@PhilBaileyRLP @Rogers And the problems seem inconsistent. For example: I can send a text to my husband, but noone else. My phone seems to be working again, and my internet/data has been fine. But no text messages. They need to get their **** together right now.

@AboutRogers @Rogers What is the root cause? When will this continuous, as opposed to intermittent, issue be resolved? Will you credit our monthly bills for this compete service disruption or will you only do so if the customers phone in to complain? Show some initiative and get ahead of this
