@AboutRogers @Rogers I still don’t see rogers taking FULL responsibility for this outage. They were messing with peoples lives and some of this is serious! Not only 911 services were out but People need their money and medications and access to their money daily. Rogers needs to take accountability!

  • Elsablaine Elsa Blaine (@Elsablaine) reported

@RogersHelps We actually just swapped our 2 tv boxes and that seemed to have helped with the tv issue for now. 🤔

@thewirereport @Rogers After the outage, critics not impressed with news behind paywall.

  • sharkofbayst SharkOfBayStreet (@sharkofbayst) reported

Rogers blamed the outages on coding errors. Any IT professional knows that before you deploy anything. You test it first! and you don't deploy it all at once. @Rogers

  • Manibouy83 Mani (@Manibouy83) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers These are all empty promises!!! We will never know the truth. Not sure how can you say: 'Our Valued Customers' because your company don't value 'Anyone' other than the 'Profits', with your high rates that you charge consumers & businesses. An unreliable network!

  • TashaBee84 Tasha (@TashaBee84) reported

@RogersHelps how do I change a family plan when one of there people are being abusive and I have cut contact with them. Please help

  • Saunders990 Chris Saunders (@Saunders990) reported

@Rogers is by far the worst company to deal with, hands down. Worst service and even worse customer service. I hope every one of your employees have to go home today with diarrhea and their toilets stop working like your services does hourly 🙃 💩 #rogersdown #switchedtobell

@RogersHelps Most often it's 80, and 43 that I notice... but there are some channels I never use so who knows

@pandersen @Rogers They couldn't check social media. Their Internet was down.

@rogers trying to weasel out of paying by pledging to build and invest in ai? Higher people, stop subcontracting everything out. @crtc what kind of solution is that?
