Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reported@TFCin110 @Rogers @RogersHelps Not necessarily by phone. Rogers has to work with you and respond to CCTS within 20 days. Document every failed attempt to get help—it’s evidence. In short: CCTS is free for you, but Rogers pays $ for each accepted complaint. So there’s definitely an incentive to resolve it ASAP

Puck Scholar (@PuckScholar) reported@BenLypka @h_n_z @Rogers Why do you need a podcast approved by rogers? There are plenty of independent creators you could choose to support

Gordon Flett (@FlettGordon) reported@lynnmercereau Rogers tried to charge us $15 for roaming charges and we never left Canada on our way to PEI. When we called them on it, the charge was reversed with no apology and the automated message made it sound like they were doing us a favour. Time to jump ship @Rogers @RogersMediaPR
-
GetYourBigIdeaFunded (@FundYourBigIdea) reported@NubiaAndYou @Rogers @Rogers used to have the best customer service. Now, all they do is hang up.

SpamAuditor (@SpamAuditor) reportedWhile most of our work is in network related threats, a reminder.. phone scams keep rising.. and unfortunately, lots of them are south asian based.. if you get a call from say @rogers or @Fidomobile with a heavy accent.. it's now probably a scam. Call them out.. 'Oh, hey a call from one of those India based scam outfits..' then hang up, and block the number.. (They like swearing)

barrieguynow (@barrieguynow) reportedWonder if @rogers will ever have a customer service department? Anyone know? Might help their business if they actually hired some customer service reps.
-
E. S. (@gewked) reported@CanadianNunya @RogersHelps @Rogers One of the reasons why I left Rogers 7 years ago. Was a customer for 19 years at the time.
-
Kenneth Cheung (@kennethdavid) reported@UberJumper @Rogers Might be faster to open a new line and then cancel the old one. This is one area they really need to improve.

PattyD_fore (@bigweeels) reported@RogersHelps Your new AI virtual assistant is absolutely terrible. It took me three phone calls and at least four if not, five times as long to simply pay a bill today than it used to take me when I used to just go through the phone prompts using my keypad. What are we doing here
