    @RogersHelps It makes for an absolutely HORRIBLE experience, and I know for a fact that ya'll script heavily with your software, almost excessively where your agents have no agency or power to actually do anything that take the brunt of customers frustrated by your hostile practices.

    @RogersHelps can you do something about improving the cell phone service in Long Point Ontario? For 6 months a year, the service is overloaded with traffic. There are dead spots along the beach where I got charged roaming when I’m at least 50 km from the US.

    @RogersHelps I've been working with one of your agents for the last hour and a half - so far we've accomplished nothing. A little feedback for corporate - scripting the **** out of your employees to the point where they ignore information you give them unless it's that time in the script
