    @Rogers , your customer service on phonenisnso horrible. Waited 29mins on hold unyil 43mins. And callback feature was freaking disastrous, after 2hrs of waiting, the back agent's line was so choppy. You are a clown #Rogers is horrible.

    @Rogers is a horrible HORRIBLE company. I’ve been trying to get a hold of a customer service since last week Wednesday and been calling them like 6 hours a day yet no luck! I will NEVER EVER use their services at all!!! All you get is stress! #rogers

    @RogersHelps Hi Rogers. I’ve sent you a message direct too. But leaf’s game keeps cutting out on Ignite. Getting worse and worse. Updated system + restarted box. Website says no outage reported. What’s going on? What does tech operations or your NOC say?

    @RogersHelps WHY would Rogers automatically sign me up for a service I didn't request or sign up to? I get my bill and it says I now have Rogers Roam, WHICH I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR AT ALL, if I have to wait on hold cancelling something Rogers did I'm gonna be pissed big time

    @Rogers why is everything related to your Rogers Preferred Program broken and further to that, why are all your reps completely incapable of helping RPP customers? If this is "preferred" treatment I shutter to think what regular treatment looks like.

    @RogersHelps on hold for 2+hrs. Reached live chat to understand why I have no data access with an infinite 10 plan. Was told issue resolved when it wasn’t. Called again. 2+hrs on hold. Had the rudest agent laughing at my issue and transferred me to no one. I’m done with Rogers

    @Rogers makes it almost impossible to cancel their service. I’ve had my service call dropped multiple times after waiting literally hours 🤬🤬
