@RogersHelps city of Toronto workers putting in a new sidewalk in front of my 77-year-old mothers home cut the Rogers cable leaving her without Internet TV, home phone to make emergency calls. This was reported to you yesterday at 2 PM by myself, still no repair!!

Getting a little tired of being "nickeled and dimed" by @RogersBiz . $4.66 late fee (annual interest is greater than 30%) charged to a 30+ year customer for missing a date by a couple of days ...all while having a temporary overhead cable for months.
