Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reported@RogersHelps It's now an hour that I have been on music hold. I am calling billing for two reasons. One, I switched to Xfinity last week and I was told when it was set up I have to call to cancel my old Nextbox account as they are set up separately and getting Xfinity doesn't cancel the old one. Second, my Nextbox account had Crave and it's not on my new Xfinity account and I want to get it added. Both are simple but being on hold for over an hour with no end in sight is beyond ridiculous. No wonder people cut the cord.

Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reportedUpdate. I gave up yesterday after being on hold for 2 hours! with Rogers and now I am coming up to an hour for today. My problem, @RogersHelps, is I was told by the service rep who came to my home that I actually need to speak with an actual human being about my two issues but it seems impossible. Can you please DM me a number I can call that I can use to actually get through to someone? Thank you.

FancyOldLady (@FancyOldGal) reported@SmokingDandy @Rogers Where did you go? I only see 2 demons. Rogers & Telus. The other of the 2 duopolies. Rogers took over my acct from Shaw and said they don't support email and email vanished. No warning. Gone!

🇨🇦 UTDManish (@UTDManish007) reported@RogersHelps It's not yet setup. I received the email to setup the account, but while setting up it is asking for account number, which I don't have . I called customer care and still no-one shared. So I am frustrated.

Jennifer Leigh (@WriteLinesInk) reported@RogersHelps At this program and literally do what you've done well please all the while making your customers think but what they're getting is backed by the government. When what you have proposed is so far outside of the program as to be not part of the program. Just another lay down scam

🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@RogersHelps does anyone answer DMs anymore? Horrible customer service ever since the major cuts last year
-
Baking_Biscuits (@Baking_Biscuits) reported@JamesonCanada @Berniceness @Rogers I know lots of companies who do it. I did IT Tech with one company who decided to outsource to Manila. They had record profits while it caused significant customer friction and cultural shifts within the firm.

Jerry Ing (@Jinks888) reported@Rogers should be nowhere near this #UFC250 bullshit from the White House. Poor look on @Sportsnet

Mat 🇨🇦 (@DakRookie) reported@Berniceness @Rogers I agree, but for context, when Americans called Sprint/Nextel help line years ago they were actually calling me in Ontario Canada. These giant corporations just outsource everything to lowest bidder. Been going on for years.
