Caitlin (@cwiltzy) reported.@Rogers really sent me an email saying that my bill is going up $5 so I can “continue to support Rogers investments and 5G” like I somehow owe them an extra $5 monthly contribution?! My contribution is MY MONTHLY BILL?!
-
Raed Hamdan (@raedmm82) reported@RogersHelps Ambassador team gave me offer. After 2 months, I got a letter from Rogers that the charges increased starting from the following month. Steph's Coping Strategies (@Strigah_steph) reported@Lidsville @Rogers This sounds like when I was being called by Telus for months about their security service. I kept asking to be taken off the list, they kept calling. Telecoms are evil
-
Kuljeet Singh (@Kuljeet123r) reported@RogersHelps I called over 100 times, and We're busier than usual. The chat support is just as useless. How am I supposed to understand my bill or get help without speaking to an agent? @RogersHelps @Rogers This is unacceptable, unbelievable, unreasonable, and worse than every other provider.
-
Karl (@KennedyKreep) reported@RogersHelps So let me get this straight? You’re telling me to pay the exorbitant fees until a better fee comes along? If it ever does?? yet if I cancel, come back say a year later I can save big-time money? What kind of retention is that?
-
Darren Gudmundson (@BrianOakely) reportedTho they will NEVER see one penny from me. Have to ask myself, "what else are they up to?" What other types of revenge does @rogers take on their former customers? They have all your information. They refuse to delete it. Do they even, "protect" it anymore? I doubt it.
-
Honeyboy Wilson (@HoneyboyWilson6) reported@plkampe @Rogers Put yourself on the do not call list. You no longer have a relationship with Rogers and if they continue to call, you can file a complaint.
-
Harsh #LetsGoLiquid (@BlancoHarsh) reported@Rogers DO YOU HAVE ONE ******* PERSON AS YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT?? WHY AM I ON PHKNE FOR ONE AND HALF HOURS EVERYDAY FOR LAST THREE DAYS AND CANT GET SOMEONE TO HELP ME WITH MY ******* INTERNET. ******* GARBAGE OF A COMPANY THAT DOESNT CARE ABOUT THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS

Jeff (@SeNoR_Jeff13) reported@RogersHelps No problem but in the future it would be helpful if Rogers posted something when a fundamental service that people reply on has an outage.
