So @Rogers why did your call back feature call me back 3 HOURS LATER when it said it was an 18 minute wait and then when I ask to speak to someone it told me you’re closed and hung up ? This is why I’m going to Telus. They would never !

@FidoSolutions Guys please help its nearly a day now with intermittent wifi and it disconnects every 10 mins... @Rogers Next time kindly have some concern towards the neighbor who is sharing their fibre optic connection... No place for good ppl!!!

@dondarlingSJ @Rogers Like most call centers, they set a budget for how many people they want to pay. Then they squeeze them to work harder. Hiring more people when service levels are bad is not an option. Any company that tells you customer satisfaction is their top priority is lying.
