MTF 🇨🇦 (@EhmTEhf) reported@BobKinnear13 @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers a lot working from home. Mostly 3rd party rogers call centers though. I used to hear women on the phone and their kids shouting in the background. It was bad.

Barca (@BarcaRaptors) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers How is a customer service rep supposed to know the answer that you should be asking from corporate. Unreasonable thing to do to someone who doesn’t even have the authority or accurate information

Monerostar (@thewanderingtr1) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Cancelled everything connected to Rogers. Done paying for the Leafs, Raptors and Jays salaries all while having to watch gay ****, price increases and more. Now I run Starlink so my idealogies can at align somewhat with what I pay for.

Lady Centrist (@ladycentrist) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Called last week, on hold 1hr 25mins. Agent did not resolve issue. Its absurd and unacceptable that Canadians are held hostages by these telecoms. They have no problem taking exorbitant fees from us but have issues providing the service that go along with the cost @FP_Champagne.
-
V_F_S (@TheFilmAnalyst1) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I had to pay for an RDS subscription that I didn't use for 8 months. 1st time, l hung up because I waited 30 mins & no one picked up. 2nd time, some idiot couldn't verify my credentials despite calling from the verified phone # on the account. 3rd time, finally lucked out.

anewkindasomethinsomethin (@anewkindasomet1) reported@JustMeJamie64 @2BikeisLife1 @Rogers I yelled at AI support with some f bombs. I got told by AI that my abuse wouldn't be tolerated 🙄

ColtraneBlues (@ColtraneB37457) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Because it’s cheaper! Would you notice the difference if it was out of Brampton? Did they provide good service? Were they professional? Do you think being in Canada woulda have been a quicker call? Will you pay higher prices if you knew the company only employed within Canada?
