    @RogersHelps it's pathetic you are down and when called gave me appointment after 4 days. You expect me to take 4 days off of work and kids to skip online school for 4 freaking days. You kidding me????

    @RogersHelps helping a friend out - they’ve been charged $200 a month for cell phone service for several years. $100 charges in extra data when they use less then 100MB/month. CS said they can’t do anything to compensate for the horrible overcharges. This isn’t right.

    @RogersHelps Always can rely on Rogers to make “great”customer service decisions. Another reason to get rid of cable and to get rid of Rogers.

    Look I’m not one to complain, but I am extremely upset with @Rogers service right now. I have wasted hours of my time today with support waiting and being hung up on for issues that they caused and I have been without internet for hours because of it. This is insane!
