@Rogers Ignite is brutal. Every night it keeps freezing and watching something recorded is impossible. Tonight’s just been especially awful. I’ve tried to be patient but it’s so frustrating. Might be time to shop around.

@RogersHelps terrible how Rogers does routine maintenance during peak WFH times down the street knocking out all services since 1pm. Most reliable service? Who do they poll on these surveys anyway. They obviously didn't ask their users. Service is still out and they have no ETA

@Rogers 2 nights in a row our Ignite has crapped out. Called it in tonight and was told it can take up to 24 hrs as there is a neighbourhood we outage. Just great, remote learning will ve interesting if it's not up and running in morning.
