Come on, @rogers, this is unacceptable. I can't place my grocery order and I'm a senior with no other options. What the hell, why am I paying almost $200 a month for a bundle for service like this??

Oh @Rogers I see you have reps knocking on doors in my ‘hood again. If only you’d spend your resources on customer service and retention instead of new business, you’d get our loyalty. All #telcos are the same. #bringyourchargesdown

@rogers @Sportsnet I've tried to get a response from anyone regarding your snnow premium sub. I paid for this service Sept 28, and I still can't access. Spent 90 min on calls with 4 different people, sent emails and finally received a number that only takes msg's. Help me.

Feeling some kinda way about @RogersHelps getting people in upfront edge contracts which are honored but then changing down payment policies making the return basically impossible without a huge down payment.

@RogersHelps I hope you can understand my frustration after spending $200 (plus tax) on a service that says I'm "not subscribed". I will be missing another leaf game + other teams i like to follow.

@RogersHelps - Why does my data get throttled to unusable speeds when you advertise unlimited data? @CTRCeng - My phone becomes a paperweight unless I pay $20-$40 for a “speed pass” to use it again. It’s a terrible business practice.

@Rogers Your customer service has degraded to a useless entity. Spending an hour+ on the phone twice to change phone plans because your website fails to clarify certain details. Both times the CSA assured me the changes were made. Both times they weren’t.
