  @RogersHelps Over an hour late for a technician and when I call I’m on hold & forced to listen to the torture of bad music-that sounds like you recorded it on to tape from a bad AM station and you wonder why customers are upset when the agent comes on line!!

  dear, @Rogers ,@Sportsnet A long-time user of your streaming services. noticing canceling the Fan 960 and increasing prices AGAIN with no visible improvement in the streaming APP. Will it be as good as Prime this year? if no answer from either of you I do not think I will renew. as a NHL fan Rogers service for the app is(share and tag rogers)

  @RogersHelps do you know when the Internet will be restored in the Legacy (Calgary) area? It’s been out since 2:30 am and the last update on Rogers said they were investigating the issue at 7:55 am

  @RogersHelps I know you hours of operations. But I am not always available to call early in the morning.With the price of your service you should be able to provide better service. I was not in pressed with waiting that long from 2:30- 4:30 to have the call dropped.

  @RogersHelps Rogers do not have regular service in this area I think as I am receiving only Rogers-EXT means Rogers extended coverage.

  @RogersHelps live chat is unable to book a technician to come to my house. Says i need to call the line. Im not doing another 1.5 hour wait. pls help

  @RogersHelps Yes I'm sure its my number. I upgraded my phone since i left the company and had no issues. I did call the business support team first and guess what? they didn't know what was going on and suggested I phone customer care. Everyone I talk to just passes the buck to someone else.

  @RogersHelps I haven’t used it in over a year zero internet services used by me from you. Instead of asking me you guys took it upon yourself to charge me 210 bucks for something I never used you guys are stole from me hope your proud. Refund my 210 you stole

  @RogersHelps @DarrenOrvis Your self serve options are a mess! I have been able to so far get what I need for service but you do need to do better online. Also when there’s a new modem why can’t you advise loyal customers? Can you tell me what is your latest modem model?
