    @RogersHelps I talked to phone support. There is no updates and they won’t request one. Basically they told me to wait 24-48 hours. I’m considering calling Bell at this point, maybe they have a good promo deal for new customers

    @RogersHelps We are experiencing issues since Monday, April 25. Today has been the worst. No wifi since 7 hours! Our phone data is exhausted coz we’ve been using our hotspot. Customer service needs to be better. Those guys can’t even answer properly.

    @Rogers ok I payed off the ex wife's phone and removed her from the plan. Our daughter is not anymore connected since I sent her a new Samsung with sim card. What's going on she needs to stay connected! Alexander Graham Bell Help! I can't just keep getting a new phone

    @RogersHelps why was I told my internet and tv would be fixed by 4:30 pm est but now at 6pm suddenly no one can give me an ETA for when an area wide outage will be resolved? You missed the time you assured me it would be fixed by & now expect me to wait indefinitely?

    @RogersHelps For the past 4-5 days my husband & I are getting so many spam messages in our Rogers email inbox. We are marking them as junk/spam. Just wondering what has changed as we only just to get the odd one. Is anyone else having the same issue?
