@JJMurphy24 @RogersHelps This is completely absurd like they know everything is remote due to covid whether school/work how are we paying for overpriced service for this to happen constantly???? the credit they gave out won’t fix this at ALL. I am losing my income by not working right now

@awilkinson I had to Two factor Authentication and it can still fail when @rogers and the phone companies let the scammers take your SIM card.

@RogersHelps $120 a month for internet. You would think for charging pricing like that plus all the government help you guys get you would manage to hire enough techs to service somewhere all the way out in the boonies(Mississauga)
