@RogersHelps I tried twice. Stores told me there’s nothing to do, and quite rude about it too. 2 separate locations. (Promenade and Yorkdale). I’m looking to just replace my phone so I will just have to buy one outright. Asked for a call back from Customer Retention. But haven’t heard back.

@Rogers Dear Rogers, You are still very bad at customer care. I scheduled an appointment for my home internet installation on the 17th but its the 20th Today and there is no internet at my home. What's your recipe for being so bad? Looks like no one cares for customers in Rogers.

@Rogers so basically the outage was a way for y’all to bump up fee and add the suppose surcharge !!! So basically y’all service is **** and then we have to now pay extra monthly for it !! Pathetic

@David_Moscrop @TekSavvyBuzz @RogersHelps I had that happen and the (subcontracted) Rogers tech came and replaced all of the connectors and fittings going into the house - problem solved - it sounds like you are getting lazy tech not doing their job
