@RogersHelps If you haven’t considered leaving Rogers for one of the other price fixers in the Canadian market, the terrible communication from Rogers on this outage should be the biggest red flag...

@RogersHelps set ur phone to use you're home network to make your calls - they call it wifi so you can connect where ever wifi is free - at least you don't have to pay for service for the day not much of a savings but its a start - still nothing and it's 330pm

@Ccressman87 @RogersHelps @680NEWS Exactly! Where is the CRTC now? Where is our government to protect us from a deceiving company. I wouldn’t be as mad if they were honest when giving out information regarding the outage. What kind of compensation is Rogers going to give to ALL the customers affected by this?

@Rogers useless services and charging Canadians way too much. How about giving back to your customers after this bullshit no service for 10 hours. #rogersoutage #fuckyou

@RogersHelps Any guesstimate as to when the service will be back?? How can a company the size of Rogers with millions of customers across the country be down for so long, what the heck happened?? This is beyond ridiculous....

@CRTCeng @Rogers @chatrmobile why are mobile companies allowed to put through price increases during a pandemic with mass unemployment but they suffer no penalties when their service falters?
