@JujuGye @CTVNews I actually get my service plans in SK when I go visit my fam bc the same plan in BC will cost 30$ more just because Saskatchewan has Sasktel to bring down the costs of the other big 3.

  • RaiderPaul70 Mr Pauly Mac 🇨🇦 (@RaiderPaul70) reported

@ajesusjoseph @TorontoStar Rogers is the problem, right? Out here, SaskTel was fine. The point is "always available" because it's essentially a public utility

  • JamesCordon6 James Cordon (@JamesCordon6) reported

@don92568937 @JJ_McCullough How did Sasktel manage to keep providing all services during the Roger's blackout?

  • SaskatchewanTa3 Unacceptable Saskatchewan Taxpayer (@SaskatchewanTa3) reported

It's been super odd to watch lefties react to the Rogers outage by celebrating Sasktel Imagine what would happen in SK if Sasktel went down. Also, they want Sasktel to be a complete monopoly.

  • joshmacewen Josh MacEwen (@joshmacewen) reported

@JJ_McCullough Lmao, tell that to the former MTS (provincially owned) customers who are paying more ever since Bell took it over. Then talk to a SaskTel customer. Or just fail to explain your seemingly baseless opinion.

  • influenya Princess Enya (@influenya) reported

@suestroud @ProfSmithSask @SaskTel calling as we have such a diverse population and with the looming immigration boom due to unstable conditions/situations occurring around the globe, could make for more people switching to a service provider like this. Just an idea. Thoughts? 2/2

  • tschetter_terry Terry Tschetter (@tschetter_terry) reported

@Mullin_95 I’m not impressed with Sasktel either ,it’s just horrible lately

  • influenya Princess Enya (@influenya) reported

@suestroud @ProfSmithSask @SaskTel Yes, clearly not Rogers at least not solely but perhaps they use all three to maximize coverage? I think that the provinces should use their powers as leverage to create provincial service providers with great coverage & competitive prices. Perhaps even allowing for worldwide 1/2

  • biletubes Bill Tubbs (@biletubes) reported

@BakedGoodsYYC @MondoAlberta @PierrePoilievre I don’t doubt that a regulated utility can be an innovative industry leader (e.g. SaskTel). But I believe market competition ensures all others have to catch up to the leader. I don’t know why Telus/Rogers/Bell are consistently so bad but I think it could be lack of competition.

@ProfSmithSask @SaskTel So what your saying is that Alberta needs to bring back AGT? Great idea. Maybe we can get some new lines put in. Internet15 sucks.
