SaskTel is aware of the issue and are working on a solution. Once service has been restored, we can provide an update. We do not have an estimated time for restoration of full phone service. 2/2

Did they sell the Sasktel phone lists to con artists to pay down some of the debt?

Just thinking out loudโ€ฆhow nice would it be to head down for supper before walking to an arena for a playoff hockey game. Wouldnโ€™t work cause not enough parking for 4 vehicles at the restaurant. Oh well. Now time to join everyone on a bus to Sasktel center. @cityofsaskatoon

@SaskTelSupport You ought to be f&$kin embarrassed. No service for 22 hrs now?! This is not some cut line bs, this is a software issue! Think about it. YouTube still works but nothing else?!? They crashed all DNS data. Sasktel caused this, not something outside.

๐Ÿšจ SaskTel partners with Starlink to boost connectivity for rural businesses SaskTel has formed a strategic partnership with Starlink to deliver high-speed business internet services across Saskatchewan. Effective April 1, 2026, the provinceโ€™s crown corporation will manage installation, equipment purchases, and billing in-house for qualifying rural businesses holding a valid GST number. This initiative directly supports small farms, mines, and forestry operations in areas where traditional fibre or broadband infrastructure remains costly and slow to deploy. Existing Starlink Business customers can switch to SaskTel billing at no charge, allowing them to consolidate services seamlessly. The move represents a meaningful advancement in closing the connectivity gap for rural Saskatchewan enterprises.

@SaskTelSupport I sent you a DM right after you responded to my tweet but the message was never read and I eventually got an automated message to just go to sasktel's website about 45 mins ago. ๐Ÿ™

@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport Iโ€™m on Sasktel I pay $30 a month. Unlimited everything, Unlimited data but they slow u down after 50 gigs

@TKeeps @JBMcAdams I am sorry to hear you're having trouble with the coverage. Borders are difficult to cover as SaskTel faces all towers inward and cannot have our cell footprint spill across the border which can cause fringe zones where boosters may be needed for less than ideal coverage

@SaskTelSupport Sasktel announced this morning broadband to 48 more communities soon. Kind of a joke when you canโ€™t even service the ones you got. Ie: Warman; over 24hrs with no service.
