Anybody experiencing problems with #visualvoicemail for iPhone with @Rogers ? I have an open ticket I have been told that #Rogers is aware of the situation and that I am not the only one. It has been a while and NO solution. How good is #voicemail when the message doesn’t show?

@RogersHelps Adding to the pile, live chat says, "still in process" and there is nothing they can do without me calling in to a DIFFERENT number. I already have spoken with support staff for at least 30 hours; a dozen phone calls and several chat conversations, yet no one can help us?
