@SaskTel I just received an email saying you've updated your email service and I need to authorize my account. I'm going to guess from the header, and your website, that this is a spam fishing email that is somehow getting through. The domain is sasktelcentre dot com

@SnellingJoy 1/2 Hi Joy! If you're dialing 411 directly from your device, there is a usage charge. Texting 306411 is free for SaskTel customers. I've attached some more information about mysask411 for you below. I would suggest contacting our service team so they can confirm if you've been

@SaskTelSupport Is SaskTel currently emailing customers re a possible email service outtage and a required customer response to an internet link?

@diana_murphy613 If you travel much Rogers does not travel well. They only work in Saskatoon and Regina here because the signal they use does work with Telus, sasktel or Bell. I think Rogers is CDMA and everyone else is GSM. But they have changed too have not checked in a while

@SaskTel Thanks for your reply. Just was a bad day I guess. Heat probably affected the signal. Still happy with my service through you

I went with Sasktel for internet; for some reason. I went with "Max TV Stream" to get TV and Internet. Slow, absolute garbage UI. Can't watch two shows at the same time in two different rooms without both TVs having a fit over bandwidth use. You can keep your ugly IPTV service.

@WotherspoonT But when there is a service like StarLink why would the government invest in something that they can’t compete with. Not to mention as a small business owner we have to compete with Sasktel for home security jobs.

Hey @SaskTelSupport @SaskTel It should be a crime to over subscribe a service like you do. If a tower cannot handle the usage then you need to upgrade it. NOT charge full price to customers for service they cannot receive. #SaskTelSucks

  • ThaBaconAssasin Danny (@ThaBaconAssasin) reported

@_Simply_Dianne @smilingsandra With the amount of products out there with varying technologies making a change that limits you to only one of those technologies is so stupid. Dumb move @SaskTel

Did you know that if you opt out of your SaskTel internet contract, even if it's because you've had poor to no connection for the very 1st month you've had it installed, they will charge you $15/month for every month left on your contract? Found out the hard way! #SasktelFail
