    @mbouf @RogersHelps No doubt working from home has caused a mess for customer service agents, resulting in delays. But that doesn't excuse their predatory and ***** practices of burying important info. Any agent can help....it just depends on what their script and procedures allow them to do.

    @Rogers ROGERS is about MONEY not PEOPLE. Canada suppose to have advanced internet service !. Rural areas close to Urban centers have installed fibra optics transmiters that simply are not activated because Rogers have establish those areas as low ROI . E.g. Rural Uxbridge, Ontario.

    @mbouf @RogersHelps I couldn't tell you how much I hate this. Having so many friends/family understanding support, those agents are made to speak to people on the phone WHILE chatting. This is why you never get real answers of feel heard. Multitasking is not real, customer first is a lie.

    @Rogers an hour and a half on the phone to replace a phone, two “system errors” and after said hour and a half…hung up on. What the hell?

    @Rogers @RogersHelps very frustrating that our internet has been down allllllllll afternoon with no help. I have reset....restarted etc... Our modem to no avail and out neighbours have said theirs is also been out for the same time.

    @truckingjohn69 @Rogers Pls be careful out there, I got involved in a scheme that stole alot from me and other investors after promising great returns. it can be terrible and frustrating and I'm glad that I managed to recover my money through the help of a private anti-fraud investigation agency
