    @peggy_blair Texts, interrnet and cable TV are holding, so far🤞still no phone service. After 22 years with @Rogers, I am beyond furious. Even during the ice storm I had my phone!

    @Canadian_mom73 @RogersHelps If they declare a chronic outage, does that start the clock on reimbursements/credits? Just speculating on why they are using this language...maybe they're buying time.

    @MrSebbo @RogersHelps 15 years and one outage. Common. Something like this hasn't happened Canada wide in 15 years. Yeah it sucks but get over it 🙄
