@RogersHelps Oh, I just hung up. Your technician lied to me and when I called them out on the lie and asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold indefinitely. It's not the first time that one of your reps has "transfered" me to speak to a supervisor and it was never actually transfered.

Called @Rogers customer service and was helped by a really helpful young lady who then put me through to technical service dept, who after being on hold for 2 1/2 hours just dropped my call. Just awesome!

As if Rogers doesn’t already have enough bad press … @Shop_Hillcrest Rogers store with only 2 reps working, both who have been busy setting up new customers for over 20 minutes, while there are 3 of waiting with no end in sight. Staff your store more appropriately @RogersHelps.

@bell @bell_support you’re actually forcing me to cancel services that I genuinely like because you do not recognize current/loyal customers as valuable as new/potential ones. Now I need to call @rogers to take advantage of their deals because you don’t value my business.

No internet service at home since Friday with no solution in sight. Why did @Rogers bother signing the building up for a bulk deal forcing their sub par service on us when they can’t even deliver. I’m legit willing to pay extra just to get my old @Bell Fibre service back.

@Rogers I think it's a really poor system that when a promotion ends, the bill automatically changes to the original price of $100 without any warnings. And no, having it in the billing statement is not considered a warning. I'll be looking for other options.

@RogersHelps fyi this is still an issue on both my firecubes, only using the sportsnet now. Uninstalled, reinstalled, power cycled rogers modem, restart cubes. Only app that hangs and buffers is the sportsnet now app.
