@RogersHelps @Rogers how long till this issue outage will be fix? its been more than hours.. now i realize rogers ignite tv is not great after all. without internet no tv. now im stuck with nothing to do plus my kids cant go online school. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

@Rogers we are waiting for a refund cheque from #RogersWireless for months. Every time we call, a case is created, we are promised the $ in a few weeks, and it never shows up. This happened 3 times, now we're told we need to create a new case and wait 4-6 weeks. Unbelievable!
