    @RogersHelps your customer service on here is atrocious. How about letting people know there is an issue instead of ignoring all your customers. Time to switch to at Telus or Bell if this is how you treat customers

    @RogersHelps why the hell in midnight, all the services are down. Can't you even give a heads-up, atleast invest that much to figure such things earlier. Anyway, its normal, even a formula for aeverage can predict it well.

    @Rogers There seems to be a full Rogers cell outage throughout some (most?) of Ontario, and all you can provide is the same useless auto-reply? Tell us that you are aware of the issue and are working on it. I pay too much for this garbage service.

    @charityjkeller @RogersHelps no, they wanted to buy them but that hasn't happened (yet). I finally have internet back up at home but im still without any cell service.
