    @RogersHelps Rogers should be prorating the internet bill for such long outages. At the very least don’t charge for cellular data today as that’s the only way I am able to connect to the internet today. At this point we’re literally paying for no service and also losing money in the process.

    @Ayon_De @CleanlinesKate @Rogers Since I know I won't be compensated for the PTO I've had to take, I switched to Bell fibre today. Been a customer for 25+ years but today was the straw that broke the camel's back.

    You would think @RogersHelps @Rogers would have learned from the nationwide outage last time. 4 hours and counting today. Completely unacceptable. Will be switching.
