In 2023, I called a supposed Rogers number and reached a fraudster who either worked for Rogers or had hacked their system. @Rogers didn’t care. Said it wasn’t fraud.

Toddy (@kjackso3) reported@alancross @Rogers Rogers customer service used to be half decent. No idea what’s happened but you can never get through to anyone and when you do they have no idea how to fix the issue. I spent weeks trying to get in touch with someone. It’s pathetic.
