@AboutRogers @Rogers Blah, blah, blah. I've been a Rogers customer for over 30 years and your Ignite TV is by far the worst product you ever introduced. It's so unreliable with the picture and sound dropping randomly almost every day. And this was before Friday's big service interruption.

  • Leah__1987 Leah1987 (@Leah__1987) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Says it's completely unacceptable but then only compensates $5. Nice way to deal with your responsibilities. ****** people providing ****** service lmao I ain't sticking around for this bullshit no more🖕🏻

  • stitchlady Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Money speaks! Make the credit to every customer who lost their services at least one month - we pay you a fortune every month - you owe us compensation!

  • hdfatguy JC (@hdfatguy) reported

@RogersHelps OK Rogers help! I'm going to try my question one more time. My home services were down for 5 consecutive days. Given that you are crediting customers for 5 days regardless of the down period, do you think that it's fair compensation for me?

  • KirbyMcGinnis Kirby McGinnis (@KirbyMcGinnis) reported from Centre Wellington, Ontario

the only person @Rogers fired after that outage last week was Charlie Montoyo

  • KLRobbins01 Kelly (@KLRobbins01) reported

@BonnieM32345606 @RogersHelps Mine is doing the same. I got in touch with tech support and they said the problem was fixed today - yet it still freezes up. It is frustrating.

@RogersHelps No, I tried to reach out regarding few extra GB for this month because my home rogers was not working so had to use my phone internet. Wasted my two hours on call. No one helped.

  • bls_daddy 🇺🇦 🇨🇦Dave Wylde 🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@bls_daddy) reported

@RogersHelps That's great my ignite still not working

  • CIVL_Radio CIVL Radio (@CIVL_Radio) reported

Who likes how @BlueJays fired their manager while the team is in a playoff position… but who got fired from @Rogers after last week’s economic h-bomb? If THIS team didn’t need a Spanish speaking skipper, baseball isn’t played on a 90x90x90x90 sized diamond. Bad moves white execs

  • buttblastbonan1 Marlo Howzer (@buttblastbonan1) reported

. @Rogers offering credit for 5 days of service? How about being regulated to realign prices and plans with Europe and the US? You can't claim poverty about how expensive it is to maintain services when you made $1.56B fleecing Canadians last year. #rogersoutage #cdnpoli
