@Rogers is such a terrible company, switched to telus a long time ago and its not even close regarding customer service.

  • KathieC094 💙⚾️ Kat ⚾️💙 (@KathieC094) reported

@JaysgoBlue99 @RogersHelps It would be nice to at least have the issue addressed or reply to one of the many people having this problem. If they can't fix it I'll just go elsewhere for my expensive bundle....

  • moonsoar Courtney Wilson (@moonsoar) reported

Considering my business was shut down almost all day on Friday, (thanks @Rogers!) my email is eerily quiet this morning…

  • anime_cbc Cbc.anime (@anime_cbc) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers I have an important meeting and it’s keep connecting and disconnecting … worst network and customer service

@RogersHelps When hydro goes down, they notify us immediately. When the gas company is shut off, they notify us immediately. When their is an issue in the water, the utility notifies us immediately. @Rogers DOES'NT CARE ABOUT CANADIANS and for a comms company THEY FAIL AT COMMUNICATION

  • LeFlopBlazing Prometheus (@LeFlopBlazing) reported

@CPEEL593H @BlueJays @Rogers Their fortunes *this* season have been sealed. They will finish in 5th place. Season is over. Time to rebuild this the most mentally stupid team in MLB history.

  • suryabhan8 suryabhan bind (@suryabhan8) reported

@Rogers I called several times, but the issue still unresolved, don’t know what should I do. And I am being charged for interest unnecessarily

  • SueTyler1313 Sue Tyler (@SueTyler1313) reported

Rogers has a threat of a class action lawsuit on their hands, 2 other major Broadcasters have Human Rights Claims filed against them……I wonder if anyone from the CRTC is looking at this going …..**** ….we got some explaining to do. @Rogers @CRTCHearings

  • ManishRijal Manish (@ManishRijal) reported

@Michael_Brent55 @CheriDiNovo @Rogers There are no landlines anymore. Phone is IP based, VOIP- Voice Over IP. Goes down with internet. Only way to insure this doesn’t happen again is to build redundancies. There are many ways. Bell & Rogers needs share failed safe route in case of emergencies. Secure BGP better.

  • ManishRijal Manish (@ManishRijal) reported

@CheriDiNovo @Rogers Well been with @rogers very long. Had no cable or internet for 3 days. I am looking for two action. 1. Fair compensation 2. Service going forward. Government needs to setup independent enquiry to how Canadians won’t have information blackout again, security, monopoly and cost.
