@GlobalTV unwatchable in Toronto on Rogers cable for >1wk w varying audio + visual issues. Currently SNL audio is 8 sec behind the picture + wrong image ratio. On ch17 Global feed is simulcast; correct ratio but no sound. Told @RogersHelps looking into it for a week now.

@brettwolfelodge @Rogers I live in the beach area of Toronto and also with @Rogers. I've experienced a service outage at least once a week for the last year. Beyond ridiculous! If anyone is considering Rogers as an internet provider... DON'T!!! (Trust me.)

@Rogers @RogersHelps FYI, keeping customers happy is a good way to retain those customers. This customer is definitely not happy and will be cancelling all services this week if it is not resolved and the charges reversed immediately, not on my next bill.
