@AboutRogers @Rogers Blah, blah, blah. I've been a Rogers customer for over 30 years and your Ignite TV is by far the worst product you ever introduced. It's so unreliable with the picture and sound dropping randomly almost every day. And this was before Friday's big service interruption.

What is going on with your service reception @Rogers @RogersHelps ???? Every other call I get fails/drops. This is a business line. Please try to understand I can’t have this continue on much longer
