    @AboutRogers @Rogers No doubt the outage had a huge impact on everyone, however we were told we would get credit for the impact we had. I’m yet to see any kind of credit. What is the expectation and timeline on this @Rogers

    @Bhuvan1502 @Rogers I'm looking around for others having brief internet drops without outward signs, modem on-line, comes back without a reboot. Rogers Ignite help said some are having issues need to roll a truck to the house. Only since the massive outage, happens daily.

    @RogersHelps @RogersBiz someone booked a new iphone from my rogers account on 30 July and it wasn't me. I reported it same to customer support on 30 July about this fraud and have contacted them everyday since then & haven't got a resolution till now - part 1

    @RogersHelps my internet service has been down since yesterday. I need to do work. This is the 2nd time in a month your internet has been down for an extended period of time.

    @AboutRogers @Rogers too bad the "service" isn't the so called "most reliable" in Canada, ever since I've had Rogers, I always get "not connected to the internet" even tho I have 2-3 bars on the phone - so this lackluster service gives me the opportunity to look elsewhere for a RELIABLE SERVICE
