@Rogers also I’ve had a phone canceled and shut off one time and they never billed me for 2 years to get a huge amount of money it’s disgusting that you have done this I will fight it. I will and would pay the first few months that are owed but I refuse to be robbed. #rogers

@MarcelG84 @Rogers @WWENetwork Exactly. And Rogers has the rights I think until 2024. What a damn joke.

@RogersHelps @Rogers wondering when to expect S21 Ultra to be shipped-ordered 5 days ago. Have opportunity to sell my current phone but I can’t until I have some sort of idea when I may receive the new one. Really hoping you can help and shed some light in this. #pleasehelp

  • DUDE439 James (@DUDE439) reported

@RogersHelps Always sorry for but still always happy to take full payment with no care about customers quality of service.

  • SamanthaSudds Samantha Sudds (@SamanthaSudds) reported

@Rogers it seems that local businesses were warned of the service interruption around Queen East in Toronto a couple days ahead. Why weren’t residential customers warned? Many of us are wfh and would have appreciated being able to plan ahead/tell our managers.

  • CreativeBlueON CreativeBlueON (@CreativeBlueON) reported

@RogersHelps Please offer the automatic Call back service. (It's not always available when we call). Instead of waiting for 30min/1hour and listen to the same music, it's so much better to have the #phone system call us and say ''we are next in line''. Thank you #ivr #rogers

  • FQureshi89 Farhan فرحان (@FQureshi89) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps worst of the worst telecom companies to deal with. They simply won’t give another plan that offers same talk and text allowance but allows wifi calling and voice over LTE. Whereas anyone who is a new customer, depending on d sales rep can get that plan! #scam

  • BrandonCrowe97 Brandon Crowe *Burner (@BrandonCrowe97) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

@SamsungMobileCA @RogersHelps are the two of you ever going to show that you give a **** and finally update the S20FE to Android 11 like the rest of the world? Can you provide even one valid reason why you'd leave only Canada out of the update?
