RCMP Saskatchewan (@RCMPSK) reportedSaskTel is aware of the issue and are working on a solution. Once service has been restored, we can provide an update. We do not have an estimated time for restoration of full phone service. 2/2

J Lamontagne (@JLamontagne9) reported@sarc_sk Your commercial about disability at SaskTel is awful. Why not show persons with disability in positions commensurate with their education etc. I have a Masters degree, I donβt work in a mail room.

JM Amico π¨π¦ (@4m1c0) reported@SharonASR @saskatoonGord If anything, they could take the new arena money and improve accessibility to and from SaskTel Centre - as that's been the biggest issue with that location. And they'd have money left over to use for things that are of higher priority in our city.

Colin Stewart (@cstewartyqr) reported@tammyrobert @SaskTel What really kills me with SaskTel though is their employees' assertion that no private company would provide service in rural SK (which they don't, either). Access, RFNow, one of the satellite companies Xplornet provide internet in rural SK.

Darren 5 πβ»οΈππ³οΈβππ³οΈββ§οΈ (@darren8546) reported@BShane555 @NoGunsInCanada The only thing stopping Moe from selling off Sasktel (one of the very few remaining crown corporations), is that no one wants to by a phone company with less than a million subscribers in a service area covering 650,000 sq km.

Scott Cheston (@ScottChestonSk) reported@LeafandThistle I had that happen the spring of 1998. The WO at Line Training in Kingston invited me to instruct the QL3 line crse. Had to turn him down, as I was hired full time permanent at SaskTel as a lineman. Went to a Class A soldier from that point on.

Jenn Summers (@jenn_summers01) reported@Mmmandylion No, Sasktel. Service call tomorrow π€

Reis Van Dam RVD (@ReisVanDam) reported@SaskTel No ones watches this ****
-
Paplinski (@tpaplinski) reported@cselley There does exist in several iterations, what he describes. Co-op is an example, higher per item price with an equitable profit share There is Sasktel as a government owned service provider. Less customer service, higher prices, zero profit motivation.

Robbert Glennjamin (@BobbGlenn) reported@TerryLazarou @CityofRegina @SaskTel Yeah I wasn't trying to hijack the thread just getting at the root of the issue. The double standard definitely exists.
