@RogersHelps My service issues are regarding the @sportsnet premium app/sub. Can you help with this, because the 4 people I spoke to last week couldn't help. Apparently there is no department for customer service, for snnow premium.

@rogers @Sportsnet I've tried to get a response from anyone regarding your snnow premium sub. I paid for this service Sept 28, and I still can't access. Spent 90 min on calls with 4 different people, sent emails and finally received a number that only takes msg's. Help me.

@anunsafespace @RogersHelps I would've had the guy do the complete account set up, and just about when you're ready to give the voice ack, just tell them to first cancel your existing account. I expect you'll get the reduced rate offered for 6 Mo but don't settle for anything less than a hr.
