@BruceRKirby @Rogers We tried that - I think, trying to support this setup remotely - and tv and its settop box worked for a while and then went offline, couldn't reconnect

@RogersHelps im at scarborough with no internet since more than an hour, i’ve called and the recorded message said we are facing a major outage, whats the ETA? Thanks

  • shayman Steve Hayman 💉 💉 💉 (@shayman) reported

helped a family member get set up with a nicely functioning Eero wifi network. now he's gone and upgraded the cable modem to @Rogers Ignite and - what the heck - they claim that system is incompatible with Eero; switch to (and pay for) Rogers wifi extenders. what the heck.

6 weeks and over 10 phone calls later and I think our @Rogers account has finally been sorted out. That was exhausting. Gotta hand it to them though. Even though no one knew wtf was going on. The customer service reps they have really are top notch.

  • indignantginger Aaron (@indignantginger) reported

Thanks @Rogers for the great wireless offer to entice me back. Won't work though. Maybe instead of trying to win customers back you should treat your existing ones with some common decency/respect. You may have to loom those terms up. I suspect they are foreign concepts to you

Hey @Rogers , I reported an issue with SHM,few weeks back and waiting for responses. But nothing as usual.Issue, I was billed for the service that was not working and even billed after cancelling the service. Moreover I got billed again after reported this issue. It is ridiculous

  • mattRlive mattRlive | Part of Marifana Records (@mattRlive) reported

**** @rogers internet... I can't even have my 24/7 Music cover stream up without it disconnecting every time I live stream which is very suspicious but it's 100% fine when I don't stream...

  • arullingan ARULKUMAR LINGAN (@arullingan) reported

@Rogers I don't want this info. Need an answer/solutions. I want my money that paid for the service that was not working and money that I got billed after cancellation. If you are good service provider, you should not bill me for the service to that was not working and you should notify.
