@Takhar77 @Rogers Modem is on main level pretty much in the middle of the house. My TV is 5m away. My son's room is maybe 15m away and no signal half the time (even with extenders)

So it isn't @madebygoogle fault that the mesh network doesn't work the way it should. @Bell confirms there's no bridge mode on the HH4000 and to achieve what I want I need to setup Advanced DMZ and PPPoE. Hard pass. Should have stayed with @Rogers it was literally plug n play.

@RogersHelps Opened a ticket at 8:30 am today, was told there's "an issue" in my area. It's now after 2pm, no clue what the problem is or when it will be fixed. Can you given me a hint re what's wrong in Newmarket? I have work I can't do w/o service. Thanks!
