@Rogers has the worst wait time if you want to get a hold of someone regarding your services. Trying a getting hold of these guys for my mom's account. 30min waiting on the phone. Good thing I canceled my cable with these guys. Time to hire more people!

@RogersHelps - their service has deteriorated significantly. More than an hour wait on phone, chat does not even connect. Been trying to contact over two weeks now and they call themselves “We bring Canadians the best”. #rogersdoesnothelps
