Sasktel fusion internet is just terrible. Really need that Starlink to show up.

  • AGeisbauer Andrea Geisbauer (@AGeisbauer) reported

Yet another customer engagement with @SaskTel that was frustrating and disappointing.

@SaskTel Maybe you should work on your connectivity issues. You advertise that you provide business solutions but I work remotely and can only get a 3G connection that works less than half the time. How am I supposed to run a business off that? The rest of the world is on 5G. Get with it

@SaskTel I needed this to be addressed last week when I first brought it up. Who is going to fix my yard? Who will do the work? Who will pay for it????? UNREAL and UNACCEPTABLE.

@SaskTel Frustrating that you haven’t contacted me yet despite my requests and my DM with contact info. Thankfully someone from e-tech was here today working again and he listened to my concerns and is passing on a message for me. Your customer relations are HORRIBLE.

@WotherspoonT But when there is a service like StarLink why would the government invest in something that they can’t compete with. Not to mention as a small business owner we have to compete with Sasktel for home security jobs.

Hey @SaskTelSupport @SaskTel It should be a crime to over subscribe a service like you do. If a tower cannot handle the usage then you need to upgrade it. NOT charge full price to customers for service they cannot receive. #SaskTelSucks

@SaskTel I think I phrased the question poorly. All (well, most) carriers have roaming agreements with other carriers whose networks they can use when outside of the home network so they don't lose service. For example, Tbaytel roams on Rogers outside of NW Ontario. Who are your partners?

  • SaskColin Sask Colin (@SaskColin) reported

@Safimod Unfortunately Securtek was the only decent option. Covered by Sasktel for any warranty issues. All the other companies are so fly by night and lock in over priced over term contracts with zero support after the fact
