  And all 3 also operate under their own names So you got a total of 9 different carriers, but in reality it's actually 3 Videotron, Freedom, and Sasktel are the only independent cell providers in Canada There was MTS (Manitoba Telecom Service) but Bell took them over in 2017

Effective April 1, 2026, the province’s crown corporation will manage installation, equipment purchases, and billing in-house for qualifying rural businesses holding a valid GST number.   @GordTulk @ExnerPirot @JeffCallaway Sasktel is the reason rates are lower for cell service from any provider in Sask. Big dummy. It's single handedly pulling down costs for consumers across the country.

  Hey @SaskTel I'm extremely fed up with all of the spam in my email, spouse is also fed up. Spam problem is getting worse instead of better. Prices for services rise and the product remains substandard.

  @DPWeatherald @LangbankPlayer 1. Ask yourself why the shape of the SaskTel cellular map hasn’t changed much in 10 years? They’ve built the network out to (more or less) where the people are. (Existing coverage has been densified to improve data. Eg 5G). /2
