A public notice for all frustrated @Rogers customers - the Anyplace app is down for everyone and engineers are working on it. @RogersHelps et al don’t seem to want to tell anyone on social media. Just cost me over two hours and an entire #Leafs @TLNdc game. Urgh

@Rogers switched from Rogers digital to Ignite. Nothing but problems since. Had technician in and several “lengthy” phone calls. TV constantly freezing and it’s only about 10 feet from the box! I mean CONSTANTLY! Not happy with Ignite at all.

@Rogers internet is down again at home. 4th time down since I got their service. Now I have to wait over 24 hrs for them to send someone out. Remind me why I’m loyal to this company? @Bell is looking better everyday.

@Rogers because you did not effectively close my file. My file has now been sold to a collection agency for a debt to Rogers that doesn’t exist. You guys have a horrible business model. Shame on you.

@RogersHelps I'm trying to access my Rogers Anyplace TV but am receiving the error "30111 : To use Rogers Anyplace TV, your MyRogers profile must be linked to an active Cable TV subscription." I checked MyRogers and my TV subscription is there. It's not working for browser or app
