    @RogersHelps Turns out it wasn’t so good. The friendly lady in Dartmouth made a mistake costing me another hour on the phone today after my wife’s service was cut off - the rep has put all the data on my phone and removed it from hers!

    Horrendous service @RogersHelps, 2+ weeks of intermittent outages, followed by technicians "resolving the issue" yesterday, followed by a complete outage over the last 12 hours. Frustrating and frankly embarrassing when trying to work from home.

    @Rogers What an amazing customer service you have. Been on calls for 2 hours to just sort out a new phone upgrade only to realize all the promises and confirmation made by your agent were false and I am supposed to pay for all of that! Kudos! Switching over to better providers!

    @RogersHelps Here we go again @rogers. 20 year plus loyal customer, who has asked for help with technology, only to have a tech come over and offer absolutely nothing. No Diagnosis. No solutions. No support. I’m done. Please message me ASAP. Folks count on you to support their livelihoods.

    @Rogers it's, really basic the sound they are picking up at the recording studio isn't from you it's actually warehouse in Richmond and noticed some asian women standing outside and they are piggy backing off your signal. That's why I noticed a few pop up towers on SkyTrain

    @RogersHelps It’s a billing issue. I called earlier this week and was assured it would be taken care of. I received my e-bill this morning and it still hasn’t been. I’ll wait for call back in 2.5+ hours.
