After numerous calls he got it...& they accidentally added a zero. They never did come back from the $2700 over refund. Here's hoping they add a 0

Congratulations to @RogersHelps for cutting the end of the Dolphins/Raiders Sunday Ticket game with 2 minutes left in overtime. Mind boggling really. Imagine paying for a service and not getting it. I know I am not the only one who went through this tonight.
