I've been on hold for almost 2 hours to clear up being over charged on my @Rogers bill by nearly $40 - $50. I wonder if they would have that kind of patience if a customer underpaid them? There must be a way to hold companies accountable for blatant overcharging?

@Rogers Anytime I call (Before, during lunch or after work) "due to technical difficulties" you cancel/end my time on hold. Why don't you offer call back service?!?!?!

WTF 🤬 Rogers on hold for over 1.5 gets to my turn and your account rep hangs up me this good way to lose a customer @Rogers. I guess that’s how Rogers treats it’s customers.
