@RogersHelps @CTVNews @CP24 So hundreds (maybe more) of your email users suddenly "lost" their email access due to passwords "changing" and this is not an issue? But, we haven't been hacked? Have you tried turning the system off and then on again?

@RogersHelps What is going on, I have been on hold 8+ hours, several phone calls you keep disconnecting and you just removed any access to my email I had for the last 18 years, and stating you can't resolve the issue!!! WTF is GOING ON?

Text to landline... can this service be better? I haven't had a landline for many years so I have no idea if it has improved. @RogersHelps
