Supafanstan (@Supafanstan) reported@RogersHelps What is going on with spotty data service in London, ON? For the past week I am having issues, service showing 5G or 5G+ (which is ironically, worse) but still can't load an image or video. Rogers outages says there's no problem in my area.

Tony🐶🏒 (@TonyAnjam) reportedNo one reading this, but I did call out @Rogers last week for ripping me off. But @RogersHelps has tracked down the salesman and confirmed no install fee! A bit ridiculous to need Twitter for this, and still think their AI-chat-bot that does nothing is whack
-
NickL (@nickl007) reported@RogersHelps Just turned it on, using xfinity service with your box, no issues on the current program which is just sports news.
-
nothing but volcanic vipers (@MooCowRawrz) reported@RogersHelps Nope just a cable package it could be the cable provider but tsn works fine Sportsnet app is just garbage Web browser works fine CTV works fine all love sports except sportsnet

Mike Szeller (@mikeszeller) reported@MacDoug1 @Rogers Yup I get it. The idea would be to use Rogers for Internet and cancel your Bell Internet OR get Bell Fibe TV and cancel your Roger Ignite TV. You cannot mix and match. Both Bell and Rogers TV services require thier Internet service. Both essentially stream now, on their network.

Zeus (@zeus__1334) reported@RogersHelps "You won't believe it, but I'm talking about my 5G+ mobile data. I have full bars, but the speed is abysmal; videos keep buffering and won't even play. The connection in the Stockyard area is just terrible."

Mike Jones (@nuttyskadork) reported@RogersHelps idea of help Wait for an hour and then hang up on you
-
Expos4ever (@Expos4ever10) reportedHad to stop watching #Bluejays50 pregame when they discuss who goes down when Barger is activated and the @Rogers employees, @sportsnet planting the seed, giving silly reasons to demote the kid batting .400 over the guy batting .130. Ridiculous

Joey Stewart (@UCANSMB) reported@Garnet_2203 @ravira @Rogers God damn… I see how ppl fell for Elbows up LOL their comprehension is non-existent. You dumb ***** don’t know the difference between ACTUAL layoffs vs OFFERING buyouts/early retirement… no wonder this country is going to ****

Brian Kusiewicz (@BKOttawa) reported@RogersHelps It was tied to canceling internet and TV services. Charging $745.80 after 20+ years as a customer feels excessive, especially when competitors cap these fees far lower. I’m asking Rogers to review this situation and provide a fair resolution for a long-time customer.
