    @RogersHelps I left my own home / home office 8 days ago due to spotty or no wifi service to get my work done. Back today & service is still on & off, plus I have no wifi on my cell phone at all, while here. Unacceptable! I have no time to chase you every week for no service!

    No Maple Leafs game & no Blue Jays game AT SKYDOME (I refuse to call it Rogers Centre) on TV tonight because of (another) @Rogers internet outage. My Dad & I are seriously considering switching to @Bell. We should get a refund every time we get no service.

    @Rogers it’s been hours there’s still no internet in our area 🙄 so annoying there’s no real answers or warning. Idk Luckily other people in our building said it’s not just us and now I go check to see people in the Toronto area have been having issues for days…?!

    @RogersHelps How about you call them? Why is it on me? It’s YOUR infrastructure, it’s your responsibility. I have no service while working from home and recovering from covid. I’m obviously very salty about this situation. This very preventable situation.

    @Rogers Service just came back on. Finally. I'm sure though that all your customers will have a credit show on our next invoices though correct? 🧐🤔 That usually is the process when we don't receive services we've paid for.

    @Rogers I see. Well it should be. I have noticed I'm not the only unhappy customer on here today. We pay for a service. When we don't receive the service we should be entitled to credits. My Dad & I are well past eligible to upgrade our devices. We've decided to keep waiting.
