    @SaskTel Excuse me, but HOW do I find my account information? NOW I'm having problems w/ playback on recorded TV shows. Freezing picture & sound cutting in and out. If I wanted crappy quality cable, I would have stayed w/ Shaw!!

    @SaskTel What is the Customer Service phone number. I've been a MaxTV subscriber for a little over a week & the quality of the cable is atrocious. Sound keeps cutting in & out. Shaw Cable had it's faults, but the sound never constantly cut in & out. I regret my decision to switch

    @RaeCrothers If it was Trevor Peterson then he's currently my campaign manager! Yeah, I own an online business so I'm completely dependent on SaskTel to provide useable rural service.

    @SaskTel I had a call scheduled for 9-11 from a senior supervisor bc my replacement phone from @brightstardr doesn’t work after 3 months of continuous problems with them. No one call yet again. I’m going to work but need to reschedule. How do i do that without a working phone?

    @couldovfooledme @dubsndoo You are fortunate not to be trying to fix SaskTel Fusion internet. They don’t worry about language they just don’t fix it

    @SaskTel hey sasktel, so great that you offer a 14 day exchange policy, but then when a customer tries to use it within 24 hours, you want to charge us the entire phone balance? Even when we bring the device back? Wonder what my lawyer will say about this?

    Why does it take two weeks for @SaskTel to come set up my internet and then tell me between 9 am to 5pm someone will show up 😩 I can’t do anything today even garden cause I might miss them stupid

    @SaskTel no cell service in the lloydminster area. Network issues? Any other people experiencing issues with mobility service around the area?
