Here we go again @Rogers After THIRTY ONE YEARS OF BEING LOYAL BILL PAYING (ON TIME AND IN FULL) CUSTOMERS we cancel because it was TOO HIGH. We paid our last bill. I can't help if you guys can't get your act together. Get people who know how to do their job to do their job!!!!

Hey @Rogers and @RogersHelps. I recently ordered 2 phone upgrades. 3 weeks later and four 'pro on the go' reschedules still do not have phones. Customer service doesn't have access to inventory or schedule dates. But hey, they were able to bill my credit card. What a joke!
