@RogersHelps @Rogers - My TV is still not working (3 days later). I totally understand outages happen but this is not acceptable. I can’t even get hold of tech support - 2.5 hours waiting - no answer. I give up! Help!

@RogersHelps Bowmanville , Ontario. Ignite TV in L1C postal, non stop freezing , and glitching on all TVs. I restarted the modem, factory reset the modem , system refreshed the ignite tv boxes twice. didn't fix the issue. Anything else I can do or just wait again?

@rogers I am fed up with your crappy service. Ignite tv still not working and your company is offering a $4 credit, this is an insult to everyone who uses your service.

@RogersHelps Tv and internet are still not working correctly in Holland Landing! 2 days credit is not enough! So far 4 days and services have been nonexistent or not consistent!

@Rogers Ignite TV is unwatchable due to black screens and sound going out every 20 seconds (timed it). This happened Saturday then it was fine all day Sunday...now BAM it is happening again. Should a titan like Roger's not have their **** together after 4 days!!!

@Rogers @RogersHelps four days and counting - unbelievable. ignite services dropping every 30s; call queues for support dumping you after waiting 30+ minutes. @bell when will you have fibre feed in Maple Ridge area of Pickering, ON? When you do, it’s bye bye #Rogers
