    @RogersHelps I wasn't going to reply, because the usual "unplug the router" worked last night, but now I'm PISSED. I'm trying to be in class, and your STUPID network keeps cutting out. Not trying to yell at the poor person who has to respond to this, I know you're just the messenger.

    @mssshorts @RogersHelps WOW... it is absolutely infuriating. It's incredibly difficult to work like this. I've been working from home for years but only recently has it been this bad. (but I don't need the internet constantly; Rick does, so he notices and yells lol)

    @rogers we have a very upset teenager at home! Waiting in a virtual line for a PS5 and the internet dropped. Happens almost everyday and we pay SOOO much for this internet. What can you do to fix this? We live in Etobicoke

    @RogersHelps my Ignite internet stopped working. I've done all the typically troubleshooting issues and still nothing. HELP!!! I tried calling, but I cat get past Anna, the Virtual Assistant. I hate her! She's useless.
