@RogersHelps I’m not officially sure what you can do for me. We were down yesterday. We have been down 3 times for 45 mins each time today and every time it happens, I dm, only to be told there is an outage in my area with no reason given and just a bunch of platitudes and no resolution.

@RogersHelps your customer service sucks giving 5 dqys of credit is like giving a kid a candy to convince them to your orders. Customer service sucks. After having my tenure completed with rogers I'm not continuing with you guys. You had the audacity to tweet during the outages.
