@Rogers please kindly cancel all my services immediately. Effective @rightnow you ate #garbage making me wait for 49 minutes. For absolute nothing. No good service. #cancelrogers

  • doriantaylor dorian (@doriantaylor) reported

@RogersHelps if you guys had a network admin write a paragraph or a few bullets on what to expect when running a *nix router with the modem in bridge mode, eg: • ifconfig mediaopts + mtu • why frame errors • ipv6/dhcpv6 passthrough that would probably eliminate a few support calls

  • doriantaylor dorian (@doriantaylor) reported

lol i just spent a frustrating hour on chat "support" with @rogershelps trying to get a straightforward answer to a carefully reported problem: set the modem into bridge mode and the router gets flooded with frame errors: why

  • UncleTimbuktu Steve (@UncleTimbuktu) reported

@RogersHelps Please do not write this off as a "customer's issue" - it ain't. Don't think other engineers don't know what's going on. Upgrade your internal processes to be more transparent. Customers pay many hundreds of dollars for service, they have the right to know planned outages.

  • dhruvesh2104 Dhruvesh Patel (@dhruvesh2104) reported

It is completely unacceptable where customer is unable to use his rights when needed. Had miserable experience with @RogersBiz and stop making false expectations. Hoping for a considerable attention to this matter from a highly respective company. @RogersHelps #bell #telus

  • ptyredcanuck Ptyredcanuck (@ptyredcanuck) reported

@Sportsnet @RogersHelps The new app launched early October, and it hasn't fixed it's constant buffering, frame skipping and server errors in many devices, there is even a twitter account called @snNOWsucks

  • Ted_Gaisford Ted Gaisford (@Ted_Gaisford) reported

@Rogers call support line is insufferable. Third day calling and on hold for over an hour, then disconnected. Every time.

  • doriantaylor dorian (@doriantaylor) reported

@RogersHelps like you can say "we don't support past this but here is some basic information to keep you from having to do so much trial and error [and contacting us]"

  • NHLEASportspro Dan's Hockey Cards (@NHLEASportspro) reported

@MarcMethot3 @hometownhockey_ @Rogers Damn I wish I could get out to Pembroke. I'd love to get a few in person autos for the PC.
