@JaniceOwen @ZiadFazel @SaskTel That's not great for 'fibre'. I'm not sure what your wifi specifications are (they could be a bottleneck) but it feels like it isn't the issue. I always prefer direct cable test to make sure.

@ZiadFazel @JaniceOwen @SaskTel Using a Ethernet cable for one speed test is a good idea. Let's you figure out if issue is the actual Internet service or your wifi.

@JaniceOwen @ZiadFazel @SaskTel There's actually simple methods they could use, such as if you aren't using your cable coax connections they could use them as Ethernet cables by adding converter at each end. The converter cost them equipment, just like longer Ethernet but avoids install issues or holes.

@JaniceOwen @ZiadFazel @SaskTel I know in city I have non fibre (dual ADSL) from Telus but I get what I'm supposed to. So should you. They also should help solve your wifi location issue if they are really doing their job right.
