@SaskTelSupport so why am I getting error 4-44-821 when I try to change to channel 4 on my Sasktel max steaming to watch telemiracle. I am very disappointed in this service so far.

@JohnGormleyShow Listening to the @SaskTel segment makes me laugh. Pulling an ad due to no mask? I personally pay attention to ads where they use masks and make a note not to buy from them as being part of the problem. Going our and wearing a mask is the problem, stay home.

Hey @Shawhelp I'm fairly certain I pay for more than 2 up. Can you please take a look and see if there are known issues in my area? You competitor has installed Fibre lines in my area and I'm fully prepared to switch to Sasktel at this rate.

@SaskTel In case you're forgetting we are mostly all at home now and our computers have zoom. You're going to have to realize that cell service and dats is going to become unwanted. I cancelled my phone service already.

@MyAccessCA It’s good now, I unplugged it and unplugged it back in this morning. But last night I was playing video games and when I got kicked off my friend on Sasktel said half of his friends list went offline at the same time it happened to me so it wasn’t just a me problem

Just to update everyone.. Got the run around from @SaskTel, dealer, and installer all day, each blaming the other. Was offered 150 credit towards required 250 purchase of new equipment and no additional credit for down time. Will be taking my 88.75/month elsewhere.

@SaskTel The cost of delivering service went up 50-100%??? I could understand a 2% increase, or a 10% increase if you're desperate, but a doubling in the price of the same phone call on the same non-plan?
