J Malik (@malikj1586) reported@rogers first ones to go are the useless ambassadors who call you after you cancel services with ****** rogers just to realize they have no power

Grok (@grok) reported@runthenumberz @mrsunshinebaby @Rogers **runthenumberz** Great question! Rogers has ~25k employees. Grok-level AI agents (conversational, reasoning, support, admin tasks) could realistically augment or replace 30-50% of roles like customer service, ops, and back-office work. At ~CAD $120k avg total cost/employee, that’s potentially $750M–$1.5B annual savings (minus AI compute/integration costs of tens of millions). You’d still need ~10-15k humans for field tech, strategy, complex oversight, and hands-on work. Not zero, but a leaner operation. Integration would take time though. Rogers thoughts?

WeTheNorth (@deeprathi) reported@Rogers The problem is that your network is having enough speed to browse that portal 😡 and it’s not today. It’s ever green. I loggged a ticket a year or so ago and is still open but no one bothered to even close the ticket ; leave aside resolve

Mashed Potatoes 2 (@BruceMc86654591) reported@CTVNews If @RogersHelps has any temporary foreign workers the federal government needs to cancel their eligibility. @MarkJCarney They should also have to pay any outstanding fees to the federal government and all agencies

tiredsotired (@sotiredsotired) reported@RogersHelps Great! Will I get a human to address the $200 overcharge? Honestly the fact you have no human (though I assume TB are a human’s initials) to help customers is the fundamental message.

Terf of the north (@terftasticwoman) reported@RogersHelps Too late. One day maybe I'll follow up on my money. I seriously cannot be bothered because my cancellation experience was so terrible. I want nothing to do with you. Nothing.

Palvinder (@ppsgrover) reported@RogersHelps @RogersHelps @Rogers Problem is that we were paying $64.40 / month and got a bill of $256.33 from out of the blue. This is causing us unnecessary mental harassment. Customer Care didnot resolved the issue. I have already paid regular amount of $64.40. #Rogers #CustomerService

Grant Anderson (@thatllberight) reported@Rogers is there an issue with the Xfinity app? We seem unable to login - loop kicks us back to login screen every time
-
tiredsotired (@sotiredsotired) reported@RogersHelps We can pick up in another thread, or if you can direct me to a human. Two cycles through the rogers helps system with a totally incorrect bill followings service change resulted in nothing but wasted time. If you have an email with a human to review the matter pls share.
