-
aimeeL (@love2read78) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I called the customers service for my local paper and it was answered in the Philippines. Every company that has actual humans answering calls, gets directed to a foreign country. Otherwise you get a computer.
-
Geoffrey Trueman Falk (@geoffreyfalk) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers CRTC is a total "Old Boys' Club," controlled by ex-telecom industry executives. They are there to help their buddies and their stock portfolios, not consumers. That is why Canadians pay 3-4x more for cell phone and Internet service than consumers in the US.
-
Ds (@Sky__16__) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers 5-hour outage. $250+ lost income. $2 credit. Then Rogers tells me I should pay another $15/month for backup internet. Imagine causing the problem, offering less than 1% of the losses as compensation, and then pitching a subscription as the fix.

ColtraneBlues (@ColtraneB37457) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because it’s cheaper! Would you notice the difference if it was out of Brampton? Did they provide good service? Were they professional? Do you think being in Canada woulda have been a quicker call? Will you pay higher prices if you knew the company only employed within Canada?
-
Trish M (@trishmilley) reportedI PAY FOR ROGERS PHONE AND INTERNET AND I WANT HELP. I DONT WANT TO WAIT ON THE PHONE FOR 1.45 HRS. WHERE ARE YOU @ROGERSHELPS @RogersHelps
-
GrumpyOldMan (@NotElonEither) reported@NavdeepSBains We're you the COO of @Rogers when the Brampton call centre was outsourced to other countries including India/ Philippines? How does that help ontarians?
-
Everyman/woman (@1fallandallf1) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers A terrible experience every time. You're right. Why doesn't Rogers stay in Canada and use Canadian labour? Because they are greedy and not loyal to their customers. Their loyalty is to the dollar, money is everything.
-
R K Balsara (@RKBalsara) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Some of the best technical support folks in the world today are from India. Check out Zoho support or Microsoft 365 support. Try Bell or Rogers, they are a nightmare.
-
Breeze (@chester43998848) reported@Ady_Co @RogersHelps Forget Roger's, they're useless. I have Starlink here in Windsor. I can take it anywhere! It's never been down. More expensive, but you get what you paid for!

Dennis Welsh (@DennisWelsh) reportedWe all feel her pain! @Rogers never takes ownership for their poor service. We have had nothing but problems on our street. There were 3 repair technicians on our street today. Still issues!!
