@realKayP Yeah I recall people in BC/AB getting shafted with auto insurance/plates. I’m sure other places have better service/prices than Sasktel though. I’m just too lazy to make the big switch

  • AgFeedsTheWorld Thom Weir (@AgFeedsTheWorld) reported

@SLangeneggerCBC We listen to the morning addition on Sasktel Max. Channel 800. Every morning around 7 o’clock, the service is dropped. I can’t recall the last time we listened to the entire 7 o’clock news. All other MAX stations work so would guess it is on your end. WTF

  • Caracticus Caracticus Thirdaisi (@Caracticus) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz Maybe it's time to break up the infrastructure from the service providers: make rogers, telus, bell, shaw/ cogeco, videotron, sasktel, etc. and the rest spin off their infrastructure as separate companies and force everyone to bid for access.

@SaskTelSupport @SaskTelSupport The possibility it might be a network issue wasn't even raised on your side. I forced that, and then it started working again. For two hours. Then I called again to learn crews were dispatched to the tower because of a hardware failure. This is on @sasktel 100%.

@RintoulRiley @MatthewGreenNDP @feesR2damnhigh The problem with public monopolies like SaskTel or MTS is historically those assets often end up in the hands of evil monopolists like Bell anyways. Always through a dubious bargain-basement priced acquisition approved by a regulator the monopolists influence or control. (1/2)

@ctvsaskatoon There was a director in it tech support at sasktel adamantly conviced the oriole on a hat @gorlab wore was for the toronto blue jays. Legend has it, he’s a janitor now and uses lysol wipes as swiffer refills.

  • MarkPoppen Mark Poppen 🇳🇱🇨🇦 (@MarkPoppen) reported from Domremy, Saskatchewan

@harrbca @SaskTel We've been with @MyAccessCA for forever and had some trouble here and there on an account level but their service has been stable. Too bad it's only 25/3. In this day and age, 3mb up is pretty marginal. The price is also pretty ridiculous.

  • UrMomsHaus djrobot (@UrMomsHaus) reported

To make it even better, it was the Deputy Minister's phone and it hadn't been working for a week. SaskTel came out on two occasions and couldn't fix it.

  • ee_lay_n ee_lay_n (@ee_lay_n) reported

@SaskTelSupport After 2 1/2 years of using my web domain, suddenly all emails I send to sasktel clients (a lot of them) bounce back "Connection originating from an IP address with a poor reputation." I need to be able to email these people. Please advise

@JTNorquay I'd rather have Sasktel than Bell, Tellus, and Rogers tbh since at least they fund internet infrastructure. These companies are parasites that add nothing to the country and provide subpar service at a high price. Canada has to nationalize internet if we want high quality service
