Vivere sine timore (Live Fearlessly) (@Joseph2653) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers Non responsive all day as I wait for a service technician who really isn’t coming… Perhaps I’m blocked due to the repeated requests for anyone to do anything to help resolve our service issues

Paulzki (@Paulzki) reported@RealDonBradshaw @BlueJays @Rogers What kind of unhinged post is this? You e never watched a sport in your life

Christopher Castle (@Scissorb0i) reported@RogersHelps Yes. It’s all recordings though it seems to have stopped lately. And for some reason the on demand, seaon 4 episode 1 issue of Strange New Worlds contains an episode of The Librarians and not Strange New Worlds at all. It’s a bit of a mess.

Alp Deniz (@alpdenizdeveci) reported@Rogers I am keep getting charged fees even after I left Canada and closed my bank account. I don’t live in Canada but I still get charged $75 for returned fee on my supposedly automatic payment. I can’t even contact customer service! I just waited 2 hours in line! International!
-
EG (@Evan_Gray) reported@RogersHelps I am moving and need to set up a service transfer. I was on hold twice this week for over 2 hours before a forced disconnection. Today, not even allowed to enter the queue. Live agents can't help me, your local stores can't help me. What am I supposed to do?

Michael (@michaelpagano71) reported@CanadasLeafs @Rogers Switched over to Bell several years ago & have never looked back. Rogers comes by a couple times a year with their latest offers for me to switch back. I wouldn’t go back to them if they offered me their services for free As the saying goes…”the best ability is availability.”

Vic Basmadjian,MHP (@LowCarbBeast) reported@Rogers Instead of hitting us with increases maybe you should up your customer service! Forcing people to use AI is unacceptable!
