@samanthadjb @RogersHelps We’re having this issue in Kitchener as well. Multiple times a day. Incredibly frustrating for Jen, like you guys, working from home.

@RogersHelps Anyone there to help at this time..?

  • van3sss Vanessa💋 (@van3sss) reported

I would like to personally thank @rogers for billing me 1160$ (on dec 18th a week before Christmas). @Rogers has insisted that since I did a “transfer of responsibility” (as a result of my moms death) *who was a 20 year customer* ..... that I owe the balance.

  • HaoQuan Hao (@HaoQuan) reported

@RogersHelps Hi there! Our Ignite internet just stopped working this morning. Wondering if there’s a outage in the waterfront area of Toronto?

  • EnochKaira Mean Canadian (@EnochKaira) reported

@Rogers We paid for fast wifi data speeds of 50mbps but ever since we paid for y’all services its like we on a 56k dial up modem kinda speed. Its really annoying and when we reach out to talk to you guys to fix it we get put on hold for hours just to talk to a representative.

  • doubledouble416 Nunya Dambiz (@doubledouble416) reported

@RogersHelps Due to services being down; I'm being forced to use my data; and 75% has already been used!!!

  • samanthadjb Samantha B (@samanthadjb) reported

@RogersHelps My internet has been going down every day, multiple times a day, for weeks now. Your "service crews" have been out there doing nothing as far as I can tell. There are two of us working from home and my bill just went up and this is ******* infuriating.

  • EnochKaira Mean Canadian (@EnochKaira) reported

@Rogers y’all are really horrible at customer service satisfaction. Y’all so quick to throw people into credit collection agencies for unpaid fees but then when it come to you guys administering great services such as internet then y’all really low bar. Its so annoying.

So, @RogersHelps, how you can help - and help everyone, not just me - is try to fix your system. The whole system. Not one department. Not just the phone system. Not just the data entry. Your whole system. Set up. Leave. Come back. Call for help. Use your system fully and fix it.
