Does @RogersHelps like actually help been without internet for hours. I get the power outage broke some infrastructure but come on you have got to stop telling consumer’s to PM and giving them useless reboot information or to chat with Anna and more concrete information please.

@RogersHelps @Rogers what's going on with your internet service!? There's a massive outage in our area & haven't had service all day!! We called & put in a ticket at around 7pm & it was out hours before that and it still out!!?!?!? Come on it the long weekend!!
