@RogersHelps @AboutRogers Mine returned and now went down again! What u kidding? 🤬

  • b31155640 Dr. Barry J. Cooke (@b31155640) reported

@ColinDMello What a coinkydink. I was about to upgrade my own system. After @Rogers *degraded* northern services 6 months ago, it's been crap. Want to bet this "upgrade" doesn't change a thing for us?

  • BarrieCarrie4 Barrie Carrie (@BarrieCarrie4) reported

@RogersHelps Flaw was caused by POOR testing. I have worked in IT for 35 years. Rogers probably applied a Microsoft "patch" which wasn't compatible with another vendor's software. Rogers is totally culpable, as it should have been tested first.

  • ayym Anne Proctor-Counter🇨🇦 (@ayym) reported

@JocylovesNico @RogersHelps And @RogersHelps , I called in this afternoon, waited two hours on hold, fellow was helpful, but it boiled down to "we are aware of the issue and are working on it". That's fine but an estimated time of fix would be nice. He also said I would get a text, no text received

  • Korry Korry 🇨🇦🇫🇮 (@Korry) reported

@MichaelRenePics @Rogers @lil_paradise1 Only sites that support IPv6 will work like google and YouTube. Like me your modem is probably not getting a IPv4 WAN Ip assigned, only an IPv6 WAN address. Until then, limited sites will be available.

  • infrafan bo chappell (@infrafan) reported

@ChaucerBabe @RogersHelps Are we twinsies right now? I'm going to be without home internet till Thursday because @VyveBroadband wouldn't take into consideration over the course of three days that perhaps I wasn't part of an outage.

  • BorntoShineee Mr. Singh Deol #JusticeForSidhuMooseWala (@BorntoShineee) reported

@2onnniaa @Rogers @Fidomobile It went down again this morning and now it’s working

  • LurphyOG Lurphy Lorrigan (@LurphyOG) reported

@WCoaster77 @thevivafrei @Rogers I said interac had **** risk management. Not Rogers. Rogers goes huge swathes of time without service disruption. They definitely have solid risk management. Interac directly competes with CCs for business.

  • HerbJanz Frank Farts (@HerbJanz) reported

@Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers So you’re going to yell at the poor customer service rep who is at no fault for the outage?

  • kevin_louder kevin louder (@kevin_louder) reported

@imgrund @RogersHelps Rogers is going to say maintenance issues but don’t buy it.
