  @Rogers your customer service is BS. I have been trying to call for weeks now for something your FAQs and AI can't help with, yet everytime you're experiencing "extremely high call volume" and hang up on me. If you're that busy why don't you HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!!

  @georganneb @Rogers As much as I hate to admit it, Bell is far superior. It may be slightly more expensive, but their service is rock solid. YMMV.

  My @RogersHelps @Rogers wifi being down almost every week and them not doing anything about it and me still paying full bills when I can’t even work from home anymore and I’m already maxing my mobile data because I’m just working from home via hotspot now is infuriating.

  @Tialuna1993 @Rogers @Rogers yes why was it not delivered to her house yesterday? I get it’s Sunday but are you saying your representative lied to a customer? She said the representative said by August 23 and she doesn’t have her box. Why is your representative not telling her the truth?
