Don't use @SaskTel EVER IN YOUR LIFE. They lie to sell contracts! My first bill it was more than what I had to pay. I talked to them and they changed my contract and LIED that the new one is cheaper. But it is more expensive. And now they say it is our fault but we can't fix it.

Astonishingly horrible service with @SaskTel today. I had disconnected my cable service in September, actively being charged for the cable until I noticed today. I did not use it or have access. Offered 1 month credit. Should be offered a full reimbursement. What an absolute joke

@SaskTelSupport @SaskTel 35 min on hold& counting🙄 Account doesn’t even show up online. No updates on website/social media. Great service🤨 Good thing outages & problems only occur when your updaters are @ work. For a communication company, I question the ability to communicate.

@SaskTel The infiNET 20 plan is going up $5/month but you can save $10/month by signing a 2 year contract? It’s crazy to think that a dedicated customer of almost 40 years needs to sign a 2 year contract to save a few dollars.

  • revealthebull Justine Justice (@revealthebull) reported

@SaskTel If I call for services I might be charged a $50 fee to discuss the issue as It is well known that Sasktel purchases the cheapest and lowest-end quality equipment you can purchase and then you try and upsell services that you cannot deliver in the first place.

@MackVargas94 @LiquidPaper14 @theJagmeetSingh Ask anyone behind the scenes in telecom, especially the ones that work in the core of the Network. Sasktel to this day is the most difficult, archaic, and expensive company to do business with.

  • revealthebull Justine Justice (@revealthebull) reported

Sasktel Max services are failing due to poor quality end-user equipment. To fix the problem they are hiring consultants to do the help desk troubleshooting and are considering charging $50 a service call. They feel this solution is better than just purchasing quality equipment

@bigmothufacking I’ve never paid more than $200 for a phone, sasktel upgrades ftw lol

  • revealthebull Justine Justice (@revealthebull) reported

Sasktel purchases the cheapest equipment possible to deliver their max streaming services. The support resources cannot keep up with fixing poor service connections so no they want to charge $50 a call to troubleshoot their bad equipment installs. They will also trash your yard
