@SaskTel But as I said, I spent most of yesterday on the phone with Sasktel support.  The service was bad!  No solutions, lost calls while on hold, no call backs as promised.  In 20 years of services with Sasktel, yesterday was the greatest disappointment to date.

  • clarenceneault Clarence Neault (@clarenceneault) reported

@SaskIPC I received notification to change password which I did not request. Please remove and resolve who is doing this. Possibly related to a recent email seemingly from SaskTel notifying a change to email service. Please reply. Clarence Neault

@kelcy_travis @SaskTel I phoned into them this morning at 7am and talked to a representative, they apparently are getting lots of people phoning with this same issue. They are working on resolving it.

@JeffWaltersSask I support the idea but we need unhindered internet access across the entire province at the same time/before we move on this. Like… affordable internet. Not that bullshit from sasktel.

  • LTIkris Landlord Training Institute (@LTIkris) reported

Never met staff less interested in being at their job than a genuine sasktel store. It’s like you’re asking them to volunteer at a beginners bagpipe class or something

  • kelcy_travis Kelcy Travis (@kelcy_travis) reported

@MattTheUke92 @SaskTel Makes me feel slightly better. But I still have a half broken heart...but that's another story. Thanks again.

  • UnfamousBrady Brady Smith (@UnfamousBrady) reported

Just off the phone with @SaskTelSupport trying to cancel my Fusion Internet account and was told I have to call back on my bill day as that’s the only day I can make changes. If I miss it I have to wait another month. That’s wildly anti-consumer @SaskTel. Very disappointed.

  • Chantara96 Chantara (@Chantara96) reported

@SaskTelSupport is there a Sasktel outage again? I’m not receiving SMS texts again..

  • WilhelmGere Wilhelm Gere (@WilhelmGere) reported

2/2 There was some changes made in Sasktel Systems. It triggered some unwanted SMS text, and emails sent out. We are still working to understand why, but rest assured that it is an issue on our end and not likely someone trying to access your account. SaskTel Customer Services
