Not very happy with the service I been getting lately. Had to wait close to 2 hours to speak with someone about my account and why they suspended my data. According to them my payments are not enough and they want all or nothing. Been with rogers 25+ years with no issues with payments and now all the sudden every month my account is suspended and then they charge me $80.00 everytime to restore it and not mention the 2 months of a close to $900.00 bill because they never sent me a reminder about the promotions that ended which is why I fell behind in the first place. Need to fix this or I will be looking into other places. @RogersHelps

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Even Banks have customers services in other countries I guess it’s cheaper for them ? not to discriminate but I am paying for a service in Canada I would like them to employ Canadians

@RogersHelps Why do I have a $5 "Wireless Plan Rate Adjustment" line item on my bill? Your coverage continually gets worse and worse to the point where I've had to purchase a Starlink mini so I have usable service on the road.

@RogersHelps The explanation is a lie. My service continues to get worse. Drove the Trans Canada Highway from Falcon Lake to Winnipeg, lost service dozens of times. Yet you continue to charge more. How is this even remotely acceptable?

@JustMeJamie64 @Syed57961202 @Rogers The data is still in Canada and all the big banks and most if not all big Canadian companies require Canadian data and cloud service locations. But it’s the internet and can be accessed from elsewhere.

@barry416 @Rogers And unfortunately I'm not in Canada, so a @Rogers store isn't an option. By the way my issue is still not fixed.

@RogersHelps @celinalex_ru @Rogers, how can we consumers help to track these scammers down and expose them? The numbers they call from are either ghost numbers or cloned. I've called several actual people to inform them their numbers were being used for these scams.
