The MyRogers app is great and all @RogersHelps, but if I could make a suggestion, can we get biometric login on Android? Can't use the fingerprint scanner on my phone to log in right now, and that's no good.

@jonyx25 @Rogers There will definitely be compensation, but Rigers wants to wait until the problem is resolved. But, no one there can seem to tell me what the problem is.

This is after being told that the "area is fixed" a few days ago but still seeing issues with my house. This is after not receiving text messages since last SUNDAY (the 14th) which said "there's been a delay in fixing the problem." It's downright annoying. @RogersHelps

@HighrulerLive @Rogers I feel you. Where I live, the only option I have is ATT which is capped at 10 Mbps and I pay the same price for it that my friends are paying for Gigabit speeds. Literally 100x more. Others do not service my home specifically but service my neighbors...
