@RogersHelps The auto-shutoff “feature” on the Rogers Ignite box has got to be made optional. I can’t make it through a Jays/Raptors game without it going back to the home screen, sometimes during very big moments. Really bad UX #rogersignite

@Bell_Support So 2 full weeks without internet and tv. Five service calls. Escalated 4 times. It takes 2 weeks to fix some wires? Been told 24-48 hrs 4 times. Also told 2 weeks is normal to restore service.Ridiculous! @RogersHelps how quickly can you install internet and cable?

@elonmusk I live in 🇨🇦 and am not able to place a call from my house, Wi-Fi calling is choppy at best. Not to mention I just came off a week on the West Coast Trail with my kids, was treacherous, would have been really nice to have service! Hope Canada gets on board @TELUS @RogersHelps

@RogersBiz I like these two initiatives :-) However I left Rogers (20+ year previous Cantel customer) because I couldn’t get decent roaming in the USA or Mexico my last three trips.
