@Rogers @RogersHelps There is an internet outage in Longbranch, Toronto. Restarted modem - connected to modem, but no internet. Confirmed with a neighbour they are out too.

@RogersHelps Still correcting things from the outage? Ignite still freezing frequently, modem has dropped connection a couple of times since the outage.

I'm now getting #phishing e-mails with subject "@Rogers Outage Information for @RBC Clients" with actions for me to take. I know it's fake because it was sent to an e-mail address I don't use with @RBC. Also had a PDF attached, which I didn't open. #InTheBin

@RogersHelps is beyond pathetic :( I've been trying to close my account for several days now and have been trying to get the outage credits applied to my existing bill but no!!! They ask if they can close my account in xyz street where I've never lived!
