  @RogersHelps @MerileeToo I addition to no Internet service all day, cell coverage in my area is limited to 1 bar. I tried calling Rogers support which resulted in three distinct AI chatbots speaking to me simultaneously, and then they hung up. Pure chaos. @RogersHelps

  Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps I've sent you a DM and am still awaiting a response. I've wasted almost 2 hours trying to solve a billing issue. I've dealt with 4 agents today already, being passed from one to another. What gives ? #customerservice is terrible.

  @Rogers if you lazy *****, can't hire actual human beings to work customer service on Sundays, how ******** do you have the gall to charge to so much @fordnation @crtc? I call and all I get is A, and an announcement the customer service is closed. What am I ******* paying for?

  @Rogers hey why can't I ever reach an agent in Canada who speaks English, instead of Morocco, Bangladesh etc. where they don't have a clue what they're doing? We pay far too much for mobility plans for this garbage customer service.

  They have cemented my decision all weekend and all day today issues. Rogers @Rogers have disrespected this totally disabled MS patient for the last time. They expect me to be available to go to the gateway once every hour to read the MAC address when I can’t walk and they know it

  @RogersHelps I called in. Waited for 2 hrs, they told me they were going to transfer me to technical support. Then message came that said we have higher call volumes and hung up. No reason or timeliness given. Why is there no service update showing this is being affected

  @Rogers @RogersHelps My father passed away and I am trying to cancel his services. It can't be done with chat function and every time I call it tells me its too busy and to call back later. I cannot continue to keep trying to call multiple times a day. How else can this be done?
