Sasktel Issues Reports

-
Boondoggle (@gold_brickin) reported@someone6825 @forsyth_barb @SkProMasker I think the idea is to get rid of email service. Sasktel's email is garbage compared to free services like gmail or outlook
-
Not Bette Davis (@SuttonPlace77) reported@SaskTel Interesting. What SaskTel refers to as a "rate increase" I call "petty price gouging". I am not "impacted" by this, I am OFFENDED. SaskTel believes customers are stupid enough to believe the Crown Corp is teetering on financial ruin unless it begins charging for email addresses.
-
Common Sense (@steelvet101) reported@SaskTel your $1.95 per email account revenue will cost you my $106.00 monthly phone and internet bill, $160.00 monthly cell bill. Enjoy your loss of $266.00 monthly. I’ll be looking at competitors for the first time in my 60 years as a customer.

Alex (@alexYQR) reported from Regina, Saskatchewan@gold_brickin @SaskTel I agree. I also believe that terrible decisions are being made top down to all Crowns and are being implemented because there is no longer any rationalization or discussion on those matters.
-
Boondoggle (@gold_brickin) reported@heidi_paterson @ctvregina No one had email forced on them, it was a free addition to your internet service. Call Sasktel and they will remove email from your service.
-
Wilhelm Gere (@WilhelmGere) reported@tammyrobert It's a service. It's not supposed to make money. The costs are high because it's also a huge province with a tiny population, all of whom want electricity. Same goes for Sasktel and SaskEnergy. Moe just wants to use this as an excuse to sell it off.
-
Boondoggle (@gold_brickin) reported@drmarcspooner @Gromit1996 @SaskTel Sasktel's email hosting was forced out of province to maximize profits and when going to the lowest bidder all the time, you end up with ****** services. I think this a step towards removing email as a service altogether. Gmail and Outlook are better anyway

Kristin Tuplin (@KristinTuplin) reported@starlake123 @ctvregina If they are gonna increase the internet it better start working better. I pay for the “fastest”internet speed in my area and most days it feels like it’s dial up. Horrible internet and phone service from Sasktel Now with this email charge 😡😡😡
-
Joseph Paul (@jskaemjs) reported@ctvregina This is a terrible business plan! Shame on Sasktel!
-
Liam McKay (@LiamRiderfan11) reported@ctvsaskatoon Are you serious what a joke. I’ve stuck with Sasktel to support them cause they’re local. even when I can switch to any other provider that has better deals and service. This is my tipping point. I really do hope they go out of business or bought potentially again. By by Sasktel
