@Rogers How can I urgently report a fraud on my account? Someone took a new phone on my number, updated postal code, changed billing info and email address on file. How do I report this easily? On hold with customer support for more than 2 hours now! There has to be a faster way!

Hey @RogersHelps, I was set up on a win back plan almost 3 weeks ago now, and they set up my financing wrong on my device. I’ve been trying unsuccessfully to get it changed ever since. Doesn’t seem like the best way to ‘win back’ a customer?
