@UbisoftSupport For a few days now I've been experiencing consistent ping spikes and periods of lag lasting up to a whole round in Siege, jumping to pings as high as 3k ms. I have tried working with @Rogers on a solution, but they insist it's not on their end.

@rogers @RogersHelps after 10+ hours of on hold and tech support etc over the past month, I finally got an appointment made 2 weeks ago for May 22. I have been sitting home the entire day and not a bloody word from anyone, but your techs were right across the street this morning.

Hey @RogersHelps you've got the least user-friendly calling interface out there. I'm considering Bell at this rate. Rubbish service and usability.
