ISP Update 🙄. Spoke with @Rogers last night who won’t send another tech out because they need until Tuesday to fully diagnose my issues and will have some sort of resolution / action plan in place on Tuesday. They actually told me to stream more for monitoring purposes. Sigh.

@RogersHelps Hello, the CNBC channel in Toronto is showing with black borders along the sides of the picture. It normally shows in full screen mode. Other channels are shown in full screen. Any idea what happened, is the fix a broadcast fix?

@aabwpg @RogersHelps It's wild that Canadians pay some of the highest rates in the world and Roger's plans to fix that by gobbling up more competition...save for a butt dial that may have averted it. What a charade.
