On hold with @Rogers trying to figure out how to get IPv6 enabled on my business internet connection. I figured this would be a solved problem in 2021.

And….once again @RogersHelps your Rogers Ignite service is not living up to expectations. Reboot, reboot. Service is not worth the fees. #rogers #fail

@Rogers @RogersHelps Spoke to a Rogers rep. today to complain how my attempts to call 911 while in Los Angeles was not put through. Second try was shown how much roaming fees were. A huge fail by Rogers. It's being investigated now. Any response about this on Twitter? #911

@ghostinthenet @Rogers I always laugh when I read a tweet about Rogers… company I work for has them as an ISP and the sales rep was also Roger. Never failed to make me giggle. And yeah… that’s absolute crap to make that change to resolve an outage

  • joekool59 Break80 (@joekool59) reported

@RogersHelps having issues with my set too box using Ignite TV. I have two TVs. One tends to experience intermittent issues with Netflix only. I get “ you are entering a third party app” then it reverts back to cable tv. It isn’t a Netflix issue because on TV works. Can you help

  • cagg123 Susannecaggianello (@cagg123) reported

@RogersHelps I disabled the option as soon as I left Canada . When I arrived in Copenhagen I was offered to use roaming and the cellphone option for $14+ a day . If I had felt the need to use us I would have activated my phone , which I never did for 14 days .

  • cagg123 Susannecaggianello (@cagg123) reported

@RogersHelps Like I said ! I never made a call as my cell phone data was off

  • AmandaRisser1 Amanda Mae Risser (@AmandaRisser1) reported

@AppleSupport requires a receipt to verify purchase of a phone when it is locked. @RogersHelps won't give me receipts for my phones. Bit of a problem.

Though I haven't used @TELUS since the early ClearNET days, as a @Rogers customer, I feel your pain, folks. Don't forget to call in tomorrow to haggle for a retention reward (don't take their unsolicited offer).
