    @RogersHelps soooo i just got a new modem in the mail, and I can't log into the ignite app. I've tried your customer service chat, waiting 30 minutes to talk to someone, and then they vanished on me completely. Now the wait is taking ages for a new representative. Some help???

    @RogersHelps still don’t see it reported online so not sure if you have any outages reported in northeast Toronto yet. My fiancé may have DM’d you already as he’s the account owner, trying to get through on phone as we need the service to be restored.

    @RogersHelps NHL Live sound is off from the video on all platforms. My Android TV, Android Phone, web browser (Windows PC) & PS4 app all have this issue for week or so....

    @RogersHelps is there a service issue in west end TO? Wifi has gone down there times between 9-12. It's...not ideal.
