    @CRTCeng so what's going to happen with @Rogers? Are they going to get fined for the mess they created yesterday and the hundreds of thousands of dollars they cost their customers? Something needs to be done about this. Canadians paying premium prices for such unreliable service.

  • kraekerc Cliff Kraeker (@kraekerc) reported

    @RevivalCare @gator_gum They (@RogersBiz) claim it's not but how does a total national outage happen? Has to be a cyberattack in one key area and before the virus spread they pulled the plug on the whole network and then slowly cleaned their systems. Pure speculation however pls then explain why?

  • dankellar dan kellar (@dankellar) reported

    @DrsDefundPolice @Rogers would rather see them nationalised and treated as essential service. get rid of the excesses of upper management, get better working conditions for workers, good service everywhere as infrastructure costs are shared, and the need for profit is removed.

  • DangEyler23 new year same Colin (@DangEyler23) reported

    @cooochyMeowMeow @RogersHelps 6 months of free service

  • KO08103566 sickofcovid (@KO08103566) reported

    @RogersHelps As a customer I’d like to know what caused such a huge outage? And is there a way to prevent it from happening again?

  • Headanac Rob B. (@Headanac) reported

    @RogersHelps So you want me to bundle ALL my services with you for what reason? To be without internet, TV, and mobile service for more than 24 hours. You service level belongs in a developing country, not Canada. Get me the ability to contact @Bell asap.

  • ScriptDoctorPHD Script Doctor (@ScriptDoctorPHD) reported

    @thevivafrei @Rogers That, and the incompetence of the service providers removing traditional non-power dependent land lines from service in favour of Voice of IP.

  • abe316 Abe (@abe316) reported

    @RogersHelps I was all happy and stuff but 911 thing got to me. Like how careless is it that we rely on you for this and there's no foolproof way to not **** it up. Take my credit and work on a better plan you certainly need it
