    @RogersHelps But I guess you don't compensate unless your Internet crashes for the whole country and you need to fix your public image. You don't give a **** about the customer. Rogers just loves to do as little as they can and hope they get by.

    .@RogersHelps you got to stop telling customers that they owe a thousand dollars when they go over their credit limit by 500 dollars. It feels like rogers is fear mongering their customers into paying bills early. I did not need to pay my bill but you cut off my service #rogers

    @RogersHelps I just woke up to my internet and TV down. This is the THIRD time since September 7th when you had that huge outtage. This is the third time this month.

    @RogersHelps @J_Dhanoa_ An hour lost. And Tech support says they were doing a maintenance in the area. But no warning. No notice. Guess true promise Rogers made for being transparent after their screw ups was false?

    @Rogers you cant just have your intertnet and TV work perfectly for the queens funeral then make it go back to ****. Thats not how this works! Way to deliever on that promise after ruining Canadas economy for a day!
