@enkerli The best customer service I experienced from a telco was @SaskTel. I don't think it's a coincidence that they're a Crown corp.

Like T3 being 'fast' for a service provider or government in 1998? When SaskTel - a *Canadian* carrier, had 1.7Gbps circuits operating in the *late 80s*?

@MarshaCollier Sasktel couldn't get much worse. There's nothing worse than the pacification "we did nothing wrong, but" when shown proof. Own mistakes, rectify and be done with it. Companies now bank on dragging out issues to frustrate people into abandoning them.

@TheBeaverton Oh, thanks for SaskTel I could read this on my phone. I switched from limited last year to one of their "unlimited" plans. Still waiting for them to slow me down...

@SaskTel Just teach your staff not to talk over customers. It shouldn't be that hard to get people to be polite and considerate. And to be hung up on after that rude treatment is even worse.

@MMandryk BS something is afoot?? Don’t forget these were the ones wanting to sell SaskTel to Bell?? They got a deficit problem & they have no idea how to get out of it? Be very skeptical? These SOBs are up to something & it’s not good for the residents of Sask.

@kevinashe1 No party/leader has done enough on this. But hey, if you are suggesting an Ontario type company like SaskTel I'll write to the Premiere with you on that and we can see about Ontario intervening directly on this issue.

@SaskTel I didn't get a deal when I switched as bo promotion at that time. However I do not regret coming to you for my service. Decent price and, well the coverage is better than bell or tellus. I'm a very satisfied customer
