@CRTCeng Canada deserves to hear the real story about the @Rogers outage. We are not buying the “upgrade gone wrong” BS.

  • a2d2xxx Steven Lee (@a2d2xxx) reported

@RogersHelps Internet speed is still very slow. My download speed is supposed to be 500mb, but I got only 2mb to 4mb speed. Video streaming is almost impossible. When are you going to really fix it?

  • tammyjoma Tammy Johnson Mayer (@tammyjoma) reported

@RogersHelps Glad to say I was helped at midnight by a guy at the Broadband #. How to reset the router without a signal sent, if possible: 1) Unplug cable in Port 4, 2) Unplug power cord from router & outlet, 3) Plug in after a minute, 4) Plug in Port 4 & other ethernet. Reset on computer.

  • Tonena Tooon (@Tonena) reported

@pzandona04 @AboutRogers @Rogers I was having the same problem. Spotty internet. I used a VPN and things are working properly.

  • dgorman66 Derek Gorman 🇨🇦 🇺🇦 (@dgorman66) reported

@RogersHelps @john_bryja Rogers Ignite is still unwatchable here in Markham. Can’t watch the Jays game and assume the F1 race will be unwatchable tomorrow too. Picture and audio stutter, screen blacking out. I can stream on my AppleTV perfectly now. Just the Rogers Ignite product that sucks now.

  • crashley4324 christopher ashley (@crashley4324) reported

@RogersHelps @Debba1c Can't get a hold of any kind of tech support via website or phone. Been hotspotting since my cell service came back sometime last night. The twitter guy's gonna fix it?

  • anotheran anotheran (@anotheran) reported

@SamHersh01 @RogersHelps @VassyKapelos Considering Rogers suffered another network wide outage just April of 2021, heads need to roll on this one. #BCP is horrible here.

  • dgorman66 Derek Gorman 🇨🇦 🇺🇦 (@dgorman66) reported

@RogersHelps @cestlavee_tv This is their way of getting off the hook kegally. Repeat the message often enough and people will start to believe it. All their customers should be getting AT LEAST a $50 rebate on their service next bill for their incompetence.

  • EvaHavoc Sawyer Lundle (@EvaHavoc) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers I still can't text anyone or call anyone. Im really pissed off with Roger's and their service. I cannot stand incompetent IT's and a lazy work ethic. You guys are truly pathetic.

  • Shubh_Chaudhary Shobhit Chaudhary 🇨🇦 (@Shubh_Chaudhary) reported

@roggers @RogersHelps, even after 36 hrs it is still not working properly. Extremely poor service.
