@RogersHelps @JocylovesNico My Home Service is not restored. As a CS major with 30+ years exp. with startups to big conglomerates, I know small things may fall through the cracks sometimes despite adhering to best practices, but 2 successive major fowl-ups shows a cultural failure that will repeat.

@RogersHelps 41 hours and counting without internet in London. My spouse will need to cancel his teleradiology shift tomorrow morning as a result. Patients will be affected. Do better.

@RogersHelps you say a majority of services are restored, but you've clearly closed certain ports for recreational uses. I wish to God you guys could be transparent with customers about what is happening. Service is **** right now in London, Ontario.

Actually gonna be so mad if @Rogers is still down tomorrow. Like at least I’ve been working the past two days but on my one free day, I would like to have internet
