My aunt convinced my dad to get FB so he can be in the fam group chat (dubious) & he was like "I guess I can go down there tomorrow" & I asked him where he thought he had to go & he was gonna DRIVE TO THE ******* MALL & ask someone at the Sasktel store to set up an acct for him

@SaskTelSupport @SaskTel we have been without home internet since Sunday. Earliest available technician appointment is next Tuesday. At a time when many of us work from home and otherwise depend on wifi, this is absolutely appalling and unacceptable customer “service”.

@votelau @leadnowca I worked for SaskTel (prov crown) and Stentor Canadian Network Management (former org of incumbent carriers nationwide). SaskTel has a mandate to deliver reliable service to the people of Sask in all markets. Competitors fight for low cost high profit markets (gravy grabbers).

@SaskTel if these ******* amber alerts are cancelled, send another alert saying it's over. That or every time you send an emergency alert, 100 to us the customer. Also rates do no represent the horrible service
