  • skienian Ian Morrell (@skienian) reported

@RogersHelps cell phone not working on making calls what’s up, lines are not even letting you go on hold

  • univrsltruth Wandering Buddhish 🙏 (@univrsltruth) reported

@RogersHelps Chill out, people! The problem has to be diagnosed and serviced. It's not a simple magical flip of a switch. Even in a perfect world things will break. Including vital services. Be kind ffs.

@RogersHelps Will #rogers customers receive credit for the period we are w/o service?

  • imlittleMonster Proud Little Monster (@imlittleMonster) reported

@Rogers as a paying customer who relies on the service. I need an answer. It’s Monday and I have business calls but your service is still down!

  • Andrea_B9 Andrea (@Andrea_B9) reported

@RogersHelps It’s not intermittent, it is not working at all. Cant make any calls or messages outside the house - not very useful. And your costumer service says to try again later. I would hope you’re taking this off customer’s bills for this month. @Rogers

  • eastcoastgrl78 Az (@eastcoastgrl78) reported from Forest Home, Nova Scotia

@Rogers @RogersHelps Understand tech issues happen and Rogers working to resolve. Would greatly appreciate a little something off my bill for inconvenience. Thanks.

  • SarcasticGuy31 ⚡️ #SarcGuy31 ⚡️ (@SarcasticGuy31) reported

@RogersHelps why can’t I make a call or send/receive texts today ??? Something going on with the cell network ??? Very annoying

  • JobseAdrian Adrian Jobse (@JobseAdrian) reported

@RogersHelps It appears to be far more extensive than Rogers claim of "just some customers". The network is completely unavailable from Burlington through to Hamilton. So much for redundancy if an emergency arises.

  • Whisky_Jean QuaranJean 🥃 (@Whisky_Jean) reported

What an entirely predictable time@for @RogersHelps ****** network to go belly up as every 40+ year old in the GTA is desperately trying to book a vaccine. Bravo, *********.
