Прінсеса Саша CHECK MARK (@sasa_prinsesa) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They have fired most of their Canadian staff and outsourced overseas! It’s horrible now; cut back customer service, IT help and hours! It’s awful! @Rogers I wish there was an all Canadian company I could give my business to!
-
ICE CANADA (@BenDaws22753025) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Kicked Telus to the curb last week, they asked why, I told them their installers who were contracted for 2.5 hrs came and did half *** job in 30 minutes while speaking Punjabi in my house. Then upon reaching out to customer service, more foreigners. No Telus No Timmies No Thanks.

huh (@justatalost) reported@LindsayDunnTV Everything in this country is straight garbage. Thats what happens when you have every telecommunications with only 2 companies. Do better @Rogers @Bell
-
Calvin Ing (@cal920c) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers When I called bell, unless it was an after hours call. It was usually from a Canadian call center. Same with Air Canada. When I called at 2:00 am though, I did get an Indian call center, but thankfully my problem got solved.

Just a user (@SociallyNumb13) reported@RogersHelps I tried that, wasn't helpful. Tried contacting customer service over th phone. They said they can't take calls due to unexpected call volumes and chat has a queue over 100 people.
-
Donna (@iCruiseify) reported@cookiegigan @RogersHelps @Rogers They did, the call dropped twice and they called back, unfortunately when it dropped the third time... So one of two issues solved at least.

stella vellani (@StellaVellani) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Even Banks have customers services in other countries I guess it’s cheaper for them ? not to discriminate but I am paying for a service in Canada I would like them to employ Canadians
-
Ds (@Sky__16__) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers 5-hour outage. $250+ lost income. $2 credit. Then Rogers tells me I should pay another $15/month for backup internet. Imagine causing the problem, offering less than 1% of the losses as compensation, and then pitching a subscription as the fix.
-
Geoffrey Trueman Falk (@geoffreyfalk) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers CRTC is a total "Old Boys' Club," controlled by ex-telecom industry executives. They are there to help their buddies and their stock portfolios, not consumers. That is why Canadians pay 3-4x more for cell phone and Internet service than consumers in the US.

TRiLL🇨🇦 (@mmaTR1LL) reported@Rogers very accutate statement. Ridiculous prices for a connection that has issues multiple times daily.
