    @Rogers I spent over 1.5 hour on the phone only to be transferred four time, and all I wanted to is get a wifi booster! Not one agent can resolve a problem in one phone call. Time to cancel.

    Hey @RogersHelps why the text reminder that my bill is due in 5 days. No need for a reminder. I've never missed a payment, thanks. If you want to set reminders, how about reminding 1 of your retention managers that they were supposed to call me going all the way back to Dec 23?!

    Of course, to ensure that we can’t buy $GME on any other platform, including @RobinhoodApp, @RogersBiz has taken its retail home service offline in Toronto.

    @RogersHelps Yea that was fine when they played each other twice a year now it’s 20 games. Like I said I will never pay for a Rogers service again it’s a joke to suck every dollar out of the fans ***.

    @RogersHelps Having a really hard time with service today. I have 3 kids at home doing online virtual learning during this shutdown while attempting to work full time from home. There was service disruption in our area today. Now our street is fixed except us.

    @RogersHelps We’ve been on Rogers nearly 2 months. Issue 1/3 - We left a $65+ HST Fido plan for a ‘cheaper’ Rogers plan; we are paying the exact same and paid $33 to frigging change.
