    @BigfryTV @SaskTel Do they offer a business package? Usually the SLAs on business lines has to guarantee you a resolution or update within 24 hours. I've have standard before and the response time is abysmal. I can't wait for Starlink to be a viable option one day...

    @Gord69827026 1/2 As a result of the network upgrade and conversion to the infiNET network, there has been a subsequent increase in demand for SaskTel installers. To help offset the demand we've temporarily contracted third-party contractors to help with the conversion process. This will help

    @adrienneivey @SaskTel We switched to Telus. Irritating that we had to but Sasktel showed zero interest in improving the service or lowering the cost.

    @sasktel I realize you’re have a software issue but it’s been a couple of weeks and we haven’t been able to watch TV...is there a timeline for getting this fixed or should I look to ACCESS another option?
