    @rogers ignite is horrible. Unreliable and overpriced. On day 2 of random internet interruptions, some lasting multiple hours.

    Hi @RogersHelps you need to give your chat specialist "Joel" from St. Johns a raise. He actually investigated my internet problem instead of just telling me there's an outage in my area.

    @RogersHelps It's incredible that this issue persists, after one week and a state of emergency. @RogersHelps needs to do better. From coast-to-coast-to-coast, we are not immune to extreme weather events. For a week, these Southern Ontario towers have been down, and not even a temporary fix???

    Trying to cancel my @Rogers internet: -2 HOURS on hold with sales "sorry, that's cancellations, let me transfer you" -1 more hour on hold "sorry they transferred you to wrong department, I'll have to transfer you, it'll be 30+ more minutes" And they said 0 way to cancel online
