    @Rogers wtf is happening with your Advantage Voice system? Our business can’t receive any calls and only call our internal numbers. Can’t get through on phone support either. Waited 3 hours and call was disconnected due to high call volumes.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Am I gonna get anything after the Calgary outage is fixed? I’ve been using my data for more than 24 hours as I work remotely and there are no meeting spaces I can book for that long.

    @RogersHelps At least an IVR message with perhaps a repair eta would at least let callers know that an issue is known, and being worked on..Shaw used to have that…

    Sales calls on my home phone from @Rogers daily, sometimes several times a day, even though (1) I'm already a customer, and (2) I've asked repeatedly for the calls to stop. Great way to do business.
