    WOW Lost a day of work on Friday because of Rogers outage $ @RogersHelps will compensate me about $4.00. Really? Also unable to buy or sell stocks b/c of outage. Today as I attempt to watch the news only every second sentence can be heard. That might be good news @MarthaLRogers

  • justcallmed Darryn (@justcallmed) reported

    @RogersHelps Internet and ignite TV still not working properly. Having the the freeze and stutter is almost worse than having no TV at all.

    @RogersHelps I take it there are still some issues with ignite tv?

  • TravisCUxOn T C (@TravisCUxOn) reported

    @johnshewchuk @ColinDMello @RogersHelps This sounds silly, but I was also continuing to be out all day and I could see the modem was connecting to the network and then disconnecting, lather rinse repeat. I power cycled it and it came back up and stayed up.

    @Rogers @bnrealwithu This is a flat out lie. Put up a map with where you’ve done real world testing of mobile working CONNECTIONS. Not a signal. Connections. Data has been broken for over 36 hours.

  • Firehorseday Christine Day (@Firehorseday) reported

    @TheChrisCoburn @Rogers $80/month for service divided by 31 days = $2.58/day so… $2.58? That’s my guess.

    @vote4robgill @Rogers How are they compensating non Rogers customers who were unable to access their personal funds through debit and atm, or those whose medical procedures were delayed? This outage affected far more than just Rogers customers and they should be held accountable!
