Today my internet stopped working. Calling @RogersHelps tech, they closed my fully paid account. No one knows why. No one is available to do anything about it. Their no-service rebate? It was applied to a 10 yr old account closed in another city that now shows -$73.33. #DoBetter

@RogersHelps I’ve turned parental controls off in the ignite wifi app, as well as advanced security. Rebooted the router, and that doesn’t help. What is going on?

@RogersHelps Forced off perfectly working "legacy" internet that barely had any issues over the last ten years to Ignite. Outages every other day. Tonight my internet dropped at 6pm, went back up just before 10pm for an hour and *poof*, it's down again. I'm switching to Bell.
