@rogers has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only with this terrible third-party service you're apparently now using, but I've experienced just as bad (if not worse) service with your own customer retention department #rogers

@RogersHelps I would like to know why #NHLLive isn't giving me the Home & Away option for Islanders/Caps game. I pay for the service because I want to watch my team's broadcast each game. If you can't provide it, I'll subscribe to a service that does.
