@RogersHelps As soon as a lose my house wifi, it should shift to cellular. I have four bars, I have toggled to use cell service, but all it does is show ‘no internet connection’. I have toggled cellular on and off, I have switched off wifi. No dice

@RogersHelps After almost 30 years as a Rogers customer, I will be moving on to any option that treats its customer better than you. All over an Ignite box that I returned 2 months ago through @CanadaPosthelps that THEY lost but Rogers is charging me $109.99.

@Rogers I spent 1 1/2 hrs on the phone with Rogers today, yes they’ve issued a team to search for it, etc… that isn’t the point here, it’s been 2 months and I’ve paid $109.99 for it and demand a credit, this is now between Rogers & Canada Post, this is NOT how you treat customers
