@RogersHelps @REWoman No, they’re not answering! You guys are in the field of “Tele-communication” and I wonder how come your communication with your clients is so poor? Why can’t you attend calls from your customers? You are the boss of “Telecommunication”. Strange!!

@RogersHelps Will do. Bring back tech support at night. Shaw used to excel in that. Rogers should address all the complaints in your monopoly. Shouldn't have to go to the CRTC.

Hey @RogersHelps I should be able to stream ANYWHERE in Canada since I’m paying for your monopolized service. ‘Sign in to your home wi-fi’ is big time BS. Thanks for (once again) nothing.

@RogersHelps please connect me to an agent. It’s really frustrating when I moved 11 days ago to my new address and still don’t have home internet. I’m trying to keep calling and I’m holding for at least 45 minutes but nobody is connecting. Am I paying for this service?

@Rogers whats up with dead zones all over Sudbury? I have ZERO service in way too many areas. WTF am I paying for?? Rumor has it that you've stopped maintaining your towers... maintain the damn towers or charge ppl 10$/mo. Thats what its worth rn, max.
