@RogersHelps that seems like an ironic name for a company that uses 2 hours of a customers time in order to Chat with a “customer service rep” who accomplishes nothing. Horrible, horrible service.

@WidowHouse @Rogers I sympathise 😞 I’ve had a four month battle to get good internet service again after the provider had a major area wide failure which was not properly fixed. Finally (touch wood) it is working!!!

@RogersHelps Thanks! I've spoken to them several times and the issues are not getting better. I'm sort of done with them.
