@RogersHelps Our internet connection is intermittent at best. Our cable was never imbedded in the ground as promised when we first signed up. Rogers has been advised of this repeatedly but has yet to remedy the situation. It was woven thru a wooden fence which the wind has now knocked down.

@Rogers 5 ******* hours on hold waiting for your bullshit customer service representatives, went through 3 different customer service representatives until they finally sent me to an absolute angel from Montreal who actually speaks English (and French) who helped me out.
