    @RogersHelps really a 90min plus wait time to get to a live CSR to fix something like for the 5th time something tells me even your twitter or other social media accounts would be as useless.

    @RogersHelps 1/ been a customer for over 30 years,first my bill increased by $80 no prior notice. Spent days on phone trying to negotiate price. They had issues validating my existence next they couldn’t switch me to Ignite. Onus on me to call them each time.

    @Execulink piggybacks on @Rogers lines so there is a problem, Rogers techs attend. Yesterday they dug up my lawn, left the service box open & the door hanging, the sod a mess, mud, soil, rocks & cigarette butts, trampled ground cover, a large coil of wire hanging on the house.

    I am not happy that my @RogersHelps cable modem can no longer be configured locally - only through the "app" or the "Ignite" Web site, and the "Ignite" Web site refuses my browser. Now isn't a good time to cancel my service, but I'm considering doing so in the Spring.
