@1marzipan @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers That’s their game. Re-billing for services already paid or equipment returned. You’d be surprised how many people they double dip on. Used to work for their collections department. **** show.

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers They’re all horrible Telus Rogers and Bell, Fido has been fantastic and tek savvy when I used them years ago. The big three can suck it

After shameful cancellation of @hometownhockey_ , @Rogers took another public 'hit' on a greater scale with massive breakdown of various platforms re cell phone, internet, computer, etc. affecting millions of Canadians & especially for people needing to call 911 in an emergency.

@merry123459 @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Getting someone on the phone would actually be awesome. I think the goal these days for all Big Corporation Customer Service is to NOT have ANY phone interaction w/ Customers. Just trying to find a phone number to reach anyone is impossible, when you do = 3hr+ wait on hold!!

@merry123459 @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers It makes you wonder if they aren’t redirecting their customer service inquiries through the Air Canada call centre.

@ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Hated Bell. They couldn’t care less about customer service until it’s time to renew. And Rogers how do they get away with their rates? Can’t handle them either. Went with Cogeco & Koodo. I’m happy for now.
