@RogersHelps The problem is, this is not a isolated incident, this happens constantly, and my Internet is giving me 20% of what it’s supposed to be in the way of speed. I had a technician at my home this morning who could not fix anything. But am I getting a discount on my service?

@RogersHelps we have had no ignite tv service for a few days. It’s been reported and we have not received any update on when the service will resume

On the phone with @Rogers for over 30 minutes trying to figure out wtf the British open isn’t on my tv. What an absolute screw up ONCE AGAIN! Can the @CRTCeng help us out with this bullshit?

@RogersHelps Again I am not a tech person or tech support I have no idea what the equipment is you've provided me with. Pretty sure the little pucks or receivers or whatever they are or just connected HDMI and then a small pin for power

Hey @Rogers - I used to be a mobility customer, had a better offer from a competitor and you guys refused to match it. I switched Do you think hiring a monkey who cannt speak English will win my business back? 🤡🤡🤡

@canmericanized @Rogers @CRTCeng It's too bad that Rogers went from the best customer service to the absolute worst so quickly. I am usually very tolerant, but I blasted the lack of service on the survey I received. Rogers do better!

@RogersHelps Why can't your customer service staff provide that information. I specifically asked their manager for an alternative contact.

@patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers Another example of why quasi monopolies are so bad for consumers... there's no accountability for ****** customer service, because there's no real alternative (try getting through to a human at Telus 🙄)
