    @Rogers your customer service representatives are absolute ****** morons. Been trying to add channels to my cable pack for 3 ******* hours now. Please employee ANYONE who speaks English.

    @BobKinnear13 @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers a lot working from home. Mostly 3rd party rogers call centers though. I used to hear women on the phone and their kids shouting in the background. It was bad.

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers outsources their help desk to someone else. It is not a Rogers employee you are talking to, but a call centre.
