A representative could simply call you and resolve it in a few minutes, but they won't. Instead they're asking you to spend more hours waiting on hold. I havent watched televsion or own a tv but for someone reason i owe $200 for an entertainment box that i never got? wtf?

There was no advance notice and no info in online outage map that it was likely to continue or for how long. That is failing customer service.
