  • CHallborg Curtis Hallborg (@CHallborg) reported

@SaskTel That MaxTV Stream is a terrible service. Maybe fix it first before you promote it and lure others in or replace the subpar hardware you sold to existing clients free of charge.

  • abw365 Aaron B Webster (@abw365) reported

@SaskTel Thanks I sent an email off website to tech support

  • clarenceneault Clarence Neault (@clarenceneault) reported

@SaskIPC I received notification to change password which I did not request. Please remove and resolve who is doing this. Possibly related to a recent email seemingly from SaskTel notifying a change to email service. Please reply. Clarence Neault

@SaskTelSupport Never did hear back from your DM monitor. I've been with SaskTel my entire life, but this is why people change providers. I finally got through to the call center. They were lovely and responsive.

When my data is apparently “reduced” it’s actually still really fast, but as soon as my bill gets paid it gets sooo slow, make it make sense @SaskTel

  • mcbravetony Anthony Lau (@mcbravetony) reported

@SaskTel Please develop an App in Apple TV. The android box never last long. It becomes slow and bugs very quick.

  • Chantara96 Chantara (@Chantara96) reported

@SaskTelSupport is there a Sasktel outage again? I’m not receiving SMS texts again..

  • Wepplertom Tom Weppler (@Wepplertom) reported

@SaskTel But as I said, I spent most of yesterday on the phone with Sasktel support.  The service was bad!  No solutions, lost calls while on hold, no call backs as promised.  In 20 years of services with Sasktel, yesterday was the greatest disappointment to date.

  • jasonwong_21 Jason Wong (@jasonwong_21) reported

@TELUSsupport Didn’t help! I’m assuming it has to do with the Sasktel network being down, as I believe Telus uses Sasktel towers in the province.

Dear SaskTel, with all due respect to your finance department, who clearly make the engineering decisions at your outfit, you couldn't network yourself out of a paper bag. @SaskTelSupport @SaskTel
