Hey @RogersHelps, you might want to publicize that access to EXT was cut off during the outage, it will save ppl in spotty coverage areas time in support queues when we're trying to figure out why we have no EXT.

Yeah, @rogers I'm gonna need to charge you a Service Interruption / Service Restoration fee, on top of a prorated service credit. And not from when you investigated after consumer reports... when you knew it was pooched at midnight. It's $39 + HST, you can credit my next invoice

@ahudani @Rogers @rogers The strange thing is that when my device shows full connection (all bars) there is 0 data. When it's down to low connection (1-2 bars) the data works.

@RogersHelps Service seems to have been restored, although I seem to reboot to connect to 5G instead of LTE.
