@RogersHelps Thats a lie. You definitely have reports of an outage because I have been calling you about it for a month.

@mlnadler @Rogers Since it’s the sixth outage I’ve had in my area since May, Rogers should be giving out more than just a credit, they should be giving full refunds—especially to businesses and those who work from home. My editorial timeline is behind due to their outages. Not happy. @Rogers

  • PaulFah28179707 Paul Fahey (@PaulFah28179707) reported

@Rogers Still waiting on that credit from your outage that we were to get?

  • Robkilin Robert Kilin (@Robkilin) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@Rogers @AEBT95825217 I got my bill with the credit for the outage, I'm not sure how Rogers calculates 5 days of service but a $20 credit on a $240 bill is not the cost 5 days worth of service as we were promised.

@Rogers @AboutRogers Tell Staffieri if he and Rogers are really committed to earning back the trust of customers and Canadians, the LEAST he could have done is issue a credit for a minimum of one full month of service.
