@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport It doesn’t unfortunately. I have 3 email accounts, 1 work. Even checked my old college and uni ones. The issue isn’t my password though. I know the password. It’s the Authenticator. I can’t disable it without having the code, which I don’t have as it’s on my previous phone

@JagexSupport I'm using a unique password and secure email afaik, but the problem is my registered email is being changed on me. As in seemingly someone else is submitting account recovery requests for my account and having it changed to their email. I reckon they're also asking for (1/2)

@JagexSupport are you able to help out with bans? I don't ever remember playing Runescape but when I login with my account it says I'm banned permanently from 2016 for something called Macroing? I submitted an appeal but it said it can take up to 14 days sadly and it was in 2016.

@King_Jim_Z @JagexSupport Either you hoppes too many worlds (yes there is still a cap) or your login information was leaked and you're getting bruteforced. The only way to bypass that is by using the steam login on the steam version of osrs.

@JagexSupport It’s been over a month now and I’m still having the same issue. Will I be refunded part of my membership since I can only play when this problem isn’t happening? Which is not often. Very frustrating. Filed several support requests via the website with no response.

@JagexSupport Great thank you :) hopefully email should arrive shortly. I've not been able to disable the authenticator any time I've tried, always just gives that error when clicking the link and keeps the authenticator for the phone I no longer have active.

@JagexSupport the authenticator to be reset so that would be why everytime my authenticator disable email, if it arrives to me and not their email, is an error invalid link. Anything that can be done to stop them? Afaik the email im trying to set it to was the first email used for purchases.
