So is anyone from @rogers or @RogersHelps going to out out a message to let customers know if their ignite tv is down? A simple tweet would at least let us know if we have a separate issue or if it’s part of this bloody outage. Everything was working fine this morning/afternoon

@vote4robgill @merry123459 @Rogers That is a paltry sum to refund to customers for all the inconvenience, anxiety and possible disasters Rogers outage has caused. Many will flee to Bell. I hope they do. Rogers tech at house today said law suits are underway, thousands of customers leaving Rogers.

@AboutRogers @RogersBiz Nothing restored in south Mississauga. No internet, ignite tv or home security. Hope we don’t have an issue as insurance requires coverage. Looks like we need to move all services to 3 different companies. Currently a 3 hour wait time on their phone line. Pay over $300 a month

@RogersHelps so while services are back cable is poor. Picture constantly freezes and sound cuts out. Is this due to the ongoing network issues or just isolated to our location?
