Just call me....Duff (@jim_duffus) reported@ExnerPirot I'll fill you on this Heather. I've been a Sasktel customer for my Home, Business, internet and cell phone FOREVER. I've never once tried to price out other companies WHY? My kids, and other close relatives constantly are jumping for one company to another and constantly complain about service prices etc etc when they leave. I've never had an issue with Sasktel that caused me reason to leave. Customer service still counts as first priority for many people.

Paplinski (@tpaplinski) reported@cselley There does exist in several iterations, what he describes. Co-op is an example, higher per item price with an equitable profit share There is Sasktel as a government owned service provider. Less customer service, higher prices, zero profit motivation.

Kevin in Canada (@kevin_incanada) reported@DemosKratosCA SaskTel outcompetes the big telcos, and pays the profits to the government. Though I'm Albertan. I spend a lot of time in Saskatchewan, people here seem pretty satisfied with SGI and SaskPower as well, even though they are monopolies, unlike SaskTel. Government run isn't always bad, just usually.

Tom Kieper (@TKeeps) reported@JBMcAdams @SaskTel @bellmts is no better on the Manitoba side of the border. Coverage is intermittent from Russell to Bunge and then basically nonexistent to the border. So if the reason is that the coverage canβt cross the border then why do we pay for service that does not exist

Matthew Szpakowski (@nskgrower) reported@VentureAgri @SaskTel Our service has been atrocious. Crackling calls and data always drops out
-
Billy (@BillyDaMarten) reported@kwawakari @MudFlappy Thoughts on Sasktel? I know youβve said you werenβt able to get it, but Iβve never had any other experience with other comms companies
-
Colin Stewart (@cstewartyqr) reported@tammyrobert Wait, what? SaskTel should be in SERIOUS trouble over this. I remember back in 2019 dealing with SaskTel because my sister was paying my cellphone bill. I wanted her to be able to have access to my account, so I asked SaskTel how to go about it. (1/2)

Tyler & Amanda & Shadow & Cas & Blu family (@Tylermcivor5) reported@SaskTel they want more money but when their product breaks or **** like that, or itβs not up to ***** and their Internet is crappy, they still want more money and they donβt do anything about it. I love, greedy companies, greedy, greedy companies.

SaskTel (@SaskTel) reported@TKeeps @JBMcAdams I am sorry to hear you're having trouble with the coverage. Borders are difficult to cover as SaskTel faces all towers inward and cannot have our cell footprint spill across the border which can cause fringe zones where boosters may be needed for less than ideal coverage
