be transparent about what happened?
