    @RogersHelps I'll clarify: Our landlord is the ACCOUNT HOLDER. Our landlord lives in the same building. Our landlord has been "on hold" with CS all day to rectify an outage that has effected our WHOLE STREET since 6am AST. Thank you for being as obtuse as you always are.

    @RogersHelps Yes, but that is not what we’re talking about. The ability to use a Shaw login to authorize NHL Live was available for years and has suddenly disappeared. This should be reinstated so we can use your product properly.

    @RogersHelps Rogers is down Etobicke since one hour tonight!! No internet, TV and phone. One point failtute is not acceptable and is not good service provider. Rogers should ensure service continuity and recompense the lose of its service.
