4 days out from the "event" and my @Rogers Ignite TV is completely unwatchable because it freezes every 30 seconds. My internet is sketchy at best. But to read articles from @CTVNews or @CBCNews the issues are behind us. My friends from #oshawa to #Stratford would debate that.

@Rogers still can't connect to ignite tv and can't connect to the Playstation network when everything was fine before the disruption. Tried restarting and rebooting and still nothing.

Thought I could contact @Rogers about how my internet & television service is still slow & choppy 3 days later but attempted to use their app. How silly is me to think that would work. Have to waste time calling them tomorrow I guess. @Bell_Aliant will likely get a new customer

@RogersHelps 3 days after the @Rogers outage, and our Ignite TV is still extremely glitchy and cuts out or freezes constantly. No ETA for full restoration, and all I get from customer service is a generic, copy and paste, empty response. Do better Rogers! @CCTS_CPRST

@rogers @RogersHelps 4 days and my tv quality is still unacceptable. I’ll be paying you 13% less on my next bill and it’ll increase until you fix the problem. I don’t want a two day credit when some of my services have been useless for 4 days.

@RogersHelps I am still having problems with Ignite TV. It’s been a very disappointing few days. Ignite TV is unwatchable on many channels.

@RogersHelps @Rogers ever since your outage tv service and internet services including ignite tv apps and Rogers ignite web app has been glitchy. Can’t watch pvr shows on ignite, internet speeds are slow and app says sorry something went wrong. Are there issues? #unhappy here
