@JonFraserTF Will the young people at the @BlueJays game tonight be able to afford tickets in a few years? Stupid TAKE from @Rogers as per usual.

Het @Rogers your telephone AI is garbage, completely useless. Put real people back on the other end so actual help can be given! AI is not the way!

@RogersHelps Thanks. If I could solve the problem through the AI agent, I would have already done that through the Rogers app or online. When I pick up the phone to dial Rogers, at that point it should be a human ready to help for issues that can’t be solved through the app or online.

Hey… @Rogers… Remember when the @BlueJays were that close to winning the World Series five times last fall and failed every time? Yeah… let’s rewatch all of that **** again so you can sell more phones and Internet contracts! ******* idiots! #TheBlueJaysWay

@Rogers Holy Hannah! What kind of pathetic stupid AI crap did you install on the Rogers main tel. contact # for IVR. Keep telling customers you can't help them & give no other option, then count the seconds b4 I switch ISP's & mobile providers. Screw this CRAP!

I see why I left @Rogers years ago. They bait you with a $35 Can/US plan in January as an EPP, then literally 7 months later they raise the price $5 bucks a month. Couldn’t even give a customer the rate they advertised for one year….

@PabloEsHOEbar @RogersHelps @Rogers They came out about three years ago, climbed to pole, said, "yep, that needs to be replaced". of course, they never did. More than 20 drops a day and slower than dial-up at times. When I was finally able to cancel on August 3rd, the same day they sent me a Revenge Bill of $250

@Rogers @RogersHelps Tally of attempts to get this handled to date: 1) 8 calls to the customer service line, each with no help because you don’t get to talk to anyone. Rogers says there are too many calls and won’t let you hold, they kick you off. 1/x
