Andrew Kohlsmith (@akohlsmith) reported@RogersHelps You have all the details. Open Xfinity app. Log in. Enter the 2FA. "Oops, screw you, back to login". Now try to get Anna to route you to cable tech support - impossible. Mobile CSR is apologetic and offers to send you to cable tech support, where you wait for over an hour and then wait some more. Absolutely terrible, terrible customer experience. You force your customers to use your app, but do not make DAMN sure the app login process is robust. You could just let us use the modem with our laptop browser because we don't need the internet to to configure the modem on the table in front of us, but apparently that's too easy.

Ice Xiao (@icyyicee) reportedHey @Rogers, it's hard to say goodbye. Literally. I cancelled my internet service with you, and was told to bring my old modem to a Rogers store to return. Then I was told by the Rogers store to call you and get a shipping label. Then I called..

Carol Tidd (@CarolTidd) reported@RogersHelps Outage was verified in area, 7 hours is far too long

M B (@MitchBeaus) reported@Rogers Wow its nice to see you don't value existing business of a decades long customer at all, but a new customer can save almost 40% 👎 2 hours of phone calls for nothing, thank you and have a nice weekend.
-
Gayle Charach (@gcharach) reported@RogersHelps Of course. And I know there is an outage… both from your website and inside my house! But your support folks have zero information to offer. There have been no emails or texts from you to update affected customers. This is very, very poor customer service.

hris bau (@hris2005) reported@RogersHelps why do you close technical support cases without resolving them?
-
Carole Gagne (@CaroleGagne108) reported@RogersHelps I ain't using cell space for a stupid Rogers app FOR THE RECORD
-
Russell (@major2571) reported@RogersHelps @MactelecomN Isn’t technical support your department? even if this is not a technical problem you should follow up internally. This garbage customer service and attitude is why i left rogers over a decade ago and will never be a customer again.

Todd Bealor (@ToddBealor) reported@RogersHelps call center support is utterly useless! Called to try and resolve an ethernet issue with my XFiniti router and somehow got some that could barely speak or understand English, let alone provide any technical support. No supervisor available.

sarah (@dawnthehorizon) reported@RogersHelps I have 5G turned off, opting to use LTE and the same thing still happens in my home. Sometimes turning it into airplane mode then turning it off works, but it still will go into SOS mode. Simply put, I’ve never had this issue in my house until I upgraded, and got 5G access.
