    @lawsylvie @RogersHelps My internet dropped a few minutes ago, and thus my ignite tv dropped too. I went at least a year without any outage, now it's at least weekly. @RogersHelps, you didn't put a credit on my last bill! How do you expect to keep anyone at all as a customer??

    @RogersHelps harassment from Rogers is still ongoing and the verbal emotional abuse from your reps. if you wanna make things right get better reps, I don’t deserve to be treated like crap when it’s your businesse’s mistake. Am I the only one you have abused this way?.

    @ZaneKaneOnAir @Rogers Our Rogers internet and cell phone service has been down since 9:50 am due to a broken line on King Rd. Still out. Had to leave the house to go to work. Still down. No 911, no phone. In Terra Cotta. L7C1R6. Was supposed to be up at 6 pm. No updates. Help!!

    @kwilliams0405 I find @Rogers has gotten worse since their outage, and @bell is no better. Phone is going to ext all the time now

    If I’m not mistaken wasn’t @Rogers supposed to give a credit to their customers for the issue that they had a few weeks ago ? @RogersHelps because I just checked my bill and doesn’t look like I got a credit. For that one day when we did not have cell service.
