    No one reading this, but I did call out @Rogers last week for ripping me off. But @RogersHelps has tracked down the salesman and confirmed no install fee! A bit ridiculous to need Twitter for this, and still think their AI-chat-bot that does nothing is whack

    @toddamus @Rogers @Bell I think the sad truth is that both do not deliver a level of service commensurate to the cost of their services. They defy loyalty logic and the knowledge that change doesn’t help is part of the catalyst IMHO!

    Overpaid my bill and now there’s a credit sitting on my account, but Rogers refuses to refund it. My bank confirmed they can’t reverse it since the payment is already with Rogers. Why is Rogers holding customer funds instead of issuing a refund? @Rogers @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps Yes but would like confirmation that the SIM card issue is affecting many. Based on other reports I would say yes.

    @Samsung crappy phones, crappy TVs and just all around crappy company. I dont think ill ever buy a samsung anything ever again. Its just throwing away money. And places like @Bell and @Rogers promote selling garbage.

    @Canucks @Rogers Dorion better not get the Job. We will not be attending because of this news. My kids and wife were excited to come down! Not anymore.
