@RogersHelps Husband’s service came back last night. We depend on our cell phones since we don’t j’have a landline. It was a major inconvenience when his work colleagues couldn’t reach him.

@RogersHelps Rogers wins the worst company award. For some reason the company dislikes customers. Customers are the problem. Customers created the problem. Send us your money attitude and we will not provide service. Rogers is operated from the top down. Never had good answers

@RogersHelps Still no service since Monday around 1AM. You saying it’s up when it’s not is very frustrating. Solve the issue before saying it’s actually fixed. And yes I have tried restarting my phone... multiple times
