@robshaw23 @Rogers I was home and priced out a phone deal in ON. Went back out west to West Ed mall. Explained the deal I saw in ont. They couldn't do it. Walking out of the mall. I see location 3. A hallway booth. And they gave me a better deal than the other 2. Roger's customer service is trash

@RogersHelps my connection has been TERRIBLE for 3 weeks now. I WFH and can’t lost an hour a day to **** connection. I know you won’t fix it, but I needed to say it.

@RogersHelps Ignite TV and Internet for the entire month of July has been unreliable. Chatted with a customer rep and they are only willing to apply a $25 credit. Absolutely insulting. Clearly they are not listening to their customers.

@RogersHelps Still shockingly slow or NO service here yet somehow my son's data is maxxed?? Have you given up on quality service completely? I am appalled! Question now: worth it to pay out exorbitant contract costs to get away from your horrific service? I guess only @RogersHelps can solve
