These changes always scheduled Sunday Night / Monday AM Very bad environmental testing pre-installation. They are busy backing the unsuccessful change out ... which is often really hard to do

    Absolutely no cell service all morning and not so much as an peep from @Rogers . Perhaps an e-mail? Something to say "Hey, it's not your phone or modem, it's us. We're working on fixing it. Here's a rough estimation of when it will be fixed."

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps seems, like your definition of quick is incorrect. I haven't had service all day, how is a company such as Rogers this susceptible to an outage, when they are quoted as being the mightiest in Canada?

    Hi @RogersHelps How much longer will this outage last? Many people have missed the opportunity to sign up for vaccines due to this. Unacceptable!
