@AboutRogers @Rogers Lol, “take full responsibility” by giving himself a raise I’m sure. Also, it wasn’t just your own customers you rich idiot, what about everyone that wasn’t able to use Interac?

Hey @RogersHelps - we've had our Rogers Ignite back for almost 24 hours and we can't go more than 10 seconds without dropped audio, frozen screens or just being glitchy. Really hard to watch anything this way. When will we get service levels that we're supposed to have?

@MarieTattersall @RogersBiz @RogersMediaPR What is that? Anyone can sends texts like that to Rogers and the AI will reply. I’m still waiting on evidence. Rogers is in damage control right now, so not sure how truthful they’re going to be with the public.

@RogersHelps I'm not worried yet about 'credits', I'm more about when service will be back to normal and where the ongoing problems are. I'm still having issues with home internet but I really have no idea if it's my hardware or software or the sites I'm trying to use.

@birgitomo @Rogers I am furious that the companies we already have do not appear to have backup plans. More companies does not guarantee we will not have this problem again in the future... it would give us more choice, yes, but unless the companies have a backup plan, this will happen again.
