@RogersHelps Sure but it's not like it will help or reduce my internet bill so it's really not worth my time. Theres a tech onsite, everything was working fine until he showed up and messed with the box and now he is just sitting in his van

Hard to choose my favourite part of @RogersHelps customer "service": listening to a high-pitched string rendition of "Shut Up and Dance" for 30 minutes straight; or finally getting through to an agent and being told they can't help me, only to drop my call as they transfer it.

@Rogers We buy phones that support 5G but if 5G is not available, what's the purpose? Almost 2 months I bought the 12 pro, have not seen 5G anytime. When will it be available in Mtl est? A city like Montreal , has barely any 5G, which we paid full price for phone.
