    You know what's fantastic? There are two separate clauses in @RogersHelps ' TOS that explicitly state that you (customer) accept that their **** just make not work at all. 9. b. iii (Limitation of Liability) and 9 d. (home phone Services) ii.

    @TMLeafsgirl @Rogers @RogersHelps Same here!!! When I reported my problem on the Rogers app there was no option for ‘right now’ re service interruption time frame. I had to write in the comments the only reason I can send this now is because I’d never trust you for all my services.
