@Rogers so, I want to make sure I have this right. You guys have a 1 hour and 49 minute, to a 2 hour and 12 minute hold and you guys are ok with that? Like this is just the new 'normal' for you guys right? **** US UP THE *** WITH THE PRICE of your service and then NEVER ANSWER?!

@RogersHelps Good morning. Is it just a coincidence that the day after one of my neighbours gets BELL internet installed and my internet becomes instantly bad? Because now my internet cant seem to keep its strength!! I am losing connections to online servers.

Very upset with @RogersBiz….was a customer for over 15 years with no problems…they went to paperless I didn’t have an account set up so I asked on 3 separate occasions for paper billing…Denied and now cut off even though making payments regular…sent to collections for $425

@Rogers Your Ignite system has a *major* flaw! When the internet goes out it affects everything! We lose internet, tv and home phone! This is very annoying with constant "on/off" of service. I may be forced to switch back to old system or move to Bell if this keeps happening.🤨

@RogersHelps are there known service issues? our internet keeps buffering which is affecting streaming services. Our Ignite TV is also not working properly. London Ontario here.
