    @Rogers worse phone support ever … waited over 25min to speak to a live person . This is what happens when companies get to big and they don’t give sh*t about service ….. @Bell is definitely a better option .

    @RogersHelps Please advise the cause of outages in Brampton L6W - my parents have no service and can't call because their phone is also Rogers. Other streets in the neighborhood also reporting outages.

    Worst Customer Service ever! @rogers @RogersHelps How am I on hold now for over 2 hours when it had said the wait time would be about 15 minutes when I called?? Just horrible

    @rogers @rogershelp has the worst customer service ever! On hold now for 2 hours when it had said the hold time would be about 15 minutes. Horrible

    @RogersHelps been talking to my neighbors, we've all be having the same issue with your service for years. This, after having my tickets rejected many times because "there is no issue" Disgusting.
