    @RogersHelps Customer service now says our credit was for the double billing. But that’s not correct. It was for not getting full service at the new address! So why am I also billed for the old address I didn’t use in august? Hope CEOs office will do something. Why is this so hard? (2/2)

    Dear @Rogers , 1st day of attempts =4 hours calls !! I visited your place / no one helped !!! And now !!! More than 1 hour on call hold !!! And still waiting !!! For a simple request !!!! Do you call this service !?!! #OMG

    @Rogers my internet crashes out ALL. THE. TIME! I call you and listen to your crap for 3 minutes. I don't care about needing help for VPN or chatting to Anna!Finally schedule a callback and here is the conversation when I answer my phone. Me - Hello? Hello? HELLO? HELLO?!

    I’ve definitely had my fair share of issues with @Rogers services over the years. However, due to a recent unsolicited promotional offer my internet is faster, my bill is cheaper (could do better), and I am enjoying free Disney Plus for 12 months. Not bad, guys.

    @DickMuggah @Rogers That’s true... phone paid off & some still have to pay $50 ish ... like , what? I’d never be in one of those plans. No way... amazing plan?!

    @RogersHelps Thanks for the reply! 3 weeks - multiple calls and over 24 hours on the phone to just get our services up and running - that we pay for! CEOs office gave us a credit for this trouble. Got our bill today and we were double charged for the month (old and new address). (1/2)
