Never did, was 3mos ago. I have called support 7 more times, waited, call hangs up. Today cut my phone off. I can’t see bill. Not good

Kelly (@AlbertanKelly) reported@DivyDex @RogersHelps Still out. Apparently a cable was inadvertantly cut by a third party construction site. 24 hours w/o internet is terrible - never had this happen before. I hope we all get discounts on our monthly bill.

Now it just says they are experiencing higher calling volumes and it hangs up on me. Bell will have a new client I think.
