@Rogers I have been attempting to contact someone regarding my service for over 24 hours. I have waited on hold on the phone for over 5 hours to finally be told the agent couldn't help me and transfered me to someone else to which I waited another 45 minutes ..

@Rogers just spoke with your tech support who don’t have any info as to the cause or restoration time in Stouffville. It is outrages that this continues to occur and that Rogers provides no updates. Truly considering cancelling my service as this is unacceptable.

@RogersHelps Will the next update be fixing the issues everyone has been having? Will there be refunds available to customers who were expecting a product that the nhl and @mlb were providing directly? I don’t think I can continue to use the app in its current state unless major changes.
