@RogersHelps Wow, I've been with rogers for 11 years. Not happy with the pricing, but I've been down now for 3 our of 96360 hours of relatively reliable service all over Canada. Yes, it's inconvenient, but watching the people come out of the woodwork complaining that life is over...?

@RogersHelps Been with Rogers since 2006! Oh my lord. Paid tens of thousands dollars to you guys and still paying to get this kind of service? If I have unused bandwidth for a month, it's gone. If I have over used, I pay. Rogers, please be nice to your customers! Enough is enough I guess.

@kathrynrachelw @Rogers I have literally unlimited phone service for 50$ a month - no data cap, no overage fees. If freedom mobile/shaw ends up selling to one of the big three I'm basically done owning a cell phone until competition comes back in canada. It's insane here.

Had a CT scan this morning, and expecting a call from my physician to get a treatment plan in place ASAP. But I only have an @Rogers number, and service has been out all day. We need robust back up plans for this scenario - connectivity and cell service matters in today’s world.
