    Why is it that I had to call @Rogers THREE times before they would admit that there is a problem in my area and they need to open a ticket? This is NOT a good first impression to make with a customer! #CRTC #CCTS

    @Rogers I ordered s26 ultra 512 GB and sending me 26 basic with ultra price 😲 @Fidomobile @Rogers and they said we can't not cancel . you can just go to store and send back us why loose my time 😭

    @RogersHelps @KjennerBrian Never trust them. They lie and will never return your money. Their bills are so complicated that no one understands the charges. You end up calling them, wasting at least two hours, and getting nothing in return, just a complete waste of time.

    @BardiaB10 @Rogers Impossible to speak to someone at Roger’s. I am a new customer within the past 24 hours. Trying to resolve an issue so I can link the account to the my Roger’s app. Frustrated on Day 1 @Rogers
