@rogers Tell me how I have to pay for a service that a tech came and installed without my knowledge? & then when I refuse to pay they have the audacity to charge a reconnection/suspension fee? Get your **** together & waive my fee.

Really getting to the point where I'm willing to work at @Rogers for a couple of weeks to add Picture-in-Picture video mode support for their Android app and then immediately quit.

ROGERS is the worst Canadian carriers you can use with the over priced costs and spotty service, non stop problems from them and there system. If I payed the amount I do with the exchange in the USA I could get a way better iPhone and Unlimited data with extras. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps I have decided this is the last straw with Rogers. I have never been able to complete anything online and I always wondered if it is due to bad website design or simply “by design”. Either way, it reflects poorly on Rogers in my opinion and I don’t want keep having endure this.

@Tjierra @Rogers Oh boy that sucks!!! Shouldn't the tech be bringing it to you and hooking it up. @TELUS was the best I just let him in and it took him awhile 3 hours but he figured out the problem and i got 3 pvr for free. No problems. Nobody I know has Roger's must be a reason! Good luck

@RogersHelps I can’t set any recordings on either if of my tv boxes or the app on the iPad. I have restarted all devices twice, no luck. Not listed in future recordings either…..no suggestions on line to help….annoying
