    @RogersHelps "Just send us a DM so we can waste your time and do absolutely nothing" I think is what you meant to reply. I tried myrogers app and support through "Anna" and it told me there was no outage in my area. And to reboot my modem, which I can't do.

    @AMGraphix @Rogers Best way to get a deal is to put in a cancel order and then they call you back with an offer. Otherwise you need to repeatedly contact them until they give you a deal. Best way for that is through live chat in the app or Facebook messenger.

    "It has been almost 2 days since your last Rogers service outage". Do they ever get out of single digits? @rogershelps #rogerssucks Time for them to waste 2 hours of my time, have no ETA, and maybe after some number of hours I can get internet &tv - for a while at least
