    @Rogers I have been trying for 3 weeks to make changes to my account. Call volume is too high to answer, waited online for a "live agent" who couldn't help me, then I finally got through to a customer solutions and the call disconnects. It is unacceptable client service!

    @RogersHelps It takes hours to get through tech support and days to get someone out. It just happened randomly and I’ve seen before when the outage detector says no outage when there is one.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I purchased the Africa Travel Pass and it doesn’t work. I was promised an update within 24 hours and received nothing. I then waited 2 more hours for a specialist, only for the chat to be ended without resolution. Can someone help before I escalate this to the CCTS/CRTC?

    @JayGenXer @Rogers Your call has been directed to Punjabi big rig driver on the 401 who has six cell phones and is doing tech support for Rogers , Bell etc as a side gig to his illegal CDL licence .

    @RogersHelps Thanks. If I could solve the problem through the AI agent, I would have already done that through the Rogers app or online. When I pick up the phone to dial Rogers, at that point it should be a human ready to help for issues that can’t be solved through the app or online.
