@BigfryTV @SaskTel Do they offer a business package? Usually the SLAs on business lines has to guarantee you a resolution or update within 24 hours. I've have standard before and the response time is abysmal. I can't wait for Starlink to be a viable option one day...

  • bel89ca Brett LeBlond (@bel89ca) reported

@SaskTel my internet is down, I have two kids online learning and I work from home. And you can’t repair it until Sunday?!

  • Wilbarcattle Tracey Willms (@Wilbarcattle) reported

@adrienneivey @SaskTel We switched to Telus. Irritating that we had to but Sasktel showed zero interest in improving the service or lowering the cost.

  • JamesHT James Hastings-Trew (@JamesHT) reported

I really don’t want to be a Rogers customer. Guess I’ll be seeing what SaskTel can do for me.

@sasktel people are struggling financially and have fallen behind on bills yet still treat their customers like **** i will be done with you

  • BeautifulRed7 Beautiful Red 🇨🇦 (@BeautifulRed7) reported

@SaskTel Thanks. Doesn't really answer the concern about a technician working on an unencrypted home computer. I pay Sasktel for my service and expect it to be secure. I called back after 11 PM, got through quickly and he fixed the problem.

@Xplornet So, does that help me in Rosetown Sk area? This tweet is being powered by SaskTel....because your "service" has been down for over 24 hours. Again. 1-2 mbs on a 25 mbs plan? (when it works). Trash! Hello @starlink You've got a Shiny new Customer..waiting NOT to be lied to.

  • LynnLynnmercier Lynn (@LynnLynnmercier) reported

@SaskTelSupport Finally cancelled sasktel. After years of problems. Switching to Shaw as of Tuesday!

  • saskboy Saskboy from Saskatchewan (@saskboy) reported

@sacca There used to be free WiFi in #YQR, called #SaskConnected, but the government didn't maintain it, and abandoned it near the start of last decade to let the crown utility provide the service to customers only. It works well now, but only for SaskTel SIM holders. #skpoli

@TannerZipchen That's not bad, my fee from the Government of Saskatchewan goes from $0.94 to $2.09 and that's with SaskTel AND it starts April 8, 2021.
