Furthermore, I expect any 'suspension' or 'restoration' fees associated with this error to be waived or credited back to my account immediately.

PJ (@PrashBerry) reported@RogersHelps Is there a problem as to why Rogers is unable to provide uninterrupted service for television? I have been unable to watch The Masters or the Orion landing without experiencing constant blackouts. It is beyond frustrating.

travisrenney (@travisrenney) reported@RogersHelps Staff more agents to answer the call volume. Having hold time longer than a few minutes is awful. Imagine you are at the grocery store or the bank and the cashier line is an hour long. Are you going to come back to that store. Are you going to be angry when it’s your turn.
