    @mgeist So do you support say SaskTel? How about Telus having to become BCTel again? How about Roger's being broken up into at least provincial Crown Corporations? Just outright nationalization? Demonstrably vital infrastructure should be a public utility, then argue competition.

    @SunshineRulez Maybe just let Sasktel be a player federally? I'm sure there's an infrastructure problem with that i'm not thinking of. We have Vidéotron here. Rogers tried to buy it out but the one Quebecker on the board pulled the rip cord and sold it to Québecor, which was weirdly his right.

    @don92568937 @JamesCordon6 @JJ_McCullough Uh no. SaskTel prices are lower than the competition across the board - landline, wireless, Internet, television. And has a combined 1.4 million customer connections.

    @SteveRickettsSP @Scribulatora Many Saskatchewanians still use our crown Sasktel for internet and phones. I don't recall experiencing an outage like Roger's had ever.

    @1Cushion1 @MondoAlberta @PierrePoilievre Sasktel goes down a lot and you forget they are still on 2nd Gen 4g with the slowest speeds in Canada for wireless.

    @David_Moscrop Had a look at Sasktel plans and they are on par with the national avg. No money savings that Canadians deserve. Their custimer service might be marginally better if you are someone who constantly requires it. They likely treat employees a bit better. Sasktel isn't the apex

    @christoaivalis At MINIMUM a federal crown corporation to be the 4th carrier to compete and break down the monopoly. Like how SaskTel is a public utility that holds majority control of Sask market

    @JJ_McCullough WDYM? What is SaskTel? Toronto’s been actively discussing a public service for some time, both to avoid outages like Rogers AND to get rid of the most expensive prices in the WORLD🌎. Research, research, research.

    @David_Moscrop For every Sasktel there’s 1000 phoenix. But sure go on about how well the government manages corporations. Not like Manitoba hydro is raising rates faster then anyone can afford. You’ve found one good example out of thousands of bad corporations. Just move to China already

    @suestroud @ProfSmithSask @SaskTel calling as we have such a diverse population and with the looming immigration boom due to unstable conditions/situations occurring around the globe, could make for more people switching to a service provider like this. Just an idea. Thoughts? 2/2
