On hold for over an hour waiting for someone @Rogers to take my call. I have called everyday and was told my issue has been resolved but it hasn’t. Maybe time to switch providers.

Hey @Rogers - Very clever of you. There's no option to close/cancel my account on your web interface. The Live Chat is "too busy" for a human to talk to me. And calling you ends up with nearly an hour's wait on hold before the line gets cut. What do I need to do to cancel?
