@NeelPat29757715 @Rogers Down for me as well for over 12 hours now. Support quotes “maintenance”… like really? Maintenance Monday morning when people who WFH need to log into work but can’t because they don’t have service. Cancelled my services today.. rogers really dropped the ball this year. shame

Get this… not only did @RogersHelps not include the promised credit for the recent outage on my latest bill, they had the gall to ask me “what was the expected credit for?” when I reached out to them! @CRTCeng I thought this was being rectified?

@RogersHelps I see wirecomm is on site again and caused the outage. I’d like yet another credit please. This is unacceptable you pay then you know when they arrive. Notify customers of maintenance

@Kiesey78 @Rogers Here we ago again mines down in Guelph too. I called they say they know there’s a problem but @RogersHelps doesn’t know of any problem in my area. Haven’t even got my refund from the last service outage yet here we are again. #rogers #rogersdown
