@SaskTelSupport I just attached a bluray player to my mom's TV and now the SaskTel MaxTV won't work, at all. Box is ON, the correct HDMI port is connected, but NO PICTURE & NO SOUND. Can you help?!?!? Please!! I'm in panic mode!! 😭

@Lan103258550 @jenn_summers01 @SaskParty Some workers tried but it’s no different anywhere. I worked hard for what? To have everything taken from me? I’m angry I’m too ill to start over now. I never experienced life now never will. Our SaskTel award winning staff left Sask, a govt who fired award🥇staff? Who does that?

Sasktel shut off my fibre last month because they thought I was still on copper, and the fibre is down again & I’m pretty sure they did it again.

@SaskTel It is absolutely criminal you guys charge for your service. Just about the worst Internet ever, it should not be a struggle to do the most basic of tasks on the Internet

This is the 2nd time today I have waited over 40 minutes to get service from @SaskTelSupport @SaskTel The first time the service provider said they needed a few extra minutes to complete my request & would call me back shortly. That was at 11am I now waiting 45min to get through.

@bmadorevocm The oligopoly is indefensible and serves no one. Serious regulation, market competition, or a federal low cost option to bring down rates (like Sasktel did in Saskatchewan). But when we nationalize things they too often just act like any other monopoly (see Nalcor)

@SaskTel Infinet has been 18 months away in Dalmeny for 5 years, are you ever going to offer it here? Access and Redbird have some pretty attractive offers for this area. I'd like to remain a SaskTel customer but your tech is ancient.

Update: SaskTel en route. Issue is connectivity between Central Office and schools. Web/email/phones at schools are down. Emerg msgs sent to families.

@AleanaYoung If it’s the private IT company who knows but they are not doing good for SaskTel either. The employees are fed up with that IT company being slow etc I heard that health was going to private IT but you probably know better then me
