Just off the phone with @SaskTelSupport trying to cancel my Fusion Internet account and was told I have to call back on my bill day as that’s the only day I can make changes. If I miss it I have to wait another month. That’s wildly anti-consumer @SaskTel. Very disappointed.

2/2 There was some changes made in Sasktel Systems. It triggered some unwanted SMS text, and emails sent out. We are still working to understand why, but rest assured that it is an issue on our end and not likely someone trying to access your account. SaskTel Customer Services

@MattTheUke92 @SaskTel Weird. Noone helped me, that wasn't even an option and I tried bypassing, calling the business line, emailing support, emailing through their own portal. Strangeness abounds.

my wifi is painfully slow and is down most of the time plus i bought a fancy booster thingamajig that the sasktel attendant told me to which is flopping... at this juncture all i'm left with is to do albadiri on the ceo, both our lives can be hell.

Never met staff less interested in being at their job than a genuine sasktel store. It’s like you’re asking them to volunteer at a beginners bagpipe class or something
