@Rogers UPDATE: I finally got a hold of a technical support rep, an hour after the other hang up on me. This guy asked me to perform the same things, restart the box and wait. When it still doesn't work, he said that the NEXTBOX TV is not compatible with IGNITE. 1/x

@Rogers 3/x and wants to send me a new box. I'm like "dude... I am 101% sure it's NOT the box problem, can you do the video troubleshooting with me?", we did, when he saw the cabling he said nothing is wrong and insisted it's the box, keep saying he'll just send me a new one.
