    @Ginger6514 @Rogers It was not bad this time. I have to say Rogers improved their customer service quite a lot. The chatbot Anna is making good progress. Regarding “music on hold,” I wonder if it is possible to make a “joke on hold”? Would NPS be better? Or is it too complicated to build?

    Predictable "text" is annoying. It isn't helpful and in my opinion it can drive you crazy and "influence" you to make bad "decisions". It needs to be fixed in my opinion. How it is currently set up doesn't work well. @SamsungCanada @Google @Rogers

    @rogers bank @Mastercard has exactly the billing ease and customer service skill that you’d expect from a credit card company run by a cell phone company. At this point, it’s really just my fault for thinking anything different.

    @Rogers very bad customer support services, they are not at all ready to help, when I came for my bill amount, they are firm that this is legitimate charges though they are not, they are not at all ready to hear customers what they are saying, very disappointed😔

    @RogersHelps are there any outages in the Barrie area this morning? My internet and fibetv are down, resetting my modem didn't fix anything.
