SAMIR PANDYA (@ss_pandya) reported@RogersHelps I experienced such issue for the first time where obly one mobile phone doesn't have network (with no phone related problem) and Service providers can't explain the issue adequately nor an assurance on if it will happen again.

Rick Blaine (@JayJjtml555) reported@RogersHelps ..so after 3 months calling and sending emails, ad messaging on here Rogers actually got someone to get it straightened out....So I get my phone today...go to their welcome email and hit the link provided to set up phone...One wd think Rogers would have a link that doesn't go to a webpage of theirs that say 'OOPS..wrong page]..this is a continuation of a very dark insane comedy of errors from these people..How many others got phones and hit the same link and Rogers doesn't fix it???

At worst we just need a way to immediately reach a human (even the chatbot refuses to provide a way), but we really just ask to have all the false charges cancelled without wastihng our time

First yo I send me a faulty phone, then you lose it while being repaired. This has been going on since October. Absolutely ridiculous
