    @RogersHelps well I called support and waited for an hour and ten minutes, estimates were 45-65 minutes. Then my call disconnected. When I called back it’s now closer to a 2 hour hold time. My service has not been working at all for almost 44 hours straight now. Help. Please.

    @RogersHelps Internet speed is still very slow. My download speed is supposed to be 500mb, but I got only 2mb to 4mb speed. Video streaming is almost impossible. When are you going to really fix it?

    @RogersHelps @HoserMess Rogers Ignite is still unwatchable here in Markham. Can’t watch the Jays game and assume the F1 race will be unwatchable tomorrow too. Picture and audio stutter, I will be fighting for a proper refund for my loss of time or you lose me as a customer.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers I am still facing issue with internet which is keep on disconnecting after certain period. When this will be resolved when you are making statement that everything is up and running. Please check the reality first

    @RogersHelps @cestlavee_tv This is their way of getting off the hook kegally. Repeat the message often enough and people will start to believe it. All their customers should be getting AT LEAST a $50 rebate on their service next bill for their incompetence.
