Thanks @Rogers.... Once again, I'm having constant issues with my connection going down, often requiring a modem reboot to get back online. Tonight, I am out of town and trying to get work done, and I can't because my modem needs a reboot AGAIN for the THIRD time today!

@RogersHelps I’m a simple positive person trying to help his senior parents with service changes/rates for services and I can’t do a damn thing for my parents until someone answers the phone at @Rogers. One week of daily calls that last hours and I still can’t get through…👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

@RogersHelps Internet service still down. Modem is flashing green light now, so partial TV Cable service is available now. Cable box Guide is all scrambled. Have never seen anything like that before! Told by Rogers CSR at 11am, that area is out, but my neighbors aren't.

@RogersHelps so I’ve been waiting for a support specialist to greet me on live chat for about an hour. How long am I expected to wait in front of my computer for someone to respond? Bell at least tells you how many people are ahead of you.

@RogersHelps CNN or TCM or other stations has occurred occasionally. It's always frustrating as a customer, that it occurs at times when coverage is peeking your interest. I do not know if other stns were affected. Rogers investigate what happened around 1:30 am on Jan 7th

Been on hold for 7+ total hours over two days and counting JUST to cancel our service as we are moving. How in this day and age we are not allowed to go into our own protected account to cancel is beyond me. Making people go through this should be illegal. @Rogers @RogersHelps
