    @zukkyzee @Rogers Garrison Woods (near Marda Loop) out. Nothing on the outage map, which only references SE Calgary. But the same outage must be affecting parts of SW too.

    @RogersHelps Horrible company, cannot get through a single agent, I can't even get them to close my account, I want to file a case against your organization for poor customer service

    @RogersHelps @Vishhvfi Can please address any mobile service interruptions? I went to a third party website that showed a spike of service interruptions for Rogers in the past 30 min. I’d go to Rogers website but I won’t load.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers @Shawinfo August 2026... and they're still playing the wrong version!!! On top of that Canadians couldn't watch the Hlinka Gretzky Cup Gold Medal Hockey Game on Saturday without buying a special package, regular cable didn't carry it! How pathetic is that! And channel 159 still SUCKS!!!

    @maya_charles @RogersHelps @MichaelFGittins Also in SW, the internet has been down for several hours now. I've been on the customer service line for 2 hours with no response at all. Rogers' service is truly awful

    @Rogers makes billions every year & pays management millions in bonuses yet can’t provide stable or competent service like the current outage across Calgary & Alberta - now over 12 hrs long. Use some of that profit to actually create redundancy & better quality of service

    @RogersHelps waiting an hour and a half in the phone for cable tv technical support. What happened to your call back service? Why the delay?

    @RogersHelps @jenniferdrader5 I phoned customer support number 4x and waa disconnected 4x. It also kicked me out of the chat queue twice after waiting more than 1 hr each time. Absolutely incompetent and atrocious customer service. The government needs to legislate you guys to have actual customer support.
