    @RogersHelps Will you be reimbursing my family business the money we lost entirely because of the service you did not provide for an entire business day? Absolutely ridiculous that you are one of the biggest companies in Canada and you couldn’t resolve this quicker or prevent it.

    Shame on you @Rogers ... posting record profits year after year and yet apparently unwilling to invest in tech staff who can't perform a software upgrade without a hugely disruptive major network outage.

    @KevinFrankish @RogersHelps It's funny that they put out these tweets when none of their customers can see them as the service is down. Seeing them when service is restored is funny.
