@DavidRentz @TorontoStar @Rogers You won't get ****. When I moved to Bell, I had to spend 3 hours at the Skydome location waiting to return my modem because Rogers phones were down. They now send me collection letters of $3,000+ for the equipment I returned. I would love to see them go bankrupt.

I have never been more annoyed at having to pay my $400 wireless bill, than I am today @Rogers. Cute that you think a $15 bill credit will make up for having no connection for 13 hrs. ON A MONDAY TO BOOT.

@Rogers @RogersHelps @tylerse79707296 One day credit?!?! Are you serious? It is the minimum since we actually received NO SERVICE on Monday. What about some consideration for the inconvenience that your customers experienced? How about backing up the words where Rogers is the "Big 3" yet not big on reliability

@Nav4040 That still depends on whether you are a @Rogers customer or not. I hear they are maxxing out at 0...

@MobileSyrup Of course they will, by crediting us $2.20 for the problem rather than valuing a credit based on what the lost day actually meant for Canadians. @Rogers @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Seems to be happening on all ignite remotes in the house. I hold the button down, it says listening and then either stops showing “listening” or says “I didn’t hear that” or opens Netflix.

@RogersHelps I manually unplugged it and two boxes. It did not fix.

@RogersHelps how to I find if there is an internet issue in my neighborhood? I've lost connection maybe 8 times today.

@Rogers @Fidomobile so if I’m late on a payment by 13 seconds you guys are on it but when you have issues for 18 hrs... not a word. I’ll be switching providers end of this month
