    @Rogers @YMCAGTA Canceled Roger's 5 years ago. Was a loyal cable, home phone and mobile customer for over 30 years Rogers is really horrible. Basically, like banks, an oligopy (protected by our government) and cares about their customers about as much as our govt cares about its citizens.

    @RogersHelps We were always signed in. We're not able to watch content fluidly because it kept stopping or receiving errors. After multiple hours of this and countless attempts we had to give up. It was no longer worth the effort. We could not enjoy it. Not for the first time either.

    @RogersHelps Hey, thanks so much for replying - @AppleSupport got in ahead of you and suggested a few things, and it looks like pulling SIM for a minute then putting it back in has worked. If the problem comes back, I’ll reach out for help.

    @RogersHelps We use it on a laptop and on a phone. Only ever these three devices. There are two of us and we were in the same room not using the account on either other location. Recieved the service unavailable most often.
