    @andreamcrae @Rogers Well if they go by some customer policy practise in industry, they should prorate the monthly costs of your service part of the bill, and deduct a day or two till your service is back running on the most reliable network. Yea?

    @UberTroy @THEREELBROW @RogersHelps I didn't know about the Shaw merger yesterday. If theh buy Shaw I'm seriously going to consider switching. Oh damn Shaw owns freedom movie too, which means Rogers will own freedom. This is bad.

    @ItsDeanBlundell @GrantEngland7 @Rogers A loud mouth jack *** would promote that theory yesterday seriously as if insinuated from a top level Rogers employee as the source. Eh Dean? You agree? Only a **** would shoot **** like that to get clicks right Dean?

    @RogersHelps Please credit customers exactly what you charge them PER DAY. The amortized proactive credit given out last year that amounted to ~$5 isn't going to cut it for this year's outage.
