    @Rogers another outage in Brampton, ON. Service has been spotty for a month, and tv & internet completely gone for almost 24 hrs now. Tech came out and said he needs to call maintenance. Yet I’m getting charged full pop- and having to use data to work. Unacceptable

    Despite recent promises to do better, @RogersHelps is still spectacularly bad at maintaining and repairing their network infrastructure. So far it's been three weeks of utterly abysmal Internet service (for my entire neighbourhood). 😠

    @RogersHelps Nope. They just not it in my file and say there was nothing they can do. Trying to add/removing channels and packages. Its insane that if I wanted to cancel everything right now I can’t! It’s like my account is being held hostage
