@redcok @Rogers @Fidomobile Why do you need a phone to cre for your dog. Take it to the vet. Don’t use the outage when ppl like me and frontline workers can’t call family members to say goodbye to their loved ones

@RogersHelps Now it is more than 6hrs into this outage with no mobile connection and also there is no timelin being provided. Does not feel rogers/fido is serious about their customers.

@bpryde @RogersHelps That's great to hear.... I on the other hand have lost count on how times I've been let down by rogers. The problem is they are just as bad as everyone else... but not informing your customers as to what's happening and how long it will be is very frustrating
