Wijaya Navaratnam (@wnavaratnam) reported@RogersHelps I was on-call for one hr. When tech came on, he said Rogers is having technical problems accessing customer account info. This is unacceptable. I don't have time to call again, wait in queue for another one hr and get the same message "we're having technical problems"!

He responded on more than one occasion “ YES NO PROBLEM” Yet he did. So he is now a @Bell customer & will be joining him. “Sorry 2cu go”
