@SaskTel Thanks. Started a live chat but it's support, not sales. I'll have to call sales. Would I call Sasktel directly or my usual store, Bolt Mobility?

@LeilaWhite @EternalBlueSix @SaskTel What's better: The service and products. Why would I switch: I was getting terrible service, lacking products I wanted, and paying too much. Aren't SaskTel's rates the least expensive: No. At the time, I was paying about $67/mo less for three plans with Telus than with SaskTel.

You boast in your TV commercials how great @SaskTel is and in reality, @SaskTelSupport, is just pure #garbage. Use some of that money you gouge from consumers to fix your equipment. STOP shuffling it off on us then tell us to #unplug it when there's a problem!!

@SaskTel @SaskTelSupport any idea why there is no audio on channel 541? It’s been like that all day. Thanks for your help!

@tammyrobert Doesn't SaskTel go about to do a proper identify verification before proceeding to do such as thing as suspend ones' service? I know *shudders* Bell does - even going so far as to send me a confirmation code to allow for me to approve any major account changes. #RatherConcerning
