@RogersHelps @YOhitzlynx Inept management. Lousy service. Phoning an ISP/phone co. a nightmare, requiring half a day, only to reach CSR's whose English is not intelligible & don't know left fr. right, then have low-paid twitter responders to fool frustrated customers that it will be put right.

@RogersHelps I was talking to your representative/ he cut abruptly/ did not send me chat/ I asked for ID and account/ they did not bother to give me a second at 2 am midnight from India. I had issues to resolve. Stuck here due to covid

@rogershelps ever since I signed up for Ignite I have nothing but problems. Wireless goes down at least once a week if not more. Your call centres are useless and never have a solution. Already replaced the box once since March. Now I’m waiting 50min for a service call back.

@RogersHelps I was able to connect with a rogers agent on the phone and they informed me that it should be back by around 10am as they are still resolving the issue and doing updates. so it can be glitcy until then. Yea your able to see a problem eh. Hoepfully it is fxed soon
