@LemmyHolla @staceyannette35 @SaskTelSupport It's because Sasktel has **** ethernet infrastructure that can't handle too many users. The amount you'd expect for large sporting events and whatnot. It's pretty sad when you consider we pay some of the highest prices in the world for terrible service.

@ellefranco5 @ReginaPosterBoy @saskboy Good example. However, one constant in life is change! While Sasktel provided this important service many years ago, just about any telecommunication co. can today. That is likely why Sasktel is the only telco ran by a province. Plus, it is sustainable.

@ALX_Jays @SaskTel Normally i don’t go over on my phone - I just get slowed down with the plan iam on or I could pay more once my limit is reached. But rural internet is a complete joke it cost them like $1000 just to have the people come out to instal it and no one seems to care as it’s just rural

@Spicoli11 @MyAccessCA Our internet was out for a few days a week or two ago as well. I called last spring about getting Sasktel Max cause of service issues but it’s not available in our area of town #2020herewegoagain

Oh @SaskTel I thought you weren’t going to be slowing down Internet?? My wifi on my phone is garbage again like the last time there was no overage charges and you claimed not to slow down speeds, yet I have to use data to get anything to load and home internet is garbage.
