@RogersHelps we closed our account in October 2025, finally got our refund then you decide to bill us for roaming. What is your problem?

@RogersHelps, this may be one of the worst customer support experiences I've ever had. I ordered a SECOND internet service for a new house. Rogers shipped me an XB8. It wouldn't connect. Technical support eventually figured out that Rogers provisioned the new modem against the WRONG address. Great. Simple backend mistake. Should be easy to fix, right? Nope. Yesterday: 45 minutes waiting for phone support before giving up. Today: hours dealing with support. Technical Support diagnoses the problem, then transfers me to Customer Care. Customer Care tells me they can't access the account and sends me BACK to the same phone number. I ask for the account number I'll need when I call. They give me an old account number and tell me it's associated with an address in Surrey, BC. Except MyRogers shows that exact account number as my CURRENT internet service in Waterloo. Eventually they find another account ending in the same four digits as the new service agreement — but can't even confirm the service address and tell me to call the “specialist team.” All I need is for Rogers to associate the modem THEY SHIPPED with the internet service THEY CREATED at the address ON THEIR OWN SERVICE AGREEMENT. I've spent hours trying to find a human being with permission to fix what appears to be a Rogers provisioning error. How is this a reasonable customer experience in 2026?

@RogersHelps how much more difficult and time wasting can you make it for a customer to reach a live person. Already explained issue to your bot and then a rep who cannot help me so has to transfer me to the person I asked to speak with 87 minutes ago! Still on hold

@Bell has some of the most disgusting customer service in the business. They do nothing to actually work with you, even long term customers are treated like absolute dog ****. Maybe it's time to look into @Rogers.

absolutely HATE dealing with @Rogers. We went on our trip and had our plans changed around so we wouldn't have a huge phone bill... The sales associate lied to us about what we were getting. Came home to a $500+ bill. Have had the runaround like crazy; the store won't deal with us. Online people couldn't help... had to talk to a phone rep who said they would correct the mistake and only took $60 off the bill... had a normal month of not being anywhere, and STILL my bill is astronomical. I'm so sick and tired of cellphone company reps giving smooth talk, yet the second they screw up and you try to get your money back, you have to jump through fire, talk to 5 different people who say they can't do anything, and still get screwed over. I need a decent Canadian cellphone provider service that isn't going to give us the runaround.

@Rogers Before: "Welcome to rogers..." Press 1121 "Would you like to use the card stored on file?" 1 "OK, I'll just need the cards security code" "***" "We are processing your payment... thank you for your payment" *hang up* Done in 30 seconds Your new AI system is trash

@Rogers what are you doing about the scam calls I’m getting daily of people pretending to be Roger’s. I get one EVERYDAY. Each time I ask to be removed from their list. I know it’s not you guys, but you’re getting the bad rap.
